28/05/2026: You might think I added it myself, but not at all! We found a bolt in our fries… and the beef mozzarella, without beef… impossible to contact the restaurant. It was a drive-thru order.

21/05/2026: Honestly the service was great. The dish was very pretty, but the ramen didn’t taste like real ramen. It tasted like spaghetti instead of ramen noodles. I was not keen on the server putting the seaweed leaf in the soup especially when she also handles money. Overall the service was quick, accomadatikng and did the job for a quick meal. But if they change the quality of the ramen noodles, that can make it seem more worthwhile. Also the chef should place the leaf in the soup and not the waitress. The decor is nice and simple.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 01/12/2025: If you want a unique experience during your visit to Bordeaux, I recommend stopping by this little restaurant. For me, it was like stepping back into the 1960s. It was absolutely charming. Very vintage, as they say these days. And for me, it was an oasis where you can enjoy everything from a coffee to a delicious meal.
