31/08/2026: The atmosphere on the terrace was pleasant, but the food was of very poor quality. The escalope was completely tasteless (boiled meat??? And a cream made from who-knows-what, but definitely not cream... maybe milk), and the fish and chips were truly awful. All of this was served with reheated fries... Served in 30 seconds flat, no exaggeration. As for desserts, I saw them but didn't try them... They were mass-produced, reheated desserts right in front of you next to the till, and they didn't look very appetizing. 😬

24/09/2026: Following our visit to the adjacent abbey gardens, we arrived around 15 minutes after the normal lunch service finished. Nevertheless the owner was happy to make an exception, so we had the homemade lasagna, followed by a nectarine & passionfruit tiramisu which was absolutely delicious - those kind of flavours you'll only get from fruits if they've ripened all the way on the branch!

05/08/2026: We left the fine arts museum to grab a beer and had a small brunch. Everything was very acceptable for the price.

20/07/2026: We arrived at 6:20 PM. We ordered two spritzes that were spritzes in name only, with very little Aperol and water. At 6:40 PM, they started putting away the chairs, and as soon as we finished our drinks, they cleared the table. We understood that we had to leave.

05/09/2026: My colleagues and I eat there occasionally; the prices have gone up a bit, and one small drawback is that they don't accept paper meal vouchers.

The steak tartare was excellent, the fries perfect, and the daily specials board makes you want to try everything. The service was welcoming and the setting very pleasant. 05/09/2026: Passing through after reading the various reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent cuisine with homemade dishes. A bit of a wait as there was only one person serving, but very pleasant. A small brasserie that's worth the detour!

28/08/2026: The welcome was very good. The pizza was hard, way overcooked, and very difficult to eat, with poor-quality ingredients. It was almost entirely cheese and tomato sauce, with very little chorizo ​​or merguez sausage. I was very disappointed with the quality. I told the man making the pizzas that it wasn't good and was very hard on the edges and inside—a disaster.

15/08/2026: Very disappointing. We went there after reading the good reviews. The service was friendly, but our large glass of wine arrived at the end of my meal, which was lukewarm and which I ate cold, desperately hoping for the glass. We went to ask for it, but it only arrived at the end of the meal. They apologized and didn't charge us for it since we hadn't drunk it. That said, the dishes we ate (eggplant gratin, which turned out to be eggplant and pepper gratin, and escalope Bolognese) were decent but didn't justify the €26/€27 price tag. Especially since my escalope arrived barely lukewarm. Three courses and two courses cost over €80 for two people; you expect something more refined with locally sourced ingredients. You're paying for the location on the port of Dieppe. In short, expensive for what it is; I don't recommend it.

21/05/2026: Note about the restaurant (didn't try the hotel). Very warm, friendly, and professional service. Reasonable prices, and board games suitable for children to keep them entertained while they wait. The food is quite good, with a minor complaint about the beef tartare, which was of good quality but not the best (I'm quite picky) as it seemed ground up and had some irregularities, but it was still more than acceptable (the flavor was there). A little outside the city center, which adds to the peace and quiet (for the terrace) and makes parking easy (free).
