02/09/2026: We held our wedding dinner at the Pavillon des Ibis and everything went perfectly. Nilena, the event manager, was very involved and readily available. The waiters were responsive and managed our meal flawlessly. We ate very well. We are truly delighted with our experience, and our guests were equally thrilled. The elderflower Spritz is undoubtedly one of the best we've ever tasted… 🍹 And what a discovery the stracciatella & pesto was… Mamma mia, absolutely divine! 🤌😋 We've definitely found a must-visit spot in Houdan. 12/07/2026: The juices were particularly expensive (€5 for 20cl), the dishes were consistently sprinkled with large peppercorns, the vegetables were unseasoned and some were frozen, and the cleanliness of the placemats left much to be desired. The only positive points were the young woman's service, thank you to her, and the ambiance. We will not be returning.

01/09/2026: For 28 euros a piece of beef, it would have been nice to have a decent-sized piece of meat and not a pile of fat. Seriously, change butchers! Way too expensive for so little!

24/08/2026: Passing through the area, I saw this bistro that had caught my eye. I tried it and had a lovely time. The dish was delicious, and the owner introduced me to a very nice stout to make up for my lack of Guinness 😂 Hoping to go back sometime… all the best to you!

15/09/2026: Extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizzas... Even for a thin crust, it was ridiculous; the packaging was practically thicker, and the toppings were practically nonexistent. Frankly, we won't be going back; it's overpriced for what you get. This has nothing to do with the staff, who are always very pleasant, smiling, and friendly. What a shame, we'll never go back.

20/09/2026: A very bad experience when contacting the restaurant to discuss a group reservation. We were greeted by the manager and, unfortunately, found the welcome particularly cold and haughty. From the very first minutes, we had the unpleasant feeling of being a bother, even though we were simply there to inquire and ask a few perfectly normal questions about making a reservation. The most surprising thing was the attitude adopted when we asked if it was possible to choose a table we liked. The answer was a direct "no," without any real explanation and, above all, without offering any alternative. We really felt that, since our group was ultimately "only" about fifteen people, our request didn't seem to be of much interest. This is quite disconcerting when you come specifically with the intention of making a reservation and supporting a business. We fully understand that a restaurant may have its constraints, its organizational rules, or certain tables it prefers not to allocate. That's not what we're criticizing at all. What we found disappointing was the way customers were communicated. It's perfectly possible to say no politely, explain the reasons, and perhaps even offer a solution. We left with a very unpleasant feeling, as if we almost had to insist to be allowed to make a reservation and as if our most basic requests were excessive. For comparison, we had the opportunity to interact with much more welcoming and professional staff at the Pavillon des Ibis in Parc des Ibis. Their attentiveness, availability, and hospitality were far more appreciated there. We therefore recommend that anyone looking for a venue for a group meal or event also consider this alternative. For our part, the reception we received here was unfortunately enough to make us decide to leave. The setting may be pleasant, but the welcome remains the first impression an establishment gives its customers.

16/09/2026: It seems that appearance is a problem and that Arabs aren't welcome in this restaurant. Racist behavior. I was there at the beginning of the month with my girlfriend. I showed up at the entrance (without a reservation). A woman told us she'd seat us right away. Then, after a 5-minute wait, a man (probably the manager) pulled the same stunt on us: "You don't have a reservation? There are no more seats." Not even an apology, even though there were a few seats available and other people arrived after us. And this is the second time this has happened to me, after the first time in 2024!

18/08/2026: The Louise baguettes are extremely bland; they're lacking something, depending on the recipe. Really disappointed. Not to mention the not-so-friendly salesperson yesterday. You ask for well-baked Louise baguettes, and he gives you plain ones, all while blowing on them... and then he waits for you to pay, but you have to ask the price because he doesn't tell you. I should mention that there were baguettes that were much better baked. Between the taste and the lack of friendliness, it's really put me off... this bakery's beginnings were much more promising than they are now.

10/08/2026: Very disappointed. Louise's baguettes used to be excellent, but I think there's been a change in the recipe. I've worked in a bakery, I know what I'm talking about. I still wanted to buy more, though, and out of the four baguettes, one was completely covered in black spots underneath. I think it's definitely the dirty baking tray. I found it disgusting, and the baguette tasted so dry, like a thick loaf. 😬😬 There's definitely been a change in the recipe, a mix of flours. 🤔🤔 It's revolting. So I'll make toast out of it because I can't just throw the bread away. I wasn't buying it anymore anyway, but now... 😂😂😂😂 I'm running away, I'm running fast! 😂😂

24/09/2026: I previously gave this establishment 5 stars because the servers are polite and welcoming. Today, I simply asked if my coffee could be changed because it tasted burnt. The server directed me to the person who makes the coffees on the machine. She responded very rudely: "I don't drink coffee, the coffee isn't burnt, I don't know you, you're not a customer here." I want to clarify that my issue concerns only this individual and her manner of speaking. I would like the manager to be made aware of this incident.
