15/02/2026: Very disappointed. Poor soundproofing; we could hear everything going on in the street. I didn't sleep a wink all night.
The bathroom offered no privacy. There was no handle to close the toilet door from the inside. I will not be returning.
10/02/2026: Okay, let me set the record straight about this hotel where I stayed recently.
The hotel has a fantastic location.
The hotel had very nice rooms.
The hotel had excellent reception.
No noise problems whatsoever.
Don't pay attention to the reviews that say otherwise.
If you're looking for a well-located, reasonably priced hotel with good service, you can book it without hesitation.

26/11/2025: The employee forgot to put part of the meal in the bag. I returned in the evening to get a legitimate refund, but it wasn't possible because a letter had to be sent to the head office. So, for €5, I'm not going to write a letter, I'm just letting them know I'm unhappy with this review 😟
21/11/2025: The bread is always high quality and fresh, and the service is excellent. I recommend it.

09/04/2026: I've spent two evenings at McDonald's on the road to Narbonne between 1 and 2 am. The staff is excellent, especially Yslem; we had a great time chatting while ordering, which was really nice! Thank you!

28/03/2026: A café in the city center with good prices. The pastries are quite decent. Upstairs they have a lounge where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. Very nice. The price is reasonable. 10 euros for two coffees and pastries.
24/02/2026: I paid for a 40cl granita served in... a 25cl glass. When I pointed this out, they told me that since it was 'well packed', it was 40cl!
25cl is 25cl!! They think we're idiots.
Avoid at all costs.

30/04/2026: It's inconceivable to hear managers hurling insults at employees, especially when they themselves are incapable of maintaining a professional demeanor when treating customers properly. Not to mention the pastries and other frozen items that cost the same as homemade ones.
25/04/2026: Honestly, it was better back in the day when it wasn't Herenger. It's not terrible, the snacks are decent, but all the pastries are expensive and probably not homemade. The staff is okay, not amazing, but not terrible either. The bread is average, I'd say.

21/02/2026: My girlfriend and I ordered from Uber Eats, and the crepes were absolutely disgusting. We asked them to add coconut, and they just dumped the whole packet in. My girlfriend compared them to tacos. They were so thick, the bananas tasted like alcohol. While I'm observing Ramadan, please be considerate of others. You could at least indicate that you feel drunk.
Anyway, I definitely don't recommend them. (Sahaftourkoum)
15/02/2026: The man who served me barely spoke French, and any questions other than about the ingredients were completely ignored… not very convenient. The hygiene was appalling; I was terrified when I saw the bottle he used to get the Nutella he put on my crepe from… I don't recommend it.

02/02/2026: The service has really changed here. There were several of us in line, and I heard, and then experienced, a welcome that varies depending on the community.
I bought a cake for a celebration; its description was quite appealing, but in the end, it was more like a regular cake.
01/02/2026: Beautiful pastries; the shortcrust pastry of the lemon meringue tart is excellent, and the Paris-Brest is also very good. Prices are high, but the quality is there.

The fries were undercooked, and the goat cheese was as prominent as money in our wallets.
The steak was rubbery, and the honey was overpowering.
The garnish was tasteless; it tasted like frozen shepherd's pie.
The only positive point? The wait—there was nobody there.
03/04/2026: A takeaway taco prepared in 2 minutes max, resulting in meat that was barely cooked. Unacceptable, what a waste!

04/05/2026: How cheerful! The customer service leaves much to be desired. You pay by credit card, and before the payment is even complete, the cashier has already moved on to another customer. I say goodbye and have a nice day, but there's no response. Absolutely no politeness.
