30/01/2026: I've never eaten such awful Domino's pizzas! No toppings, just dry bread. Even supermarket pizzas are better. Never again Domino's Pontault!

29/08/2026: Excellent value for money. Two minor drawbacks: only two tills were open one day, and during peak hours, which was a shame because the queue was endless… And the tables weren't very clean; I had to wash them with what I had in my handbag… However, I can understand that the staff were overwhelmed on a day like that. It's a shame there weren't more of them. We'll still come back because, despite everything, for the price we paid, we definitely got a good meal.

28/08/2026: Today I ate moules. From the first time I was given a little, unlike the man in front of me who was given a lot. The service from that woman was very bad.

15/05/2026: Very good and a warm welcome. Highly recommended.

07/04/2026: No customers in the restaurant. Poor hygiene, dirty table, dust, dirty glasses, daily special not displayed but offered, priced at 25 euros, tough meat, no good cuts, undercooked. Gratin and flageolets probably from cans. They asked for cash payment, were reluctant to pay by card, and only accepted because they had no other option. Very disappointed.

10/09/2026: We came to eat breakfast two or three times. The lady, who's in her fifties with a boyish haircut, is very rude. I don't think that's right, considering we're customers who spend at least €15-20. It's called La Vallée, Bus Saint-Georges.

14/06/2026: We chose this hotel for the pool…unfortunately it was closed, but we weren't informed beforehand. The garden was poorly maintained, and there were only four sun loungers for the entire hotel. The reception was cold, and the room was comfortable but not spotless (a lightbulb was out, the toilet seat was broken…). Nothing lived up to a 4-star rating except the price. We won't be returning.

14/06/2026: This hotel is nowhere near the standard of a 4-star establishment. It honestly barely deserves 3 stars, more like 2. It's very outdated, poorly maintained, the pool was broken and unusable (we weren't even informed before our stay), and the breakfast was 100% pre-packaged, yet still cost €21 per person. The staff were friendly but untrained and very poorly dressed. There's a hotel undergoing major renovations right across the street. The competition is going to be fierce.

17/08/2026: It's supposed to open at 6:30 am and at 6:50 am it's still closing, still in the middle of preparations.

21/06/2026: Avoid at all costs!! I bought two tarts that I ordered a week ago and what a huge disappointment for Father's Day!! €27 for two tarts, the pastry was soggy, the cream was dry, and the strawberries were wilted. It's a disgrace!! I do not recommend it!!

27/06/2026: Since the new owners took over, there's been absolutely nothing, no mouse, nothing. They're not good sellers, you can tell.

15/09/2026: We went there on Monday morning, September 14th, for coffee and pastries (the four of us). We were just passing through, and Brioche Dorée was a benchmark for us… The coffee was disgustingly awful and, above all, overpriced for what it was. The staff consisted of two women who could barely tolerate each other from three meters apart. One was stuck at the till, even when she wasn't doing anything, while the other was "preparing" orders with a smile that should have stayed home. A truly disappointing place for the name it bears. Perhaps she should change jobs? Something to think about.

10/09/2026: But how can anyone pass the recruitment stage at Brioche Dorée? Your saleswomen are all saleswomen (no smiles, always on their phones, and no advice whatsoever). Not to mention the lack of cleanliness! (The store is next to Starbucks.) But the other shop isn't any better in terms of customer service!

01/09/2026: Very good selection of savoury buckwheat galettes and wheat crepes from classic ham & cheese to more unique regional combinations. My son is coeliac, they were able to cater well for his strict gluten free diet as fries are cooked in separate oil too. 20+ flavours of artisanal ice creams and sorbets to choose from. Friendly staff, lovely outdoor terrace in a central location in Provins. Definitely worth a visit!

14/06/2026: Hello, We ordered a fruit platter requesting a variety of fruits, but unfortunately we received mostly apples, even though there are plenty of other seasonal fruits available right now! Too expensive!

14/06/2026: Hello For a fruit platter costing 70 euros, half of it consisted only of apples, with very few other fruit varieties. The fruit itself was very good, but we were disappointed.

23/05/2026: I went there on 23/05/2026. The service from a Black woman was really bad. I said hello and she didn't even respond.

29/04/2026: I usually really like this bakery, but I was shocked on my last visit. A sales assistant cleaned the display case with glass cleaner and a cloth while there were cakes inside. I found this inappropriate and unhygienic. It would be helpful if management reminded their staff of proper hygiene practices to prevent this type of situation from happening again.

14/09/2026: Very poor service, food ok. The waitress who is on the billing counter should get a hospitality training.

09/09/2026: Worst service, rude staff, wish i could give negative or zero, we have been waiting for almost half an hour to get menu staffs were there but they are busy in their own, no professional etiquette, I never give such harsh review to any restaurants but this is the worst people specially male staff rudest people I met in my life.
