18/09/2024: De l'extérieur, l'établissement donne l'impression d'un bar PMU défraichi, et le quartier autour n'aide pas beaucoup. L'intérieur rassure tout de même (bien que nécessitant un bon rajeunissement aussi sur certains aspects) avec un côté un peu intimiste et les propriétaires bien sympathiques et naturels.
Concernant le menu, choix assez limité pour 35€ (même si je conçois que le prix inclus l'animation), c'était plutôt simple mais la nourriture était bonne avec des doses correctes.
Concernant le karaoké, en ce qui me concerne c'est loin d'être ma tassé de thé mais l'ambiance avec les amis présents et le patron à la sono était top. Beaucoup de choses sont restées dans leur jus : le son des enceintes qui sature, le classeur avec les chansons dispo, les chansons elles-mêmes, les vidéos à l'écran etc.. mais quelque part c'est un peu tout le charmé et le cliché d'un karaoké je pense lol
Je sais en tout cas que les amateurs de karaoké présents y ont bien trouvé leur compte et j'ai personnellement passé une bonne soirée même sans avoir pris le micro.
11/07/2024: It takes me several times to go there, the atmosphere is nice and friendly. However, I am removing one star because it has already been said but he is renewing the karaoke book (more recent songs dating from 2015).

09/06/2024: Saturday evening spent in this establishment, obviously after probable recent change of owner because decoration and menu different from those announced on the internet.
Layout of the room in complete white quite modest. Heartwarming welcome.
Menu composed of simple dishes, half based on fried poultry.
Disappointment with the basic, tasteless canteen-style cuisine (chicken leg without sauce with fries). At that price it's quite astonishing. Dessert small piece of tasteless cold apple pie, certainly frozen.
Despite everything, the meal was OK but the bill was rather high.

18/09/2024: Très belle découverte nous nous sommes régalés.
Service impeccable.
La terrasse extérieure manque de soin, l'herbe pousse entre les dalles. Dommage car diner dehors au bord de l'étang est très agréable.
Un petit rafraîchissement de cet endroit et ce sera parfait.
Nous reviendrons bientôt.

28/05/2024: Traveling through Rouen and stopped for some cappuccinos with our new friends! A bit chilly for sitting outside, but the coffee warmed us right-up!

Dish + coffee for €17 or on menu maxi €20.
New boss, very pleasant as well as the waitresses.
Very good cook in the kitchen.

31/08/2024: Too bad to be turned away at 9:20 p.m. on a rainy evening ☔ when we thought we could have a drink in your establishment which closed at 10 p.m.
Unscrupulously kicked out while there were still a plethora of customers in the establishment and we are told that the cash register is closed.
We have a tobacco bar business and have never seen this.

14/09/2024: I have been a customer of this brasserie since the takeover by the new owner. I don't have much to say, but I simply want to highlight the epicurean, simple and authentic side of the establishment, without false note. I recommend you try the mozzarella croque-monsieur, prepared with real brioche bread, generous and delicious. Not even to mention the fries, as good as those I only taste at my grandmother's. I would like to point out that my opinion is completely objective and sincere! Thanks to the waiter, always very pleasant. Recently, this brasserie has become my canteen. See you soon !

09/09/2024: Stay here for a genuine Rouen French experience. It is an old historic building, with charming courtyard. It is wonderfully quirky. Rooms small and old but that is part of the charm. If you like anonymous chain hotels this may not be for you. But if you enjoy humanity in all its variety and splendour then enjoy here. The location in Rouen is perfect right in the heart of the old city, all major sights in easy reach. Some great restaurants close by.
08/06/2024: The room was probably the smallest, but you always make it work. The holder for the shower head was almost broken off, but at least it lasted our stay. We experienced that the room was not washed and thus towels were not changed 2/5 days. Nevertheless, it is a very cozy hotel which is very centrally located in the city and which has a lovely and old feel about it. All in all I had a nice stay.
