21/04/2026: In Baziège, when a team takes the time to offer good dishes made with good ingredients, I support them. The "Duchesse" pizza. A truly local pizza from the southwest, with a delightful sweet and savory combination, topped with duck breast and honeyed apples. A wonderful and delicious discovery! Looking for a lighter takeaway option? I chose the Caesar salad. This salad was delicious, with its homemade croutons, parmesan shavings, real breaded chicken pieces, and fresh, well-seasoned lettuce! A truly satisfying takeaway experience where I enjoyed a wonderful meal. I highly recommend it!

03/05/2026: I highly recommend this bar, which offers a wide selection of rums (JM, Nesson, Barbancourt, Clément, Trois Rivières, La Favorite, etc.), both white and aged, as well as all kinds of other spirits. Ideally located in the center of Toulouse (a stone's throw from Place du Capitole), this bar welcomed me for two years, sometimes alone but very often with friends and colleagues. I can only recommend it for the atmosphere, the helpfulness, the great friendliness, and the genuine warmth of the entire team of top-notch servers! And a special mention for "Uncle," the security guard, who is fantastic! Thank you for these two wonderful years, La Cale Sèche!

The dishes circulate continuously on a conveyor belt. There's a wide selection of dishes. I'm not a big sushi fan 🍣, but everything I tried was good. 08/03/2026: Restaurant on a Friday evening. Friendly and welcoming place, typical of the area. We enjoyed a delicious meal with seasonal dishes. The only slight drawback was that it was Céline Dion night and the music was a bit loud for chatting with friends.
