04/07/2026: The service was very slow before they took our order; we had to ask the server several times while clearing the tables. It's a shame because the food is very good.

30/06/2026: What a delightful surprise this hidden gem was in a small Norman village! Thanks to a TV report, no less, we sought out this famous address, which I, despite being from the area, had never heard of. A very warm welcome, perfectly cooked meat and fries, and a refreshing strawberry ice cream dessert that came at the end of the heatwave. Reasonable value for money, comfortable terrace with plenty of space between tables. See you very soon!

24/09/2026: The setting is truly charming, warm, and full of character, with elegant and cozy decor. We had a wonderful meal 🍽; the dishes 🥙 were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service was also very pleasant and attentive. All this in a chic and authentic neighborhood of Rouen. A perfect place to take your time over lunch in a unique setting and then enjoy a sweet treat. A few days after this lunch, we returned to this charming spot, this time for an afternoon snack ☕️. We loved the cozy and refined atmosphere of Dame Cakes. The selection of teas 🫖 is lovely, and the pastries 🧁 are as beautiful as they are delicious 🍰.

17/06/2026: Good basic B&B with air-conditioning, good WiFi, and tasty breakfast included. Has a bar that also serves pizza in the evening. Other restaurants and a Carrefour nearby. Only concern was a lack of tea and coffee but found out later this was an extra cost option. Very pleased and will definitely consider chain for future French visits.

04/06/2026: I've booked at this B&B several times and honestly, I've never had any problems. The rooms are very nice and clean (they just need a small bin in the room because the one in the bathroom isn't big enough), the staff are always very kind and welcoming. The hotel is well located. No problems at all 🤗

26/08/2026: A lovely shopping center with many great shops. It's a bit labyrinthine, but you can easily find your way around thanks to the maps.

14/09/2026: Perfect from start to finish. Furthermore, the team showed great consideration as we were 6 instead of 5 and were given a new table.

17/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!! The waitress was haughty and unpleasant, completely failing to greet customers, despite this being a fundamental aspect of the job. This kind of behavior is all the more regrettable in a restaurant where a warm welcome and quality service should be integral to the experience. We can understand a busy schedule or a few mistakes, but that in no way excuses such an unprofessional attitude towards customers. We left with a very bad impression and don't plan on returning.

25/08/2026: Waiting 15 minutes to be served at the bar while the waiter blatantly ignores you and continues to flirt with the girls at the counter? No thanks. Turn around and go across the street!

06/08/2026: We went there to eat with friends; the crepes were very good and there was a good selection. The back patio is very pleasant for enjoying the sun. I highly recommend it.

05/08/2026: The owner is super friendly. The small terrace at the back is lovely, and the salted caramel crepe is absolutely delicious!

26/09/2026: We hadn't booked a table for Saturday night, and we really should have, given how busy the restaurant was, but the owner managed to find us one. The meal was magnificent, the food excellent, and the service top-notch. The seafood platter was superb, and the skate wing was delicious. Thank you for this wonderful dinner. Go eat there; it's definitely worth the trip.

17/09/2026: We discovered this place by chance. Although we hadn't booked, we were able to have lunch there. It was perfect.

13/09/2026: While passing through Le Tréport, we discovered this restaurant. The service was quick, although the waitress slightly forgot to bring the wine list to accompany the fish, which is always a nice touch. The portions were generous and the food was delicious.

24/09/2026: We received a terrible welcome on this beautiful September weekend! The terrace was packed with people enjoying drinks and food in the late summer sunshine, so we decided to wait on a nearby bench, planning to get up and rush in when the time came. 😅 Just then, two men passing by snatched our seats right in front of us. It was rather funny, actually. In hindsight, it wasn't a big deal. Oh well, too bad for us. Even though the waiters could see us waiting... But the waiter smiled at us with a... well... I'm still wondering if his smile meant "tough luck," "not quick enough," or "too bad for you!" After exchanging a few words, my husband and I decided to leave. Since parking was only allowed for 30 minutes, and with the time almost up, we decided to give up on our desired drink and buy our son, who had been waiting for a few minutes, a nice ice cream to go. We approached the counter to see the available flavors, and the waitress told us the ice cream stand was closed... there was no indication of that. No curtain, no freezer still open, no tubs open, nothing... not even a greeting! Disappointment. Really bad luck, I think. 6:08 PM, no more ice cream available?? We left, explaining that, seeing us waiting around the patio for over 20 minutes, they could have perhaps made a small gesture... Tables and chairs were put away. They could have offered to let us wait 5 minutes to be seated. They could have offered to let us set up three chairs and a table ourselves. Also, since the ice cream freezer was open, why not get out a spoon to serve my son yet another scoop of the day? Incomprehensible! Shooting customers away. 6:08 PM was perhaps a closing time, I don't know. But what a lack of tact towards a customer who comes to eat or drink! What a strange team! I never leave such negative comments. I'm not saying this place isn't usually welcoming, but perhaps we were just unlucky.

21/09/2026: Ideal for a quick meal or a coffee/snack break. Very well located by the sea. The terrace is lovely. The service is quick and courteous. I recommend it.

27/05/2026: I had an incredible mother-daughter weekend at this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was exquisite, especially the breakfast, which was a real feast. The staff were also very welcoming. A perfect stay for a moment of connection, relaxation, and delicious food. I recommend it 100%! Sandra Jouin, room 107 ☺️

26/05/2026: It's May 26th and the waiter already looks overwhelmed! What's the season going to be like? The man sighs as he walks through the rows; it's really pushing it! Luckily the food was good because the service leaves a lot to be desired…

21/05/2026: Second visit. Excellent food, in line with the prices. The service was a little slow, especially with the first course, but we weren't in a hurry.
