31/12/2025: We had a fantastic time celebrating New Year's Eve. Impeccable service, no wait at all, and excellent, beautifully presented food. Plus, a great music playlist 🎤 I highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: We used Aligot Catering for a party and were delighted with their service. It was very convenient, delivered directly to our door piping hot at mealtime. All the guests commented on the quality of the aligot; it was delicious. The sausages were also very good. The quantities were perfect as well. I highly recommend them.

05/02/2026: I was in search of cassoulet in Toulouse. It is one of the famous French dishes from this area. Found Aligot when doing an online search. It is on a busy stretch in the Capitole district filled with restaurants and shops. The restaurant is small and intimate. And there is only a handful of menu items including the restaurant’s namesake item. Aligot is a cheesy mashed potatoes dish. Usually French food has a reputation for being expensive, but I found the pricing to be affordable. Tried the cassoulet here with a glass of red wine and it did not disappoint. Service was also friendly. I will say that you must like the menu to dine here given the limited offerings.

07/04/2026: Excellent spot in a beautiful area, but not much is open for lunch... A charming place full of character with generous and flavorful cuisine. Daily specials and desserts in addition to the regular menu. Amazing fries! Generous and delicious fish and chips. Go for it!

19/11/2025: I got the lunch menu- nems and red curry. Nems are not an official Thailand dish so I really had my doubts on whether the food would be authentic... but the red curry was decent. Service was efficient.

07/11/2025: What a great find! I'm not usually a fan of this type of cuisine, but I have to admit I thoroughly enjoyed it! The vegetarian Pad Thai was delicious. For starters, we ordered an assortment to share, and we can't wait to go back!

18/04/2026: Pleasant stopover at a motorway service area. Beautiful area with lots of green space and a lake. The restaurant is even more pleasant as the view is of the lake. We had the 21.90 menu with a starter and a main course. For two we paid 48 euros. Good but the price is a bit motorway-like....

23/03/2026: Retirement reception, 40 guests. We met with the caterer beforehand, which allowed him to ask all the necessary questions about my requirements (service, cold buffet, but also the logistical aspects: timing, room layout, etc.). We received nothing but praise from our guests: quality of the food, originality, service, friendliness, efficiency, etc. The caterer was able to adapt at the last minute to a slight delay due to speeches and managed the service so that everyone could have lunch on time, without rushing anyone. A top-notch professional!

05/02/2026: We hired Artisan Traiteur Toulouse for a convention. They provided catering for a lunchtime cocktail reception. The experience was fantastic! The canapés were high-quality, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The feedback from our guests was unanimous! The best part was arriving well in advance to set everything up smoothly and without causing any disruption (and then cleaning up afterwards), and providing service throughout the entire lunch break. I highly recommend them!
