Not only is she extremely pleasant, smiling, and full of great advice, but she has a real gift for spreading joy, good humor, and happiness wherever she goes! They told me on the phone that they prefer to take their time to send a good product. The pizzas arrived cold, not even pre-cut, and not even round. Is this the professionalism they talked about on the phone? Unbelievable.

28/06/2026: Rude waiters, inappropriate manners, and this only affected our group on the terrace. Upon arrival, we informed them that we were a large group and asked if we could occupy multiple tables. We were told it was four people per table, and if that wasn't the case, there was no reservation. When we were seven, we were told that we couldn't occupy a second table until we reached eight (behind us, there was a group of five people spread across two tables). While we were seven at one table, a friend rested his elbow on the empty table next to us (which we took three minutes later when others arrived), and one of the waiters came over to explicitly reprimand him. After about an hour, we were already sixteen and went to take a fourth table, but there was a new rule: we could only occupy three. We asked him why, and he rudely replied that it was his terrace and his rules, and that we could only have three people. It's a shame we had already ordered dinner; otherwise, we would have gotten up and left. We won't be going back.

12/05/2026: I'm a student. I was in Toulouse for work. After hearing about Le Monica restaurant for a long time, I went to eat there today and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly. I ordered butter chicken, naan, and chicken biryani, and I can still taste them. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely go back with friends.
