03/09/2024: Service inefficace et désagréable ! Cuisine très ordinaire Prix très élevé On regrette l’ancienne équipe 15 minutes d’attente pour un café, du coup on part sans café….on fait une remarque au serveur qui se permet de nous dire que c’est normal. A fuir !

29/08/2024: Je ne recommanderai pas ce restaurant car la qualité est très moyenne et le prix très exagéré. Dommage car le cadre est magnifique. Ce n'est plus la guinguette d'avant le changement de carte.

14/08/2024: Having managed to obtain tickets for the Olympic Games in Versailles, we selected this hotel for its location and its services. When we arrived there, we were won over by the charm of the establishment. A small disappointment, the breakfast time: 6:30 a.m. You won't have to wait to be on time at the site the next day. In the room, small hiccup: the safe does not work. A little disappointing considering the standard. I imagined that the equipment was checked before customers arrived. The staff showed good will to resolve the problem. A replacement of the batteries (in fact there were none…) changed nothing, the whole safe was replaced. The next morning, we can't wait to see our athletes shine and at 6:29 a.m., we are in front of the breakfast room which is still locked. 6:35 a.m., she still is. 6:40 a.m., desperately closed... 6:45 a.m., it finally opens, a quarter of an hour late, without an explanation or a word of apology. And there, new disappointment: the pancakes are barely cooked. The raw dough escapes when you bite into it. The chocolate buns are also raw inside. So we settle for a piece of bread swallowed in a hurry because we are already behind schedule. When it's time to check out and check out, reception is empty. We wait five minutes before going to try to find someone in the breakfast room for the first time. We are told that he has gone out or gone down but that he will arrive soon. A second visit to the room was necessary before seeing someone and being able to pay. Even more than a quarter of an hour wasted... When I shared our setbacks and indicated that a gesture would be appreciated, I was told "I will pass on the information" while asking me my phone number and my email address. That was a week ago, and as of now, I haven't had any response. The price of the stay represented a big sacrifice for us, which we accepted in order to have a great experience. We left disappointed, not by the setting (the building is magnificent and the rooms comfortable) but by the services and the welcome and the little consideration we received. What a shame that what should have been a great experience was ruined like this.

09/08/2024: Good points: comfortable bed, friendly receptions who tried their best, incredible peaceful location. Bad points: most of the room amenities did not work. 2 of 4 available electrical sockets did not work. As there was no overhead light, you either charged your phone or had the lamp on. On arrival the fridge didn’t work, but was replaced. The housekeeping lady was clearly used to these problems and smiled wearily. The room was extremely hot, unless you had the main door open. We were offered a fan but given the lack of sockets refused it. I assume that is why they hadn’t already put a fan in the room. The only facility for making a drink was an espresso machine that only made espresso. Usually, you can fool these machines to allow you to produce hot water, but not this one. The receptionists got us hot water but it was very inconvenient to have to go down to get it. The room safe was not attached to anything and was broken. We took it down to reception but no-one was around. All this would be fine for a room price under E100, but due to the Olympics we were charged just under E300. If you are going to take advantage of supply shortages, you must offer the basic amenities expected of that price. We had paid for 2 nights but moved to another wonderful hotel much closer to Paris for half the price for the second night.

22/09/2024: A big blah. The rice tasteless and the chicken is so bathed in Indian sauce that you don't smell the chicken. However, there seems to be a good, family atmosphere.

16/09/2024: Always greeted with a smile from "Mrs. Boss" as well as the waiters...it's always a real pleasure to sit on the terrace or inside for a pleasant dinner alone or with friends. Don't change anything, everything is perfect 🥂

12/12/2024: les détails sont importants ... aprés avoir renversé un peu de vin et l'avoir essuyé avec ma serviette ..pas de serviette de remplacement bien que demandée..! le café froid ..dommage!

13/09/2024: En télétravail avec mon épouse, nous avons pris une heure de détente pour le déjeuner. Très bonne surprise, c’était très bon, frais, et service rapide, en plus avec le sourire. Ambiance cosy. Nous y reviendrons!

07/09/2024: Nous venons de dîner c'était parfait...thon à la plancha et purée de patates douces... tatin de mirabelles et glace au yaourt.. très bon..et accueil très très sympa
