12/09/2024: Leaving aside the considerations on how the place looks internally (the floor with a sticky effect and a toilet smell that lingers in the air...), I move on to the food. Coming from an Italian who should know something about cooking and who has been to France several times and has only eaten French food, I would say that we are not quite there. If there had been a Cannavacciuolo, he would have run into the kitchen and lifted the chef. The magret de canard ordered arrives cut like a slice of cake, with a cooking that is not a rosé as ordered but almost raw, placed on top of a multitude of vegetables placed on the plate in a messy manner and of questionable cooking (boiled? roasted? dunno... ). The big mistake is the red fruits that accompany it: it's an exaggeration of vinaigrette, vinegar that floats at the bottom of the dish and ruins everything, covering the flavor of both the meat and the vegetables and making it nauseating. Please bring the vinaigrette separately so the customer can decide whether to put it and how much to put. No gentlemen, we're not there! I do not want and cannot go to a restaurant, spend more than €30 per person and have similar food, nor do I have to send the dish back to the kitchen if it is not to my liking because the commitment on the part of those who boast the name of chefs is almost non-existent. This is a dish made by someone who doesn't know how to cook, by someone who improvised as a cook that evening, not by a chef. I'm sorry but you have to renew yourself on quite a few fronts.

31/08/2024: Home cooking, as we no longer find it, in northern Seine-et-Marne there is no longer a restaurant like it. A perfect chili, a top duck breast and a children's burger worthy of the name.burger I recommend

31/08/2024: Excellent endroit, au frais malgré la chaleur aujourd’hui ! Le service est peut-être un peu lent mais la pavlova aux fruits rouges fait oublier l’attente ! Du frais dans l’assiette et du goût aux papilles ! Bravo, continuez ainsi !

21/09/2024: Une très belle redecouverte, après quelques temps sans avoir fréquenté cet établissement, une très belle soirée en famille, dans ce cadre toujours aussi agréable accompagné d'une carte raffiné, comme les plats, un sans faute du début à la fin pour moi et mes convives. Bravo à l'équipe.

09/04/2024: Nous avons apprécié la qualité des produits, leur présentation, le service. Toutefois, un bémol signalé sur place pour 3 desserts : les pyramides chocolat caramel au beurre salé étaient posées sur une tranche de brioche façon pain perdu et, malheureusement, le dessous de nos 3 brioches étaient trop fortement grillées et noircis.

13/09/2023: So impressed with the renovation of the hotel- it’s so charming. I had a room with a terrace which was beautiful, it looked onto the courtyard which has been done so well. It’s right in the middle of the town. The staff were warm and very professional, and if you come you must go to the spa.. I’ll be back soon! Thank you x

12/09/2023: Tout est parfait, hôtel refait à neuf, très bon accueil et personnel au top tant côté hôtel que spa, très belles chambres confortables. Spa très beau et reposant !

15/12/2023: Très bonne expérience avec ce Domino pizza qui sait reconnaître ses erreurs quand il y en a. Suite à un mauvais sizing d'une pizza Large qui avait la taille d'une Médium, Romain, le gérant nous a généreusement offert notre prochaine pizza. C'est très commercial de sa part.

13/12/2023: J’ai passé une commande ce soir et il s’avère que plusieurs produits n’étaient pas correct arrivé à domicile. J’ai reçu des Chickenito’s au lieux des Wings, des frites au lieu des patatoes et les Jalapeños étaient pas du tout cuit et la bouteille de coca n’a pas été donnée. J’ai appelé l’enseigne pour faire part de leur erreur et on me dit que les Wings et frites étaient en rupture, ils préviennent même pas le client sachant que la commande a été passé 1h avant et même lors de la réception rien ne m’a été dit. Aucun geste de leur part et pas de réel excuse mise à part un "désolé on était en rush" alors que pour récupérer la commande je n’ai pas vu un seul client attendre sa commande … et c’est pas la première fois que ce manque de professionnalisme arrive. Je suis déçu, c’est la dernière fois que je mets les pieds dans ce Dominos :)

26/08/2024: Recommended by the restaurant Le Mansart closed this Monday evening, reservation via The Fork for this brasserie facing the town hall of Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome and brasserie dish on the menu. The herring and potato starter was perfect and then foie de vaux impeccably cooked. I recommend this brewery. AMEX card accepted.

21/08/2024: Very well garnished salad, the foie gras is excellent, the dessert was wonderful, very warm welcome, the prices are affordable
