16/01/2026: Even though the products aren't bad, today I was shocked not only by the unfriendly welcome from the salesperson—which is understandable to some—but I turned around immediately when I saw him sniffing and rubbing his nose with his hands before serving a customer. In this time of virus transmission, it's absolutely scandalous. I will never go to your bakery again.
26/12/2025: Pre-ordering bread before Christmas was a joke; the bread was dry and the baguettes were black from the day before—a disgrace.
The store has changed a lot; I won't be going back.

21/04/2026: We were very well received at the drive-thru, but we ordered the Big Tasty Rösti meals to try the new item. To our surprise, when we got home, the rösti wasn't there! A little more professionalism would be appreciated!
We tried calling but got no answer, so I'm leaving this review to get a response from management.
18/04/2026: Extremely expensive for incredibly bland burgers, this franchise is unacceptable!
The staff is very friendly, but that doesn't excuse paying at least €15 per person for fast food, and it's getting worse and worse. The burgers, sauces, and even the fries are practically tasteless.
I'm done with McDonald's. I can get good, complete meals (starter, main course, and drink) for the same price in Balma, L'Union, and the Montaudran area of Toulouse...

23/04/2026: The sinks have no water. The toilets are not working. Hygiene is deplorable. The only two toilets that are open have seats that don't stay on, so they're filthy.

27/03/2026: A pleasant surprise at Asia Fast Food in Toulouse. I was delighted by the crispy chicken in sweet and sour sauce; it was flavorful and a generous portion. The waiter, Karim, was quick and welcoming despite the busy service. The decor is simple but clean, ideal for a casual meal. The price-quality ratio is good, especially for a quick and efficient lunch break. A convenient spot when you want to eat Asian food in a hurry.

03/07/2025: 3rd time I've tried to get pizzas, 1st time for takeaway (1h20 late, no goodwill gesture), I thought no big deal it must have been a mistake. 2nd time, for delivery, 45min late, no goodwill gesture. 3rd time, today, 31min late for takeaway, no goodwill gesture. So stop setting times if you don't know how to respect them. And next time I'll listen to my loved ones speed is not part of your field.

05/04/2026: The calzone was literally undercooked inside: the dough, the egg, the mushrooms... everything. Surprising, because the outside was burnt to a crisp. I don't recommend it.
The staff is very uncommunicative, which makes for a rather impersonal experience.

I called Tutti Pizza at 1 p.m. for a delivery, even though Google says they're open until 2 p.m. After four calls, no one answered. Total silence.
If you can't answer the phone during your opening hours, at least update your Google page instead of wasting customers' time with misleading hours!
It's pure and simple contempt. Nonexistent service, total amateurism.
Absolutely avoid.

On the other hand, you wait 3 minutes, but if there's someone ahead of you, you can't order while you wait. Anyway, I hope I don't get charged, and I wasted an hour of my time trying to save some. Good luck next time, I'm not going.
04/03/2026: I had the misfortune of parking in front of this pizzeria because there were no other spaces available. I was told, "You can't stay, it's a private parking lot," all because I wasn't planning to eat there.
If the service and friendliness are on par with the pizzas, it must be pretty terrible. When you see the ratings, it all makes sense.

29/11/2025: Ordered three pizzas because about ten years ago the pizzas were very good, which is definitely no longer the case; the worst pizzas I've eaten in years. Run for the hills!
12/11/2025: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ordered a tuna and mozzarella panini, a flan, a leek quiche, and a slice of four-cheese pizza: everything tasted strange, like it was expired. Nothing was fresh, everything was inedible.
On top of that, the server was incredibly rude, with no politeness or smile whatsoever.
Honestly, I strongly advise against going to this place; avoid it at all costs.
