18/05/2026: We discovered this hotel by chance with a last-minute booking. I have rarely experienced such high-quality service from every single staff member we encountered, which shows it's a deliberate policy of the establishment. We were stuck on the highway, arriving at 10 PM instead of 8:30 PM; we were expecting a quick room service, but the kitchen staff offered, without us even asking, to welcome us to the restaurant where we enjoyed a very fine dinner served by a kind and charming head waiter. The very green setting near the forest is lovely and offers a real change of scenery. The room was very comfortable and unique. Note: if you type "hotel cazaudehore" into Waze, it will take you to the center of Saint-Germain-en-Laye; you should type in the address or just "cazaudehore".

10/05/2026: This hotel is wonderful. Whether in the hotel or the restaurant, all the staff were very efficient and responsive, and we truly felt their hospitality. We were able to completely relax. The restaurant also had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the wine service: after the first glass was poured by the staff, we had to refill our own glasses because the servers seemed very busy. With an additional person in the dining room, this kind of small detail would undoubtedly have been better handled, and the experience would have been even more enjoyable.

07/08/2026: I don't usually leave online reviews and often prefer to speak with the service provider in person. In this case, I'll make an exception. I booked the Pavillon des Ibis for my wedding with Fabrice, and I must say that Valérie and her staff took excellent care of us. Everything went very smoothly, the meal was excellent and refined. The waiters and waitresses were attentive yet discreet. I received many very positive comments about the food and the aperitifs. I highly recommend it.

14/07/2026: Disappointing family meal! The prices seemed high considering the quality of the food and service. At this price point, one would at least expect the meat to be cooked properly. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, and the ribeye steak we ordered medium-rare was actually rare and particularly tough. Finally, we would have appreciated a warmer welcome. The service seemed rather unfriendly and sometimes even a bit cold.

The welcome was fantastic, they helped us choose our dishes without any pressure, which was very nice. They used proper cutlery, the presentation was lovely, and the food was delicious! The pineapple smoothie was great, but it's missing papaya! I highly recommend it 😊 Well done!

15/06/2026: I've been going to Cosy for four years now. The pasta menu is always a delight: delicious and generous portions. The staff are lovely, and their efficiency and organization are remarkable, even during peak hours. I highly recommend this warm and inviting place.

27/07/2026: The place is warm and inviting, with a rustic decor, and serves good quality traditional French cuisine. The menu offers both cheese and dessert, which is quite rare and worth mentioning! However, we were a little disappointed by the taste of the dishes, which were ultimately rather ordinary. Nothing negative to complain about, but not exactly enchanting either.
