03/12/2024: Certes, la terrasse au soleil un samedi midi avec vue sur les Pyrénées était déjà une aubaine mais quand nous avons goûté le plat du jour, de la seiche aux Haricots blancs nous n'en sommes pas revenus : la cuisson de la sèche parfaite, les haricots légers et parfumés sans lourdeur avec un mélange de légumes croquants parfaitement équilibré. C'était digne d'un restaurant gastronomique ( que nous nous offrons de temps en temps). Nous avions demandé une salade simple pour accompagner et cela a aussi été un festival pour le palet de la sauce (bien maîtrisée) au choix des légumes. Des fromages de belle qualité également au dessert avec un pain de campagne à la hauteur. Une belle surprise et surtout un chef à suivre !

03/11/2024: Vinimos a este restaurante tras leer las criticas en internet. Y fue una buena decisión. Las mesas son pequeñas y están bastante pegadas. La carta no es muy extensa. Pero lo que comimos estaba buenísimo. Un magret de canard con una salsa que estaba riquísima y un steak tartar, de los mejores que he probado en mi Cerveza artesana bastante decente. Muy recomendable
