07/12/2024: I came to buy a simple baguette, the saleswoman who serves me makes me wait even though she sees me waiting (she prefers to laugh with her colleague), when arriving to serve me she polishes her chewing gum with her mouth wide open , gives me the terminal to pay by card even though I tell her that I pay in cash but she forces it by telling me that I can pay by card (because she doesn't want to wait for me to look for my change). She gives me the change by throwing it on the counter then I tell her that there are some polite ways to be, she looks at me with raised eyebrows! No goodbyes. I am disappointed….

22/02/2026: The quality of the products is plummeting, breads/sandwiches/pizza - The breads are a major problem; the baking is inconsistent. Specialty breads picked up in the early afternoon were completely tasteless (corn). - The sandwiches are far too expensive; the prices are outrageous. For example, €2 for 5 rösti. - The pizza toppings were barely melted, poorly garnished, and the crust was raw. The only positive aspect of this establishment is the service provided by the staff.

20/02/2026: Hello I have no complaints about the service or your products. However, I've never seen such a lack of attention to detail in a store. When are you going to fix your doors?! Yes, both doors open by themselves. I've been coming here regularly for months, what are you waiting for? After this week, there are no more paper bags, only clear plastic ones. When you're dealing with customers, it really stands out. Frankly, I see a decline in the upkeep of your business. I'll be here often and I'll update my review. Honestly, it doesn't inspire confidence when you arrive, and if things don't improve, I'll change stores, even if it means going out of my way, because if it's a problem in front, what's it like in back? 06/03/2026: First and last time, you pay and it breaks down. On the other hand, you wait 3 minutes, but if there's someone ahead of you, you can't order while you wait. Anyway, I hope I don't get charged, and I wasted an hour of my time trying to save some. Good luck next time, I'm not going there.

04/03/2026: I had the misfortune of parking in front of this pizzeria because there were no other spaces available. I was told, "You can't stay, it's a private parking lot," all because I wasn't planning to eat there. If the service and friendliness are on par with the pizzas, it must be pretty terrible. When you see the ratings, it all makes sense.

24/03/2026: We've been ordering from you for over a year now (drive-thru, app, and dine-in), always for takeout. We live 10 minutes away with young children, and there are ALWAYS mistakes and missing items (children's and adult menus, plus the regular menu). Sometimes we get a good portion, sometimes almost nothing (drinks and McFlurries). We've been coming once or twice a week for almost two years now... so there's plenty to keep in mind. Lately, it's been a disaster... we've gotten to the point where we have to check every time we pick up our order, but now we also have to open each container because several times, once we get home and check, we find the wrong product inside (sparkling water instead of children's juice, fries and potato flavor with swapped seasonings—in two different boxes—wrong toppings, etc.). In short, the trips back and forth are becoming expensive and tiring. Please do something or treat your staff better… Like allowing them to use umbrellas during downpours to serve customers at their cars… #laborinspection

22/03/2026: 280 raclette incomplete, no sauce, no fried onions, just bread, 1 slice of raclette cheese, meat, raw onions, fries, cheddar, bacon – we're still looking for it! Getting worse and worse. Luckily, we received good service at the drive-thru.

01/11/2025: A glass of wine for €6, a tourist trap. On the other side, the same glass is half price. And on top of that, the service isn't very friendly. In short, they're taking advantage of having a spot in Toulouse's central market but completely undermining the market's spirit.

04/10/2025: Catastrophic. The waiter Olivier is rude, I've never been treated so badly in Toulouse. He heard the Spanish accent and made a face, refusing to serve us under the pretext that they were closing, even though he served other customers after us. The waitress was very nice, it's a shame she had to obey Olivier's orders. I'll never come back.

03/07/2025: 3rd time I've tried to get pizzas, 1st time for takeaway (1h20 late, no goodwill gesture), I thought no big deal it must have been a mistake. 2nd time, for delivery, 45min late, no goodwill gesture. 3rd time, today, 31min late for takeaway, no goodwill gesture. So stop setting times if you don't know how to respect them. And next time I'll listen to my loved ones speed is not part of your field.

29/11/2025: Ordered three pizzas because about ten years ago the pizzas were very good, which is definitely no longer the case; the worst pizzas I've eaten in years. Run for the hills!

12/11/2025: Honestly, it was a disaster. I ordered a tuna and mozzarella panini, a flan, a leek quiche, and a slice of four-cheese pizza: everything tasted strange, like it was expired. Nothing was fresh, everything was inedible. On top of that, the server was incredibly rude, with no politeness or smile whatsoever. Honestly, I strongly advise against going to this place; avoid it at all costs.

09/01/2026: Unfriendly staff. It's a shame because what they sell is delicious... but the fact that the staff are unfriendly makes me not want to come back.

11/03/2026: Worst McDonald's ever! The employees are having fun instead of serving you. The hamburger was missing bacon. I don't recommend it if you have work right after.

05/02/2026: I ordered a cordon bleu steak taco, and in the end… it was just a poorly executed kebab. The meat was tasteless, the cordon bleu was practically nonexistent, drowning in a questionable sauce. The bread was soggy, and the whole thing was sickening after three bites. Frankly disappointing: it had neither the essence of a taco nor that of a kebab. It needs a serious overhaul, because right now it's just disgusting.
