03/09/2024: Came for lunch this afternoon with my daughter via a wonderbox. Fast and efficient service. The food is very good and the waiter very friendly. Coffee was offered to us!! We will come back with pleasure.

12/12/2025: An iconic spot in Rouen, this inn is a must-visit on the Place du Vieux Marché. The cuisine is delicious and refined. I highly recommend it. However, you'll need a decent budget to eat there.

Located opposite the Seine, it offers a magnificent view that complements both your relaxing moments at the hotel and your meals in the restaurant. The restaurant is a pleasant surprise: delicious, well-prepared dishes are served in a pleasant atmosphere with a view of the river, making the experience even more special. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for resting after a beautiful day. In short, the Bellevue is a place where you can eat very well, sleep well, and enjoy a unique setting. A place to discover without hesitation!

17/01/2026: Very disappointed. I don't know if the staff even want to work because they clearly weren't interested in someone waiting 10 minutes to play bingo, despite several glances being exchanged and the room not being full (7 people)!

17/01/2026: The waiter or manager acts like he's the boss, barking orders at other employees in front of customers—truly unpleasant. He insists on paying by card because he can't be bothered with change. In short, the guy is unbearable! He's always showing off in front of everyone, acting like a king in front of his subjects. You pay exorbitant prices because it's the only bistro in Carrefour. A basic 33cl beer at €6.90 is outrageous. In short, avoid this place at all costs. The waitresses are very friendly; I don't know how they put up with the other so-called manager who would be better off taking care of the customers instead of talking nonsense and making empty promises.

30/10/2024: Petite salle de restaurant offrant un service correct. Menu a prix raisonnable (25€) avec diversite interessante. Des tarifs plus eleves lorsqu'on sort de "l'ordinaire" pourtant en zone de production, st jaques poellees (23€) et de bonne qualite. 10/09/2025: I came to the town on a trip, I wanted to eat meat grilled over a wood fire and it ended up on the griddle, I wanted rare meat and it was black, overcooked, the fries were terrible to cut with a knife. Avoid, disgusting, atrocious, a bad experience. As I told you when I left, I am really very disappointed.

10/09/2025: Sunday afternoon, we wanted to have a drink on the terrace with some biker friends, 8 people, but the young waiter kindly told us that he couldn't serve us, that he was inside upstairs, while people had all just left. Apparently, this restaurant doesn't run after customers. So, we went to have a drink in the city center nearby and, to our great surprise, when we came back 30 minutes later, two couples were on the terrace enjoying a drink, etc... A total disgrace.

26/12/2025: The tea room area has a very cozy atmosphere. Good homemade desserts and a lovely view of the seafront.

02/11/2025: We came to the restaurant for a crêpe and a coffee. The atmosphere is really nice with a sea view, and the layout and music are also very pleasant. However, our glasses had large watermarks, which isn't necessarily dirty but detracts a bit from the experience, and the restrooms could use a little renovation. Apart from these minor details, I highly recommend this very welcoming place.
