We stopped by to eat when we arrived in Calvi, an uninteresting plate of salmon pasta... Chopped steak for children, adult size...
Baby chair and very dirty glass of wine, interior of the restaurant too...
Messy service, waitress goes around in circles with her glasses, doesn't know where to go, makes a mistake...

06/08/2024: Ottima cena, una delle migliori fatte in Corsica. Ho mangiato i gamberi in tempura ed il tataki di tonno, entrambi molto buoni. Servizio efficiente e personale gentile. Bella posizione nella piazza principale di Isola Rossa.

15/09/2024: Conosco il ristorante Santa Maria da diverso tempo e si conferma un’eccellenza di Calvi. Situato sotto la cittadella, si caratterizza per un’atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Favoloso il polpo alla mediterranea piatto forte del menù del locale. Eccellenti anche gli spaghetti alle vongole. Ottimi i desserts. Consigliato.
01/09/2024: Plats très bon et copieux. Seuls les beignets de fromage en entrée ont été une fausse note. La pâte à beignet est farineuse et prend le dessus sur le fromage qui n’a pas de goût. Tout le reste était impeccable et c’est une très bonne adresse.
