Had phoned to book a table but nothing was reserved...table we got was ok..tapas was excellent. beer and wine fine but was astounded that they did not know what a spritzer was and it was not on the menu!! Staff were pretty disinterested and unenthusiastic but one of our party said usually was not like that. An off day maybe.

17/02/2026: I ordered Salmon Lover through Uber Eats on December 24th at 4 PM. The order was confirmed by Uber Eats and the Cauderan store. The delivery driver called to tell me the store was closed. I was charged by Uber Eats, but they refuse to refund me because I gave the delivery driver the code. I contacted the Cauderan Sushi Shop, who confirmed that they closed early on December 24th and were supposed to contact me on Monday, December 29th. And I'm still waiting… I'm going to have to call the premium-rate number for the third time. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I have never been refunded. Thank you. 16/02/2026: First time at this restaurant and we weren't disappointed. The chef is imaginative and blends flavors brilliantly. The tastes were all there, which is exactly what you want. We opted for the €73 menu, or the six-course menu for €53, accompanied by a glass of champagne and two glasses of wine. The service was quick and well-paced, thanks to a very pleasant head waitress who knew every ingredient in every dish perfectly. The icing on the cake was the location under the arches of a former cellar, or perhaps stables? A must-try at least once.

What originality, what research, and what sometimes surprising flavors! Go without hesitation; you will go from one discovery to the next. It's daring, in the best sense of the word; it's sometimes a little surprising, even complicated to navigate with them, but what a pleasure at the end of this suspended moment! Thank you so much for the discovery of nettle (I hope I'm not scaring anyone...), for the shortbread, for the sublimely cooked scallops, for the combination of cauliflower and yuzu, for the subtlety of the financier, but also for the smiles and the radiant laughter. A wonderful wedding anniversary. See you very soon.

04/12/2025: I ate lunch here regularly over the past month. I really enjoyed the set menus, as they were varied and high quality. The atmosphere and service were also very pleasant. It was a very enjoyable meal here.

01/12/2025: If you want a unique experience during your visit to Bordeaux, I recommend stopping by this little restaurant. For me, it was like stepping back into the 1960s. It was absolutely charming. Very vintage, as they say these days. And for me, it was an oasis where you can enjoy everything from a coffee to a delicious meal.
