02/04/2026: Excellent experience at Chez Tran in Toulouse. I was delighted by the beef bo bun, which was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Our waiter, Julien, was very welcoming and attentive throughout the meal. The decor blends modern touches with Asian influences, creating a soothing atmosphere. You can feel the attention to detail in every dish. I highly recommend this restaurant to lovers of Asian cuisine.

A truly unique setting, almost timeless, but above all, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, just like home. During the day, our guests enjoyed the various activities offered in a friendly and relaxed setting. Everyone found something to enjoy, and this truly contributed to creating wonderful moments of sharing. The meal was a real treat: generous cuisine, bursting with flavor, prepared with care. You can feel their passion for their craft and their desire to please in every detail. But what impressed us most was the warm welcome and kindness of Céline and Frédéric. Always available, attentive, and smiling… we truly felt supported and cared for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this moment so beautiful and heartfelt. 14/06/2026: This is the second time my partner and I have been there, and we've thoroughly enjoyed it each time. The menu is varied. The dishes are very good, with very generous portions considering the prices. The service is impeccable (a special mention for the waitress Emma, ​​who is very pleasant, smiling, and has a great sense of humor). The only downside is that the place is quite noisy, and sometimes there can be a bit of a wait before being seated.

28/06/2026: We went to eat a cheese board, and to our surprise, the waiter spoke Spanish. The board, at 18 euros, was a bit small in terms of cheese but it was fine with some jam, lettuce, and bread. We ordered two shandies (beer with lemon) at 6.5 euros each, a bit excessive in our opinion.

He cooked a huge amount of food for five of us, mixing different dishes he could make. He even had a new dish he'd prepared. We felt right at home. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the final price was higher than we expected.

05/05/2026: Excellent bistro if you like a "very noisy bistro" atmosphere! The restaurant wasn't full inside on Saturday at lunchtime, and we couldn't hear ourselves speak. We were so eager to leave that we had to go eat dessert elsewhere. The food is very good. The prices are a bit touristy (it's on Place Wilson): half a duck breast is €31, for example. Imagine the price of a whole one! You'd be better off going to J'Go across from the Victor Hugo market (same owner, if we're not mistaken). In short, if you find yourself having a quiet lunch and have nothing to talk about, go for it! We'll be back when they install acoustic panels on the ceiling!!
