We had barely finished when the owner brought us the bill with the bank terminal. We realized we had to leave. We do not recommend this restaurant.

17/02/2026: Emma made four pizzas for me and my colleagues, "Little Italy" and "Mielina." The pizzas were delicious and generous; I felt like I was traveling all over southern Italy with just one meal. Emma is friendly, kind, and always smiling. I highly recommend her.

22/03/2026: Horrible! A 30-minute wait before even ordering, and then another 30 minutes for a lungo (which was lukewarm, by the way). The speculoos cheesecake had a glucose sauce (you'd think it was cough syrup) to cover up how badly it was cooked. Plus, the tables were awful. They cleared away disgusting carafes full of residue. I do not recommend this place! Run away, you poor fool!

21/03/2026: Nice, but nothing special. The view is stunning, but the coffee isn't very good and the service is slow.

04/03/2026: What a rip-off! For an order of 5 pizzas, they charge you €4 delivery fee per pizza without any prior warning. It's as if the driver made 5 round trips for all 5 pizzas. What a scam! STAY AWAY. Nevertheless, thank you to the driver who was kind and for whom I hope he's paid fairly, considering the exorbitant fees this company takes.

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

12/12/2025: The staff are welcoming and friendly. The hot drinks are decent. The sofas, armchairs, and tables are filthy at all times. It's a real shame.

13/11/2025: Okay, the products look pretty good in the photos... even if they're still overpriced. We gave in to temptation... However, when you want to treat yourself with friends, it's not about queuing for 10 minutes in front of the window, just to order from unfriendly staff, pay, and then be sent back behind the counter by the cashier to wait standing between the bin and the wall for another 10 minutes before finally being served. There were three of us waiting for our order... There were five employees, but the organization was chaotic... a lot of wasted time and stress for nothing. That's expensive for a barely lukewarm coffee. Anyway, I couldn't find the counter to put my tray down and leave... I asked the cashier who rudely sent me packing to the only place to put my tray, at the other end of the display windows... which was overflowing with dirty dishes. In short, there's another café further down the mall where the prices are lower, the staff friendlier, and the organization much better. Save your money.

08/03/2026: Excellent bread. Friendly service. February 7, 2026: I'm changing my review; excellent bread and very good pastries, but the cakes and desserts are more than disappointing and should be avoided; the éclair "pastry cream" was made with powder.

15/02/2026: At over €4 for a pastry, I expected quality, but I was completely disappointed. The rum baba was inedible with its cream on top (I wouldn't even know how to describe the awful taste). The chocolate trio was the same; it didn't taste like chocolate at all. I had been there several months ago, but I wanted to give it another try, but now it's over. I strongly advise against going to this bakery.

26/11/2025: The employee forgot to put part of the meal in the bag. I returned in the evening to get a legitimate refund, but it wasn't possible because a letter had to be sent to the head office. So, for €5, I'm not going to write a letter, I'm just letting them know I'm unhappy with this review 😟

13/03/2026: Dear Lopez, You, your pizzas, and your terrace certainly made our day, but our romance ends here. Like a bad lover, you couldn't live up to expectations… and yes, that's what you call a bad experience. An hour and twenty minutes of waiting and still no service… yet we arrived at 12:50 and asked if that was alright. The result? At 2:20 PM, we left, pizzas under our arms, tails between our legs, and with the firm intention of never returning… It's a shame, it was so good at the beginning… If you don't know how to do something, don't do it. So next time you have nice people you're going to treat like this, don't hesitate to apologize or offer a small gesture of goodwill. It's never unpleasant. Goodbye!

16/12/2024: The kebabs are indeed small but loaded, if you are not a bear it will be more than enough to provide for you. And as if it wasn't all the meat and the fries are delicious. And contrary to what other people say, the staff is respectful and the restaurant is clean. I would say 18/20 because it was lukewarm, otherwise excellent.

19/03/2026: We came after seeing a video that touted this establishment as “the best kebab in Toulouse.” Unfortunately, the experience didn't really convince us. Admittedly, the concept is original (lamb/duck kebab with foie gras) and the portions are generous; you leave feeling satisfied. But ultimately, the taste didn't seem exceptional or worth the price. The most disappointing aspect is the value for money: almost €40 for two meals is steep for a kebab, even a modern take on the classic. And above all, having to pay €1.50 extra for a small pot of sauce with the fries is quite outrageous. In short: a good idea on paper and generous portions, but prices are too high for an experience that doesn't really stand out.

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

01/03/2026: Every time I go to this drive-thru, it's the same story. Today, the order was simple. Nothing complicated, really. Two meals and one Happy Meal. I waited quite a while just to place my order. Then, once I got to the window to pick it up, they told me to wait further away. Thirty minutes passed between placing my order and receiving it. And they simply told me: there was a mistake in the order. I asked anyway. The person actually admitted: we had to redo your order; there was a mix-up! Okay, fine, let's try to be cheerful. I asked if the order was complete. They said yes. When I got there, the order was incomplete. The Happy Meal was incomplete! At least think of the children! As usual, the McDonald's Montaudran drive-thru never completes a full order!

26/02/2026: What a disgrace… I went there in the evening and they wouldn't even add a measly caramel sauce to my sundae… knowing McDonald's revenue, it's seriously sickening. What a shame.
