The chef took the time to explain the spices, cooking methods, and ingredients to me, and chose dishes based on my preferences. I will definitely return as soon as I have the chance.

26/08/2026: I recently had the chance to try this Korean barbecue, as I'm a fan of this type of cuisine. I opted for marinated beef, and my friend chose pork loin. The quality of the meat was good, however, the pork was cut into enormous slices that were very difficult to cook, and the quantity was quite disappointing. The side dishes were good and unlimited. However, the value for money wasn't there for me; I found the bill too high. The staff, though, were very friendly and attentive.

20/07/2026: We stopped by for lunch today. Great service! We enjoyed the mussels with chorizo, which barely left us room for dessert, as the portions were generous. A big plus for the fresh fries! A fantastic place, we'll definitely be back.

26/07/2026: A regular customer, visiting every two months. The food is simple but good, but we would appreciate it if they could tell us that the chicken pasta has been replaced with turkey. This won't stop us from going back to eat there again soon.

11/09/2026: Got here just before the midday rush which was lucky. Probably one of the better steaks l have had while in France and the accompanying sauce was very tasty. Wife had the chicken which was also good. Great place to have lunch and watch the world go by. Nice house labelled wine.

09/09/2026: I went with a friend who wanted to go to Bistro Régent. Having been there a few years earlier, I had relatively fond memories. But my experience this time was completely different. First of all, the menu has changed. There's still only one vegetarian dish on the menu (which is astounding for a chain like this, considering how many vegetarians there are these days). A few years ago, it was tabbouleh. Now, it's a goat cheese burger, which was very problematic for me, as I'm vegetarian but don't eat goat cheese. So I ended up having to ask for the goat cheese to be removed. No alternative was offered, and the waiter even made fun of me while I was ordering and then brought me my burger bun, which was practically empty. The service was deplorable: beyond the waiter's mockery, it was incredibly slow. It took ages to get seated; we were shuffled from one entrance to another of Bistro Régent before they finally found us a table. When I asked for more fries—supposedly all-you-can-eat—they never arrived. The salad was terribly bad and smelled like wet socks. And the bill was far too high for what we were served... In short, a place to absolutely avoid.

18/08/2026: Delicious platters, excellent wine, and a fantastic tasting system. We highly recommend it! A small suggestion: it might be a good idea to include labels with some basic information about the wines.

24/07/2026: The best caneles in Bordeaux. Whoever thinks different is confused. Great crunch. Great sweetness. Other places give you chewy, soft overly rum-tasting pastries. Cassonade nails it. Perfect composition. To me, it is not even a comparison to other places.

22/07/2026: The best pizza within a 20km radius. No complaints, the pizzas have a thin crust.

11/06/2026: Delicious pizza, perfect crust, fresh ingredients, many topping options and affordable prices. Impeccable service. A good lunch and dinner option for nearby truck drivers. I recommend! 🍕😊
