09/09/2024: Certes rapide et serveurs efficaces. Nous avons laissé une autre chance au Régent mais nous sommes encore déçus. Repas trop cuits et frites de la veille. Même la fourchette ne les attrape pas tellement elles sont dures. Wisky coca 1 gorgée 7€… Dommage.

28/08/2024: "I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. After eating here, I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning, which ruined the rest of my day. The quality of the food seems questionable, and I highly recommend be careful if you plan to eat here I hope the establishment takes steps quickly to improve food safety.

11/09/2024: We arrive and we're the only ones ordering, 25 minutes of waiting to get cold burgers, cheddar fries without cheddar!!! This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!!!

19/08/2024: I'm mixed. I stop here from time to time before taking the train. I love the place, opposite the station and the boss is super friendly. But frankly, regarding the quality of the products and the wine.... Then you have to choose, good and expensive, or not very good and not very expensive. Come on. We'll say that's enough 😉

03/08/2024: Mushroom omelette made with not fresh ingredients at all. The mushrooms almost tasted rotten. Accompanied by a sachet salad... very limited.

30/11/2024: I love Columbus Café! The atmosphere is always warm and pleasant, and the staff is really welcoming. The choice of drinks is impressive, with delicious coffees and gourmet specialties that will delight the most gourmets. The pastries are always fresh and delicious, and the snack and dessert options are perfect to accompany a coffee break. It's the perfect place to work, relax or meet up with friends. I highly recommend this chain for its consistent quality and impeccable service!

25/11/2024: First time at Columbus. Very disappointed already for the collection, the lady was incredibly nonchalant. We waited a while for not many people. Finally served, we went to sit on a table in the dining room, we were taken out because he wanted to "fold the room". So we went to the “terrace” where all the tables were dirty. I don't recommend the place at all

25/01/2025: He should be working instead of laughing between having to wait at the drive-thru and waiting for a long time, it's absurd!!!

24/11/2024: I ordered 3 boxes of breaded chicken and with the 3 boxes there was the sauce that went with it, I just picked up my order and I'm missing 2 sauces and it's not the first time that's been the problem for me

17/11/2024: 3rd time the pizza was delivered late, the 1st time and the 2nd time 30 minutes late today Sunday 17/11 the pizza arrived 1 hour late, the pizza obviously cold. The big problem is delivery.

08/12/2024: During my previous order with Uber Eats I was really disappointed to receive a beef mcfirst instead of a fish mcfirst given that I don't eat meat I had to throw it away quite wasteful, plus I had added sauces which were forgotten already that adding more sauces pays off it would be good not to forget them. Despite this bad experience I still wanted to recommend this McDonald's because we all have the right to make mistakes. But I was disappointed once again when I saw that I only received one McFlurry out of the 2 ordered. Please focus on preparing your orders. Given the number of bad reviews you already have, it would be good to improve. Next time I will order from another McDonald's because I gave this one one last chance and I was once again disappointed.

07/12/2024: The worst McDonald's? Having worked in the brand myself for two years, the service is deplorable: - error on multiple orders at each of my visits - endless waiting times during peak hours and outside peak hours where did the fast food “fast” go? - staff who are more busy talking about their evenings the night before than working? The management needs to be reviewed. And everything else. It only continues to work because you are a world-famous franchise, otherwise you would have gone under by now. Deplorable…..

07/08/2024: I came to the mie between 2 clients from the oncopole right next door to relax but at 5 p.m. I was informed that I would not be able to eat there because they had already done the cleaning. I stupidly thought that they closed at 7 p.m. and did their cleaning afterwards. I'm going to inform my taxi colleagues so as not to bother them again in the afternoon.
