02/07/2026: Having dined there on a Monday while traveling for work, I appreciated the setting; its enormous olive tree and multi-level terrace are very pleasant. The only issue that evening was the head waiter's stress level, who clearly struggled with management in this area. He was friendly and polite, but he stressed out his team and customers with his unnecessarily repetitive comments (training would, I think, be a lifesaver). In short, apart from that, it's a very good place; the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I had a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant (except perhaps on Mondays 😂).

25/05/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and I wasn't disappointed. The welcome was very warm, and the menu offered a tempting selection of sashimi and sushi. A good selection of Asian drinks and a superb dessert menu rounded out the experience.

The service was outstanding to begin with, the food exquisite, and my duck breast was cooked to perfection! You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected and prepared. Clearly one of the best restaurants in Toulouse! It's closed on weekends, so you should plan to go during the week. Plus, the terrace is lovely in the summer. We'll definitely be back! 👌

04/05/2026: It was my first time eating here. Overall, the food was excellent and the service was relatively smooth. However, and I had seen this mentioned in other reviews, I ordered the takeaway (€29.90, which is normally for two people) planning to take the leftovers home. The waiter pointed out twice that it was for two people and said "you eat well" two or three times. I told him that these weren't things one usually says, and I felt compelled to explain that I wasn't going to eat everything and that I would take the rest home. Having read about this in the reviews just before coming, I was worried it might happen, and I really didn't like it when it did. I would still recommend this restaurant because, as mentioned above, the food was very good.

16/05/2026: My partner and I were passing through Toulouse and decided to stop at Silex & Fourchette on our way to our holiday destination. What's more, since my partner is gluten intolerant, this restaurant was perfect! Excellent cuisine made with fresh, 100% gluten-free ingredients, and a warm welcome from the staff. A truly great find! I highly recommend it and we'll gladly return if we're ever in the area again.
