05/09/2024: For a restaurant attached to a five star hotel you should be able to expect more. Very disappointing, service ….you would get better in a training college when the A, B and C team were away! When you see that the fish dish is priced on market price of fish is it wrong to expect a fish? To see a piece of fish the size of my big toe is insulting enough but for it to be dry and over cooked is a failure. The peas were nice! If you offer a menu of internationally recognisable cocktails then make them recognisable, I ordered a Negroni and I’m so glad there were no Italians around to see the disaster that was served! In a town where great restaurants are in abundance it’s not surprising that when standing outside the restaurant it doesn’t even come up on a TripAdvisor search, enough said.

03/09/2024: After 1.5 hours, usually, I'm out of the restaurant, not waiting for the main dish .. we've been waiting for more than 1 hour for the waiter to come and ask us if we want our dishes now. C'mon is this a joke? 30 minutes later, still nothing. Everyone around was having the same experience. Some people even came back to give it a second chance, because the food wasn't bad but oh the wait it makes it taste bad.

01/09/2024: C'est l'exemple type du restaurant où tout est du même niveau ; l'accueil et le service fait par des professionnels, la cuisine par un Chef d'expérience qui sait allier le produit à une sauce sans que celle-ci lui écrase le goût, au moins on sait ce qu'on mange. Souvent les quantités sont très faibles et là elles sont normales on n'a pas faim en sortant. Les vins sont bien choisis et a des prix très abordables. Rapport qualité/prix excellent.

29/08/2024: Sommes allés au Colombier pour nos 50 ans de mariage. Nous avons été conquis ainsi que nos enfants et petits-enfants par la saveur et la finesse des plats. Félicitations au Chef et à son équipe pour nous avoir fait déguster le homard sous trois élaborations aussi savoureuses les unes que les autres, au sommelier pour ses conseils avisés et au personnel de service pour sa bienveillance et sa discrétion. Merci aussi d'avoir sû adapter le menu en fonction de certaines contraintes alimentaires.
