11/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at the Saint Thomas restaurant. The food is excellent, with high-quality, well-prepared, and delicious dishes. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. The service is pleasant and professional; the staff is attentive without being intrusive. The calm and welcoming atmosphere allows you to fully enjoy your meal. A truly excellent restaurant that I highly recommend.

07/05/2026: I was very disappointed by the reception at this establishment. I introduced myself to politely request some exceptional assistance (the nearby public restrooms were unavailable), and I was received in a very cold and unsympathetic manner. A sense of service and basic courtesy do not seem to be a priority here. It's a shame, as the reception reflects the overall quality of the establishment.

04/05/2026: We received the best service at this excellent restaurant. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Our server spoke flawless English. She helped us navigate thru the menu and provided great recommendations. Their coffee is fantastic. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend them.

23/04/2026: An authentic restaurant, just the way I like it! Tables were very well spaced (without being too close together). The staff were helpful and very friendly. We had a wonderful meal! 👌👌 We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

22/03/2026: Nice place, menu with lots of choices, very good waiter and waitress! The roasted Camembert lacked charcuterie and the butcher's cut was too small.

09/05/2026: A disaster... the starter, a bland and greasy terrine. The fish of the day was appreciated. However, the "workshop" platter... a horror! The gravlax salmon was actually thick, hard scraps of smoked salmon. The Camembert samosa was... a long time ago. The pâté, the same as the starter, was inedible. The salad, a third of the plate, was dressed with a generous amount of industrial vinaigrette :-( Fries were okay, but they were expensive). Depending on the table, olives are served with the aperitif, but not for us... A burger for a hostess... she's still looking for the cheese... "Not good," she says, because she's well-mannered! I threw up my meal: the "workshop" platter. My daughter had diarrhea after eating the pâté and burger... Only the fish was decent. We had eaten lunch at this place before, but never again.

23/09/2025: We booked for 11 people to celebrate our mother's surprise birthday. Everything went perfectly, from the reservation to the end of the meal, including the quality of the food and service. We received a very warm welcome. The dishes were delicious, the staff was attentive and checked on us regularly to see if everything was alright. We were even treated to a birthday cake with a special touch on our mother's plate! Absolutely fantastic! We are very grateful to Sophie's restaurant for this wonderful family experience we were able to share.

22/12/2025: The name says it all: you feel right at home! A soothing and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and an exquisite latte with oat milk ☕! You can even bring your dog 🐕 😊 And it's much more than just a café; you can find all sorts of little things there: jewelry, home decor, souvenirs, clothing, candles 🕯️... We'll definitely be back! 🥰

10/07/2025: Luckily, the sales assistants are there to save the day! I had pointed out that baguettes weren't like they used to be, that something had changed regarding their storage. Before, when I took a baguette out of my freezer after a week, it was almost the same as the first day I bought it. Today, it remains hard as a rock after thawing, inedible... just a shame. I'm not talking about Viennese pastries and other king cakes...you'll have to rethink your copy! I live and work in the countryside, so I don't go out to get my bread every day, so I stock up on baguettes.

03/01/2026: Not being golfers, we sometimes go for a drink at this establishment. And every time, it's the same old story! An unfriendly waitress makes it clear we're not welcome. Who does she think she is? Therefore, this will be our last visit under these circumstances.

21/05/2026: I loved almost everything about my stay at the Novotel Le Havre. The staff was welcoming and always ready to meet my needs. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good with a varied selection. My only issue was the room temperature, as there were no windows (I had a suite, with a door opening onto a balcony in the living area). It was 25°C in the room (I had a thermometer), much too hot to sleep. Around 19°C is recommended for a good night's sleep. I was informed that management doesn't turn on the air conditioning until the end of May. The staff, who unfortunately had no control over turning the air conditioning on, lent me a fan, which allowed me to cool the room when I was out by leaving the balcony door open, but I had to close it at night because of the noise from the street.

17/05/2026: Despite friendly staff, a good location, and comfortable bedding, we had a terrible night due to the stifling heat in the room. Contrary to what is stated on the hotel's information sheet, the air conditioning is completely unavailable (it was turned off because it wasn't hot enough outside, according to the receptionist), and the heat in the rooms is almost unbearable. Not what you'd expect from a 4-star Novotel in this respect.

25/05/2026: The service was appalling... You practically have to ask for a greeting. We waited to find out if there were any tables available, to which we were told "I don't know," only to be told two minutes later that it wasn't possible, without even checking with the staff on the terrace. I used to love eating at this restaurant, but it seems to have changed, which is a real shame.

03/05/2026: What a dinner! A few days before the final closure of this lovely establishment, we wanted to enjoy it one last time and we weren't disappointed. A wonderful experience!

16/04/2026: Absolutely not up to my expectations. The lunch menu lacked any real thought, with the appetizers being practically inedible. The starter was endive soup, followed by either cod with three asparagus spears or beef cheek with three baby carrots and buttery mashed potatoes. Dessert was a raw cake batter with a crust and a scoop of coffee ice cream. The total cost was €50 for a starter, main course, and dessert. It was a disgrace. I had eaten there several times before, and it wasn't the same standard. The waitress was difficult to understand; she had a strong accent. The waiter who offered me a taste of the red wine, which I found too strong, didn't offer any alternative. He simply served me white wine, as my dining companion had chosen. I had another reservation, which I will now cancel. It's more like Tartarin, except for the bill.

20/04/2026: I waited until my second order before leaving a review, but honestly, there's nothing negative to say. 1 - The pizzas are very good, generous, and the ingredients are fine. 2 - The service was excellent (on the phone, just like in a restaurant). I was the kind of annoying person who calls at 9:59 PM when they close at 10:00 PM, and they took my order with pleasure and courtesy. 3 - The price is reasonable, with a buy-one-get-one-free offer for dine-in and a promotion on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Honestly, it's great. If you want €5 pizzas, go to Lidl instead of complaining. Thanks team, see you soon!

19/04/2026: I tried it for the first time yesterday, and I have to say I'm impressed by the quality of the pizzas; they're excellent! I recommend the Sweet Goat Cheese.

Since Caroline started preparing her delicious dishes and cakes with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients, the weekend has become even more special. I love it! It's best to reserve a table to be sure of getting a spot, and kudos for supporting local producers – a true testament to human values.

20/02/2026: First lunch at this well-regarded café-brasserie; I know this place and have stopped by for coffee from time to time. With the chef absent, the owner offered a simple set menu: a grilled steak with fries and ratatouille – simple but good, just like homemade. The staff was friendly and efficient, with little waiting between courses. We'll wait for the chef's return to try the full menu.
