03/03/2026: A superb experience from start to finish! We loved the atmosphere with the Corsican music and the tasteful, welcoming decor; we felt truly at ease. The service was perfect throughout the meal: friendly, attentive, and professional. They even held the door open for us when we left! The dishes were excellent, both in quality and quantity (generous portions!). We will definitely be back.

There were eight of us, and after a restaurant cancelled our reservation (due to weather) at 8:00 PM, we were left without a place to go. We were very well looked after at the last minute. 22/11/2025: Arriving in the snow, we received a warm welcome at this cozy and beautifully decorated little chalet: a truly delightful experience! We immediately felt at home. From the generous steak and fries to the wood-fired bread, not forgetting the coffee served in charming English cups… everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. We look forward to trying the desserts soon, which also looked incredibly tempting!

30/09/2025: We spent three nights at La Corniche. The welcome was warm and the location beautiful. Eating breakfast on the terrace is a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds; everything is perfect. The food is balanced and the ingredients are delicious and well-prepared. The superior room is charming, comfortable, and clean. The only downside is the soundproofing in the bathrooms, which needs to be improved. We recommend La Corniche to enjoy its charm and taste delicious food in a friendly atmosphere.

21/10/2025: Discovered the Auberge du Pêcheur during our visit to the charming port of Centuri. For €25.00, we chose the Joels fricassee, featuring delicious small fried fish. We also had the amberjack steak with vegetables, a delightful and surprising dish with every bite. Finally, we enjoyed the chestnut flan, a delicate dessert. The restaurant is well-located, with its terrace in the heart of the port. Impeccable service and courteous staff. We had an excellent time at this establishment, which I highly recommend.
