08/05/2026: A hidden gem discovered by chance on the road between Bastia and Bonifacio. The welcome is warm and the family atmosphere makes this place very cozy. The decor is original and you feel right at home. The menu, short and well-crafted, is a promise of freshness that is confirmed on the plate. Special mention for the quality of the cured ham and the perfect cooking of the pork. The tiramisu for dessert was the perfect ending to this wonderful meal. An authentic place for a simple and fabulous experience. Thank you!

09/06/2026: This is truly exceptional. The deviled eggs on celery remoulade are simple yet so well executed! They're fantastic. And the pasta carbonara is the best I've ever had. The set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) is under 20 euros! Add the chocolate mousse to those two dishes, and you have a simple but excellent meal! You absolutely must go!!

25/05/2026: A great place to have lunch after climbing and descending the Col Sorba. Great dishes and staff who know what a cyclist needs. We, who are cycling through Europe for 4 months, highly recommend this place.

12/06/2026: The hamburger bun was extremely old and hard. The sliced french bread was old and hard. The Parmesan cheese was tainted and tasted like blue cheese. Service was excellent though.

Even though there weren't many people seated, they told us we'd have to wait about an hour for the burgers to be prepared (I think this is because they prioritize delivery over seated customers). They also have ready-made meat and pasta dishes that are served much earlier. The service was a bit rushed but friendly.

Everything is homemade using local produce, and delicious, with a special mention for the fresh cheese fritter – a must-try! A bonus for campervan owners: if there's space, the owner will likely offer you parking for the night!

10/06/2026: Really grumpy staff who don't bring a menu to the table when you sit down and they all look like they'd rather be elsewhere. Asked for a thé noir and was given Darjeeling (comparable to being given a Hot Chocolate when you've ordered a Coffee). Clearly somewhere for the locals as unless you speak perfect french they don't seem to want you there.
