18/08/2026: We wanted to eat there last night and foolishly went for a drink today, and the staff were incredibly unpleasant. I don't recommend it. Luckily, there are much nicer places in Luchon.

18/08/2026: We tried to have lunch at this restaurant twice. The first time, there were five of us waiting behind a couple to get a table. There were two tables available on the terrace, both for four. A young woman spoke to the couple in front of us... but ignored us. She then had a table of four split up to seat the couple. Our turn came after the waitress disappeared, and there was no response to our greeting. When we told them our potential party (four plus a six-year-old child), she said it was impossible, that the remaining table of four couldn't accommodate a fifth person because it was in the aisle. We were surprised by this behavior, as the other table of four was secluded and suitable for five or even six people. This response was accompanied by an inappropriate shift in body language. The couple who were seated gave us an embarrassed and apologetic look, which they shouldn't have done. The next day we tried again, booking directly. Still no response to our greeting; this establishment doesn't seem to know basic manners. An elderly and very reserved gentleman heard our request: a reservation for five at noon. He entered the dining room, and I took the liberty of following him—it was a public place, after all—to save him extra steps. He greeted me with a curt, "She's not going to stress me out!" Very courteous when addressing a customer (also 67 years old). I made a note, however, and told him we had time... He barked at me that a table would be reserved. End of episode two. I finally called to cancel; I didn't want to be rushed or ignored for an entire meal. The woman I spoke to on the phone was concise but polite, thankfully. Despite everything, there won't be a third time... Perhaps you should consider a career change, miss/sir... you're doing your establishment a disservice. Our advice: RUN AWAY!!!!! Even though we didn't get to taste the food and can't rate it... Thanks to these misadventures, we discovered two gems, which we're sharing: Le Coeur de Luchon and Le Châlet des Gourmands, just a stone's throw away on the Allées d'Etigny. You'll be welcomed with a smile, advised on excellent dishes, and receive attentive and pleasant service. Two delightful moments, exactly what you expect from a restaurant lunch. And what we appreciate: a pleasant time enjoying beautiful dishes with people who love what they do.

28/06/2026: I ordered a margarita and a Nutella/banana turnover. The pastry was very thin, tasteless, and cardboard-like because it was undercooked and burnt in places. The filling kept falling off the pastry. Very disappointed, I won't be back.

30/07/2026: Very good, inexpensive. €15 for the set lunch menu (starter and main course or main course and dessert) with a quarter-liter of wine: today it was rump steak and homemade fries. Stylish retro American decor. A great place to eat.

30/05/2026: After a late-night movie, the staff gave us a very warm welcome for drinks since the kitchen was closed. Thank you for the hospitality. Impeccable service. The drinks menu offers a wide selection. The male staff is fantastic. The terrace is pleasant. Wheelchair accessible. Free parking opposite the establishment. The interior decor is very stylish and the restrooms are clean! Thank you.

17/07/2026: Please make an effort with your sandwiches; the filling is always frozen inside.

07/07/2026: This manager needs to calm down. He thinks he's all that. He takes it upon himself to explain the rules of courtesy to the saleswomen, but forgets he's speaking and reprimands his staff in front of customers. It's really getting tiresome first thing in the morning to witness this. You also need to make an effort with hygiene, Mr. Manager, because wiping the tables with a cloth and then immediately putting your hand in the display case isn't exactly professional. It's all well and good to reprimand and yell at the saleswomen, but take a good look at yourself, because believe me, in your presence, your waitresses lose all joy in their work, and it's very obvious.

19/07/2026: Every time I order from Uber Eats, it takes them an hour to prepare the pizza. And when you call to check on it, they practically hang up on you. The pizzas are good, though, let's be honest!

18/07/2026: Excellent service. While waiting for our pizzas (which were delicious), they gave us bottles of cold water.

30/06/2026: Still just as disappointed after three orders with them: incorrect orders, a burnt barbecue pizza that was still delivered, a man on the phone who wouldn't admit to missing the order and blamed the customer, a soft crust that arrived thin... in short, this was my last attempt at ordering because I'm too disappointed. I prefer to go to Colomiers; it's always perfect there.

15/06/2026: We had our pizzas delivered to our home. The driver was on time, and the pizzas were very good. However, when I answered the call at the time of delivery, the driver was quite familiar: "Yeah, it's for the pizzas!" Sorry, but we're not "friends," I'm a customer... And when I went to his truck to pick them up, he was accompanied by his partner, or intern, or sister, or whoever. She didn't even bother to look up from her phone to acknowledge my greeting. Politeness and courtesy are just as important as anything else, in my opinion, and frankly, this situation needs serious improvement!

22/02/2026: I can't recommend this Senegalese restaurant highly enough. Everything was absolutely fantastic: the atmosphere, the service, and especially the food. It's undoubtedly one of the best places you can find in France. The flavors are authentic, the portions generous, and the ingredients fresh and of high quality. Price and quality go hand in hand, and this is clearly evident here. To those who give zero stars solely because of the price: you should honestly be ashamed. How can you expect fresh fish and good quality ingredients for less than €10-14? Quality comes at a price, and here you truly get your money's worth. An experience I will definitely repeat!

17/06/2026: I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The atmosphere was unusual, and there were a lot of flies, which was very unpleasant. The waitress was lovely. I ordered a large salad, but the ingredients weren't high quality, and the bread was dry. What I disliked most was the owner, who didn't say hello or goodbye. He didn't even look at me. It's a shame, especially now when business is slow. The good point: continuous service, but unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.
