21/12/2025: Finally! A real restaurant in Luchon: Hôtel d’Etigny. Review of a meal eaten in August, as the hotel is closed in winter. A very pleasant surprise. Impeccable service. Quality menus and dishes, a welcome change from the other restaurants in town, which too often resemble fast food. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

07/07/2026: Appalling. Whatever you do, don't go there! There's always something missing when you order takeout. That's why we stopped going. We made a rare exception and ordered takeout meals and ice cream. The ice cream was melted and liquid—and it was a sweltering day. We asked for it to be remade (we were at the counter collecting our order when we discovered the ice cream was melted). The employee replied that she hadn't made it and that no, she wouldn't do it again. Last time we'll be back. In 2023, it was the nugget dishes with mold. Ms. Renaudin contacted me by email to apologize. Hey Burger King France, we'll go to you next time!

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

22/07/2026: I have fond memories of this bar, but unfortunately, I have a different impression. Be careful if you park your car in front of the establishment; the manager, the bouncer... or at least whoever's drilling holes is like a sheriff on Wednesdays, and not very friendly. Okay, he wanted to save the spot for someone behind me, but you can express yourself politely instead of telling people to get lost and that they have no business being there. Maybe it's pleasant at night, but apparently not during the day... I don't even want to imagine the walls drilled with that kind of aggression. We'll blame it on the heatwave, but next time, put down the drill and be polite.

28/05/2026: I got food poisoning after buying a chicken and egg sandwich on May 28th that didn't look fresh at all, and the fridge must not have been turned on.

11/08/2026: The wait was very long, over 20 minutes to take our order. We were dissatisfied with the service. Our sea bream with vegetables was served with frozen peas and carrots as a side dish, and a clove of garlic. We pointed this out to the manager, who was unprofessional and didn't care. The prawns were unseasoned. The toilets smelled of urine. The salt and pepper shakers were dirty. A bad experience.

11/08/2026: I came for a drink and dessert, and a waitress with dark hair in a braid, wearing a black dress and furrowed brows, forced us to order again even though we had already ordered once. This is completely unacceptable!

16/05/2026: Very good, we had a great time as a family. Everyone enjoyed it. Just a small comment about the duck with pineapple: it had a little too much sauce for my taste.

18/06/2026: I was greeted by a young man who barely even said hello. The croissants are overpriced for their questionable quality. Compared to other bakeries, there's really nothing special about it.

17/05/2026: We were greeted by two young men who were visibly very tired already at 8 a.m.: barely a hello, no thank you and no goodbye.

05/07/2026: They forgot items from my order and refused to give them to me. It's shameful.

29/06/2026: McDonald's is absolutely terrible, slow service, unfriendly staff who don't even care about bad reviews. What the hell is wrong with them?!

09/05/2026: The team at Pizzatière Tournefeuille is superb! Very welcoming and friendly! The pizzas are generous and delicious. The best part is the 24/7 automatic pizza vending machine! I highly recommend it.

09/08/2026: The steak was cold. I'm not one to complain, I'm not looking for a free meal. The waiter touched the steak and admitted it was cold. We were offered a discount on the foie gras!!!! That's ridiculous, but I didn't complain. Look at my reviews. I don't often give such a low rating. This isn't directed at the chef: if you take a steak straight from the fridge, quickly grill it, and serve it with a sense of satisfaction, that's pathetic! If you're proud of your work, maybe you should take a page from McDonald's book! The chef should be ashamed, as should the staff, of such a ridiculous discount. Never again: your chef is terrible!

04/08/2026: Very disappointed. It's not what it used to be. We arrived early, but we waited 30 minutes for a carafe of water, and even then, only because we asked for it. The service was very slow. My main course was fine, but the salad, with far too much dressing, was overpowering! The prices on the chalkboard inside aren't consistent.

23/07/2026: Delightful Staff, finally people that speak clear english. Recomend 100%, as the food was good and not expensive. Good option especially after the aeronautic museum.

09/05/2026: I'm never setting foot in that place again. They serve you well at first, but a month later you're served less than 50g of meat. Avoid at all costs; they're disrespectful. And they don't speak French.

07/05/2026: So what can I say? I ordered a mixed plate for €19, and with a drink it came to €20.50. Very disappointed. I shouldn't act shocked, I tell myself it's fast food, but still... The meat wasn't bad, to be honest, but that's all I ate. The rice is reheated again and again, so basically the rice they serve you is already in a plate. They add more to make it full and reheat it all in that plate each time, with the leftover rice still in it. So, naturally, the rice was really not great. The fries weren't salty and were soggy. In short, 2 stars for the meat, which wasn't disgusting, but not exceptional either. Also, please, please, use gloves! The hand that takes the money isn't the hand that takes the bread, etc., etc. It doesn't cost anything. Anyway, all this is actually constructive because everyone inside is very friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. It's not a tea room, you come here to eat, not to chat and laugh, and in the end the taste for the price is not there, at least not on this day, courage and strength.

19/05/2026: A lovely little shop, run by a charming gentleman... they have a wide selection of teas and tea accessories (mugs, teapots, tins, etc.). I bought some delicious jasmine tea there ("Jasmin CHUNG HAO"). I highly recommend it.

07/03/2026: The tea I bought is great. However, the manager is really not attentive. I try to support small businesses by avoiding chains (like Palais des Thés), but in the end, this gentleman wasn't able to give me any proper advice. I asked him for recommendations, and he just handed me a list of teas written on a piece of paper without even trying to talk to me. He's nonchalant and soulless. I don't recommend going there; there are much better shops in Toulouse, like the tea shop on Rue de la Colombette run by two very pleasant ladies. :) (Saveurs et Harmonie)
