25/02/2026: A very pleasant dinner with delicious food. You can tell the chef loves her work, enjoys making people happy, and carefully selects the ingredients. The service was quick, discreet, and friendly. The setting is elegant, in a classic-style old house nestled in the heart of Apt. We had a wonderful time indulging our taste buds.

15/01/2026: We're delighted every time we visit. Thank you to Madame for her wine recommendations 🍷 The Salers beef was magnificent. It's a nice change to eat inside compared to the summer, but the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: For Valentine's Day, we were supposed to be there at 8 pm. The wind was blowing and it was very cold. We finally got inside at 9 pm. We waited an hour. The service was very slow. But the waiters were very kind. The meal, at €110 per person, was good but not enough, and the drinks were very limited! Very disappointed for the price; €220 is outrageous. Sorry, but I had to say it. No boat trip because of the mistral wind, no romance. Frankly, I expected something else!

11/03/2026: This is the greatest place on earth! The only thing more amazing than the food is the people. Never disappointed. Duck amazing! This is the epitome of how you want to “dine” while in the south…if you are really lucky you will dine on an evening when Panna Cotta is available for dessert (My son Aidan’s favorite to die for)!
