Good food, prepared without fuss, with generous portions, which is often lacking in good restaurants these days… we went there by bike in 15 minutes from Le Chesnay: it's very easy thanks to the cycle path that starts right behind Parly 2.
23/05/2026: We recently discovered this excellent restaurant. The cuisine was original and very tasty, the setting with its lovely outdoor terrace was delightful, and the staff were incredibly attentive. We will definitely return.

04/05/2026: A very beautiful, peaceful, bucolic spot, surrounded by greenery and a magnificent park; perhaps that justifies the price of the menu, which I found a bit expensive. For €50, there's nothing particularly "sophisticated." The side dishes are quite simple (new potatoes), as are the profiteroles and chocolate entremets... a bit predictable.

However, the food was rather mediocre and didn't live up to the establishment's self-promotional image.
First time I've ever ordered a glass of wine and had it brought directly to me without showing the bottle (perhaps a boxed wine?). The service was incredibly slow, even though it was noon. Quite amateurish. The veal rump with morel sauce was delicious, but I didn't see a single morel in it... The desserts were similar to what you'd find at a brasserie, nothing more.

The food was spicy... just right...
A lovely indoor and outdoor terrace tucked away in a small courtyard... Really nice.
We highly recommend it.
31/05/2026: Right in the heart of Rambouillet, a carriage entrance, a courtyard paved with period cobblestones, old buildings, simplicity, and there, this little restaurant, a small furnished terrace—it's intimate, charming, and we ate very well. We'll definitely be back!

25/04/2026: Excellent cuisine at a very reasonable price. A menu of 5 starters and 5 main courses with quality ingredients. Everything looks tempting, and the results live up to the menu. The terrace on a pleasant little square is delightful. The wait was short, even though we arrived at the end of service. The waiter was fast and a bit reserved, but he was working alone and was efficient! Just what you need for a great time. Thank you.
18/04/2026: Super affordable menu for delicious and generous portions! Quick and friendly service. Their terrace is a real bonus. I'll definitely be back to eat here next time I'm in Saint-Germain-en-Laye! 😋

The atmosphere is friendly and festive, the owner and staff are lovely, and above all, the food is delicious with a menu that's regularly updated and well-chosen. Special mention goes to the pizza chef—it's a new addition and what a treat! You can order takeout online, even on Friday evenings, and the pizzas are excellent. Well done and thank you!

The usual pizza chef wasn't there.
The pizzas weren't great: hard crust, burnt ham.
Don't eat there when the owner is cooking.
