17/07/2026: Absolutely despicable on all fronts. Some people who come to the homes of vulnerable elderly people help themselves to food from cupboards, the fridge, wardrobes, etc. They have no scruples or respect whatsoever. Thank goodness for my security camera that exposed everything. STAY AWAY!

23/07/2026: Don't believe what you see on social media; it's nothing like what we saw in the videos. Customers aren't respected in this restaurant (I ordered four Thieboudienne dishes, and in the end, it was just a small portion of chicken with rice and no vegetables—I was shocked). The aloco was garbage, the bissap was full of syrup, and they were rude to boot. No thanks.

22/07/2026: We were delighted with our experience at Dynastie Balma! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. A huge thank you to Loanne, who gave us an exceptional welcome and demonstrated great professionalism throughout our meal. For us, it's simply the best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Toulouse and the surrounding area. The selection may be a little more limited than in some other establishments, but the quality of the food is simply incredible. It's better to prioritize quality over quantity, and that's exactly what Dynastie Balma offers. I recommend this restaurant 200%! I'm not exaggerating at all: if you're looking for an all-you-can-eat buffet with fresh products, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere, you can go there without hesitation. 20/07/2026: Passing through the neighborhood after a stroll through La Campagne à Paris, we stopped here for a refreshing drink. We went in as tourists and left with a story. I went to order at the counter, and Alex, the owner, served me. Three Perrier lemons, two Evian lemonades, and two Americanos: €24 for the table. The walls are covered with photos of him surrounded by faces from the entertainment and political worlds—it's hard not to want to ask questions. I did, and we ended up chatting at length about his career and his life. A real character, and quite a story. So yes, you have to know what you're getting into. The brasserie has remained unchanged for over thirty-five years, and I brought the bottles to our table myself. It didn't bother me for a second, because that's precisely what makes the place special. For example: where elsewhere they might put a drop of syrup at the bottom of my son's glass, here Alex handed me the bottle and let me pour it as I wished. Authenticity, an owner who takes the time to talk. It's increasingly rare, and that's precisely why it's so memorable.

25/06/2026: Excellent meal, perfectly seasoned, and great value for money. The staff were stylish, welcoming, and very friendly. The owner (I imagine) seemed a bit tense but was also friendly. The restaurant is air-conditioned and overlooks Place Wilson, which is a real plus in the summer, haha. We highly recommend this place. Enjoy your meal!

27/07/2026: I've been going to El Canaille for 10 years. Since the change of ownership, it's completely gone downhill. The quality is much lower and the owner is unpleasant. The latest example: closed during opening hours with a sign saying "I'll be back in 15 minutes." Thirty minutes later, I decided to give up... only to see the new owner sipping a beer in a bar two streets away. I won't be going back. What a shame to ruin a Toulouse institution like this.

29/06/2026: Meh, I don't know if the management has changed, but the wait was long, the service was terrible, €10 for a cocktail served in a tiny wine glass—frankly awful. We went to eat somewhere else next door and we won't be repeating such a bad experience. The Wallace has changed a lot, which is a shame.

12/04/2026: We came for drinks with friends, but were repeatedly disturbed by the waitresses who acted like vultures, jumping onto our table as soon as we'd finished our last sip to grab our glasses. This happened multiple times, even though there were no other customers and therefore no need to collect each glass instantly.

26/06/2026: Delicious pizzas made with fresh, local ingredients. A warm welcome with a smile, a great atmosphere between the pizza chef and his assistant. Fair prices. They offer a platter option during celebrations, which is just as good as the individual pizzas. There's outdoor seating for dining in, not to mention the pizza huts. Nothing but positives.

07/08/2026: I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff are friendly, I have no complaints there. However, some dishes aren't really worth it, like their pizza; I was a bit disappointed. On the other hand, their hamburgers are the best.

21/06/2026: Hello, I came with my family on Friday evening and we were very disappointed. I ordered chicken pasta which was really not very good: far too much cream and very little flavor. The wait was also far too long. I hadn't been back for four years and, honestly, there are many things that need improvement. The shisha area is mixed in with the dining area, the lawn is poorly maintained, the kitchen is located outside the restaurant, and the cocktails lacked flavor and weren't sweet enough. It's a shame, because I had much better memories of it. For me, this experience was a real disappointment.
