26/04/2026: A magnificent setting, a terrace overlooking the Sorgue river, excellent welcome and service, and the food itself: the quality and flavors were spot on. As for the prices, they were perfectly reasonable considering the quality, quantity, and setting. I highly recommend it, and I have no doubt they have a loyal clientele.

29/03/2026: A very pleasant Sunday lunch with friends. We were seated in the back room due to an unexpected turnout of customers who hadn't booked, while we had. The room wasn't particularly inviting, but it wasn't a major issue; we had a lovely time. The welcome and service were excellent, and the estate wine was superb. The meal was simple but tasty, although the cheese course was disappointing because it was very basic.

They paid such thoughtful attention to the bride and groom's table, right down to the personalized menus. The flavors and taste of every dish were absolutely superb; Provence truly shone. A special mention goes to the wedding cake, prepared by Chef Clément especially for the event. A warm welcome and the down-to-earth nature of Clément and Émilie delighted all our guests, reflecting the essence of their restaurant. Our guests were captivated and absolutely thrilled. We highly recommend Restaurant L'Ardoise in Mazan City Village. A huge thank you to you both! 🙏

As for the food, I'll simply say that if I were to return tomorrow, I would go without hesitation! From the house cocktail to the appetizer, the main course, and the refined dessert, all made with simple ingredients, bravo to the chef and his team!
