21/09/2026: Very friendly welcome, good quality main courses, but the price was a bit high. The chocolate fondant wasn't runny. The daily special starter was no longer available… replaced by tomato and burrata! Third visit to this restaurant, a slight drop in quality…

13/09/2026: We absolutely loved our lunch at La Flotille. The welcome was warm and the service very quick. The dishes and desserts were excellent, the portions were perfectly balanced, and there was little waiting between courses—everything came together perfectly. The service was impeccable, and a huge thank you to our waiter, Andy, who looked after us throughout our lunch! Smiling, kind, and efficient—truly top-notch! 👍 In short, a fantastic discovery, and we'll definitely be back!

12/09/2026: Just so you know, they have a tipping system via the credit card terminal, and the server checks to see if you leave a tip. Otherwise, it's a nice place, the food is very good (the fries aren't really fries, but fried potato chunks), and the staff are friendly. I only gave it two stars overall because of this tipping system.

07/09/2026: One of the restaurants I miss the most since moving to the South of France! L’Orée du Bois is everything I love in a restaurant: elegance, refinement, conviviality, and above all, truly delicious food! The cuisine is sophisticated, generous, made with real ingredients, and the prices are fair considering the quality you find on your plate. It just goes to show that you can offer beautiful, refined cuisine without charging exorbitant prices! Just thinking about it makes me hesitate… your foie gras or your avocado-crab religieuse? 🤤 Mmm… Now that’s real food, just the way I like it! And it’s not just the food. The owners are incredibly kind. The chef always takes the time to come out of the kitchen to greet the customers, chat, and make sure everything went well. And when Madame comes to take our order, she always has a kind word, a smile, a thoughtful touch that makes us feel truly welcome. That's what makes all the difference: excellent food served by people who are genuinely kind, approachable, and passionate about their work. Since moving to the South of France, this is definitely one of the places I miss the most. I hope to have the chance to pop in and say hello again during a future visit… and especially to dine at your table again! ❤️ Don't change a thing. You're one of those restaurants that you remember fondly, even long afterward.

28/08/2026: We had a wonderful evening. Our taste buds and ears were delighted! The dishes are typical Corsican cuisine, refined and made with carefully selected ingredients. The staff was lovely; the young waiter knew the menu perfectly and his service was impeccable. We chatted quite a bit with the owner, who is a charming man and very attentive to his customers. They paid particular attention to allergies and birthdays, which was much appreciated. I finally discovered one of my favorite wines, a natural Corsican wine, with an incredible palate: a superb discovery! Thank you so much for your talent and kindness. We will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/07/2026: A very good restaurant in Saint-Germain. The menu isn't too long, and it focuses on quality ingredients. Corsican inspiration is evident throughout, with daily specials based on market availability, and an impressive list of Corsican wines. We love eating on the terrace in the evenings during the summer. Our dog is also welcome in this pleasant restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

01/09/2026: A disappointing dinner in a magnificent location. Pate en croûte too salty, fish well cooked but with a sauce I could have found anywhere else. Veges steamed or boiled, too salty as well. Desserts looked good but I had already reached 100 euros and didn't feel like spending more. Staff very professional, location by the Versailles castle is magnificent.

16/07/2026: An enchanting place with warm and welcoming decor. A charming, shabby-chic, "English" atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. A lovely selection of drinks and homemade pastries. Impeccable service at very reasonable prices. I will be back. EDIT: I've been back several times since my first review and I'd like to add that the service is still just as pleasant, and the savory dishes are generous and well-prepared.

26/05/2026: My husband and I had vin de honeur and our wedding dinner in Hotel Ibis >> we absolutely loved it!! All the staff members were very polite and eager to help us. I must specially thank to Madame Anne Py - the director of the Hotel Ibis. She helped us greatly and offered us many elegant suggestions. Everything was perfect from the start, including the ease of the wedding organization. The delicious canapes, snacks, fantastic wedding menu, great champagne, the beautiful space overlooking the green garden, the background music...As a bride, I had 0 stress thanks to the entire team of Hotel Ibis and Madame Py :) We also stayed the night - great room, clean, in a silenty green surroundings. Hotel Ibis is a true little gem in the perfect location of this wonderful little town. Merci beaucoup à tous! ❤️

25/05/2026: We chose this hotel because it is located right next to the sports hall where we had to go to a karate championship. It was a pleasant stay: a spacious family room, quiet, good mattress; in short: we slept well! The breakfast offered a wide variety, and thanks to the beautiful weather, we were able to eat in the garden. A real holiday feeling. We also went to visit the castle nearby, which is within walking distance: highly recommended. The center of Paris, on the other hand, was about 40 minutes away by train and metro (RER A Lafitte train station), and that went smoothly as well.
