19/08/2026: We dined at this beautiful establishment last night. My wife’s favourite restaurant ever. Having discovered this pre Covid and the beautiful village of Goult some years ago we returned only to be treated again. It’s nestled in a side street which they close at night, Silvie ( The Proprietor) gave us an incredible meal. Emanuel her husband in the engine room ( ex Roux stables ) delighted our pallets with a culinary explosion of formidable tastes and textures along with wonderful local fine wines. If you want fine dining in a natural environment at the top level don’t miss this. It’s one of the Luberon jewels of eating out.

02/09/2026: I've dined here for the past two nights. Last night the gratin was excellent. Tonight the piece of meat is very generous and perfectly cooked. The vegetables are prepared fresh to order. The waiter is rather discreet but very efficient. I'm looking forward to tomorrow night.

23/08/2026: A high-quality, impromptu experience. On my way to visit the Palais des Papes in the morning, I passed by this discreet little restaurant tucked away in a charming cul-de-sac. What a delightful surprise! A warm welcome, delicious local cuisine, and a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. What more could you ask for? For my main course, I had beef tataki with roasted vegetables—absolutely succulent! And for dessert, frozen yogurt topped with oatmeal and chocolate cookie pieces, drizzled with homemade salted caramel sauce. The dessert was gone in under three minutes.

28/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The ice creams and sorbets are truly delicious, with a wide variety of flavors. You can tell the flavors are well-crafted and really tasty. A lovely little spot to discover on the beautiful Place des Corps Saints.

A set menu, generous home-style cooking, large wooden tables, and a delightful welcome. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful… an authentic place just the way we like them.

21/08/2026: An unusual spot, carved into a cave, very pleasant in this heat. The meal was very good and served with a smile, which was a nice touch. Special mention for the Viennese coffee, which wasn't on the menu and was made at my son's request 👍 Accessible on foot from the Orange theater.
