21/07/2026: Le Carillon is a fantastic, authentic restaurant run primarily by a husband and wife team who are welcoming, cordial and professional. Where both food and service are fantastic. Our family rented a mas in Oppede Le Vieux for part of April and all of May. We visited Le Carillon three times - each with different friends or family members. Resulting in universal enjoyment and happiness. The cuisine is high quality and expertly prepared, and service is at the same time friendly and professional. In our experience the dessert "Le Chocolat" was voted best all time by our crew. It's worth going just for that, but the menu is excellent throughout and the prices are reasonable. Can't wait to go back next year. ps: Goult is a charming town with far fewer tourists than other Luberon villages.....

12/07/2026: We were seated at a table, but the menu never arrived, and we felt completely ignored. Between the heat and the lack of service, we decided to leave after 15 minutes; other tables that had arrived after us had just been served. As we left, we mentioned that the wait was too long, and we were told we were being too impatient...

08/07/2026: The restaurant was packed for dinner, and the staff were professional and friendly, but the only downside was that the food was just average for the price. The burrata cheese appetizer was okay (average). The pan-fried foie gras was delicious, but the toast underneath was too hard. The onions served with the foie gras were a bit too sour, but overall the flavor was good (generally recommended). The beef tenderloin with red wine sauce was very juicy, and the red wine sauce was fragrant, but the beef quality wasn't great; it had a lot of tendons, and we had to give up on a few bites because we couldn't chew anymore. (Average) The total bill for the two of us was 88 euros. For that price, I would have expected a higher standard.

20/07/2026: A beautiful summer provencal setting, friendly staff and delicious dishes but very generous portions. We ate here twice. Do have the chilled tomato soup if it is on and the panna cotta with cherries is delicious.

13/07/2026: Gorgeous little garden restaurant. Worth the drive outside Gordes. Arrive hungry, the lunch menu is 3 courses of your choice.

08/07/2026: Despite the friendly waiters, the four of us left very disappointed. The portions were nothing like the photos on the plates and didn't match our expectations at all. The overall quality of the food was far from the authenticity one expects in a so-called traditional restaurant. Beyond the fact that the pastis had glitter, my cheese plate was completely forgotten, and the vegetables in the dish were poorly reheated, if not cold. I hope the service is better outside of the summer season and tourist rush, especially considering the prices. I do not recommend it.

24/07/2026: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! We explained we were going to the movies, and they told us the service was quick and that there was no problem. Half the table was served, and the rest arrived 30 minutes later, cold and tasteless. There was no attempt at compensation; worse, the waitress swiped our card and clicked on credit without asking for anything. A disgrace!

07/06/2026: Who said you can't eat well in a shopping center? Le Comptoir des Frangines proves otherwise. Top-notch service, inventive cuisine, and healthy ingredients: it's our favorite spot in Le Pontet. Admittedly, the average bill is a bit higher, but the quality on the plate more than justifies every euro spent. A sure bet!

The Neapolitan-style pizzas are every bit as good as a professional pizza maker's; they're truly delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant; I found nothing but positive things to say. 17/07/2026: A place secluded from the world that makes you forget where you are. A beautifully appointed residence with a pool perfectly integrated into the landscape. The rooms are luxurious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bathrooms are immaculate. An ideal place to gather with family and friends and to celebrate life's most beautiful events: weddings, baptisms... We were captivated by our stay!
