21/09/2026: Very disappointing! The service was incredibly slow, but above all, the food was bland. The red mullet fillets seemed brined/frozen (?).
The dessert—a very small portion of lemon semolina cake—slightly redeemed the meal, but it was lukewarm. This meal was part of an organized tour, but unfortunately, it doesn't make me want to return on my own.
P.S.: In response to the restaurant's reply, there seems to be a misunderstanding, as I did not disrespect the staff in any way.
21/09/2026: Probably the best restaurant in Macinagggio, whether it's the welcome, the service, the food, or the atmosphere, I don't just recommend it, I highly recommend it!
I feel right at home there, and the food is incredible!!!

It was our last evening in Corsica, and it will be all the more memorable. Excellent food, impeccable service, thank you!
16/08/2026: A barbecue evening on August 15th, accompanied by a fantastic live band. The meat was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I came last year and was just as delighted to eat there again. We will definitely be back every year to come.

12/09/2026: The lemon juice here is exceptional! In every sense of the word.
Last year, we had to resist the owner's insistence on serving us the new "lemon and grape" drink to get excellent lemon juice.
This year, we got grape and lemon, and there was no choice! The excuse was that they were out of lemon juice.
In short, they must have a surplus of grapes, and they're selling them to us in lemon juice, resulting in a very sweet drink with no real flavor. We'll go elsewhere from now on.

Reservations recommended.
09/08/2026: A truly refreshing spot with the river flowing below, nestled in an authentic cabin. A family meal with this rustic yet incredibly pleasant break on a beautiful summer evening. I recommend the pizzas we had as an appetizer, but the rest of the menu is just as good. Free parking right next door.

04/09/2026: The least you could have done was wait until I left your shop before badmouthing tourists and adding that you shouldn't go into town anymore, or you'll get a flattening. Nathalie, a poor tourist who wanted to contribute to your local economy.
04/09/2026: A beautiful shop! The products are of high quality and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly. An excellent place to discover and bring back Corsican specialties. I highly recommend it!

11/09/2026: The food is delicious, and the view is fantastic. We had a reservation for a corner table, one side of which was uncovered. It was drizzling, and we weren't offered another seat. So one of us had to eat in the rain. The service was arrogant and just went through the motions. For the price, we expected more. Unfortunately, a good view and good food aren't everything.

11/09/2026: Just so you know, if you look like you're from the mainland, you'll pay 5 euros for a half-pint of beer... but if you adopt a Corsican air and accent, you might pay 3.50 euros, like in any other establishment.
So we didn't want to eat, because the surprise on the final bill was surely going to go hand in hand with the aperitif.
