25/06/2026: We had a wonderful experience visiting this hidden gem inside the hotel! We visited for some drinks and food, and the tapas-style setup was perfect for sharing. There is a fantastic variety of flavorful options, including plenty of excellent vegetarian choices, which we highly appreciated. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. We sat outside in the garden area, which provided a lovely, relaxing backdrop for the evening. Between the creative menu, the cozy ambiance, and the excellent food, this place is highly recommended.

31/05/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A hidden gem in Toulouse!! What a revelation! Gaspard's Bar (Maison Soclo) is a magnificent surprise from beginning to end. The concept: The experience begins the moment you arrive. You push open a simple apartment door, without really knowing what to expect, to discover a completely hidden, intimate, and exceptionally elegant space. A true escape! The atmosphere: The setting is magnificent, ideal for disconnecting and spending a wonderful evening. The service: A huge thank you to Giovanie (sorry if that's not the correct spelling) for his warm welcome and impeccable service. Professional, attentive, and incredibly kind, he greatly contributed to making this a perfect moment. In short: a secret place, a unique atmosphere, and top-notch service. It's flawless; we'll be back without hesitation!

27/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant to celebrate our monthly anniversary and we weren't disappointed! For the quality of the food we were served, the price was entirely justified. We ordered two foie gras menus and they were very generous: a special mention for the gizzard salad, which was particularly delicious! I recommend this restaurant because it's a pleasure to have such good, and especially regional, food in such generous portions! Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent service as well.

18/08/2026: Delicious food! Friendly and pleasant restaurant. Update: Quick service for the gratinated mussels; I think I've waited longer for them before. Same for the duo of casseroles! The La Bonne app is having trouble paying/using points. Delicious Louisiana limited edition dishes! Thomas is always so helpful and efficient. August 5th: Small error on the bill. No big deal. I'll give it to you on the house.

08/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! We stopped by chance and we're so glad we did. We were won over; the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. It's a lovely, welcoming place where it's a pleasure to eat. The daily set menu is also available in the evening. The gazpachos are varied and excellent. We've found our go-to restaurant for our vacation, and we can't wait to come back next year to try the lemon moune (the waiter will understand 😉😊). In short, don't hesitate, I highly recommend it!

12/05/2026: It's a modest hotel, but the bed is very good. The breakfast is well served, and the service is very friendly.

16/08/2026: The setting was lovely, and we opted for the lunch menu for a quick and complete experience. The problem was that it took us two hours to eat in total, which is far too long for lunch, and the menu wasn't particularly good. The atmosphere, however, was very pleasant.

16/08/2026: We had booked a table for lunch during the middle of the school holidays "just in case." There were very few people there. The wait before our order was taken was long... Rather unusual given how few people were. We wanted to order cassoulet. The waiter told us there would be a 20-minute wait. Probably due to the cooking time. If we hadn't had to wait beforehand, it wouldn't have bothered us, but as it was... The wait was worth it, though, because the cassoulet was delicious and a generous portion. The waiters were friendly, and the decor was traditional.

09/12/2025: It was bound to happen, even though I never thought it would. Last Sunday was a terrible experience overall, both in terms of the food and the service. The chicken leg was so dry you could tell it had been cooked the day before, and the portion of rice served was tiny enough for a toddler. We mentioned it to the waiter, who told us it wasn't good to eat too much in the evening. The price of the meal, however, remained unchanged. And to top it all off, the plantains, which were supposed to be served as a sample (given their poor quality), still ended up on the bill. It's not that I prefer to mention this from afar, and even less so having to pay for such a disappointment, but I didn't expect this from a street food place I used to think of so highly. Oh well.
