12/12/2025: The staff are welcoming and friendly. The hot drinks are decent. The sofas, armchairs, and tables are filthy at all times. It's a real shame.

13/11/2025: Okay, the products look pretty good in the photos... even if they're still overpriced. We gave in to temptation... However, when you want to treat yourself with friends, it's not about queuing for 10 minutes in front of the window, just to order from unfriendly staff, pay, and then be sent back behind the counter by the cashier to wait standing between the bin and the wall for another 10 minutes before finally being served. There were three of us waiting for our order... There were five employees, but the organization was chaotic... a lot of wasted time and stress for nothing. That's expensive for a barely lukewarm coffee. Anyway, I couldn't find the counter to put my tray down and leave... I asked the cashier who rudely sent me packing to the only place to put my tray, at the other end of the display windows... which was overflowing with dirty dishes. In short, there's another café further down the mall where the prices are lower, the staff friendlier, and the organization much better. Save your money.

21/04/2026: I was very disappointed with the quality of the pastries; nothing was homemade. The saleswoman or owner told me that the pastry chef didn't have time to make them, so the easy option was to buy ready-made frozen ones that were tasteless and had no flakiness. This bakery/pastry shop should be avoided, both for the quality and the service.

20/04/2026: A long-time customer of Maison Pillon, I've been forced to acknowledge the obvious decline of this establishment in recent months. I even overheard an employee say that some pastries were defrosted and then refrozen! It's a disgrace! Don't be surprised if you get sick. As a long-time customer, I can only advise you to go elsewhere; there are plenty of fantastic pastry shops nearby.

09/04/2026: I'm giving a red card to the Pillon chocolates I tried. I bought a box of assorted chocolates for €35 (260g) as a gift on Friday, April 3rd. Already very expensive, but I figured that for good chocolate, it was more or less acceptable. First disappointment: I gave it as a gift that same evening, and to my great surprise, the expiration date was April 16th, just 13 days after the purchase date... That seems very, very short to finish a box, especially since at Easter you'd think there would be a lot of turnover due to high sales... Well, no... Second disappointment: no booklet was included with the box. So you just pick one at random without knowing the flavors and ingredients. There's no precise information on the website either, just vague descriptions like "ganache, praline, dark and milk chocolate specialties." So I understand that user experience is clearly not a priority for Maison Pillon, and that you just grab something from the box without thinking, like a bag of chips. Finally, it's time for the tasting, and the disappointment continues: basic, bland, lifeless flavors, therefore uninteresting, and I mean it. I was given a Jeff de Bruges gift box this weekend, and tasting both boxes at the same time, the difference is striking: the competitor's box includes a booklet with photos and descriptions of all the chocolates in the range. The price is significantly lower, of course. And the tasting experience is much more intense and original in terms of flavors and textures with Jeff de Bruges, to my great surprise. What originality compared to this bland mix of chocolates from Pillon! My disappointment is very great, I will no longer buy chocolates from you, and I hope that you will put user experience, originality and taste back at the heart of your concerns.

19/04/2026: I agree with the negative reviews about hygiene (when were the dauphine potatoes from? Certainly not from today, judging by their appearance…) and the rip-off with the half-chicken (I got half of it, and it was nothing but bones…). Avoid this place; it used to be good, but like half the shops in Toulouse, it's become very poor value for money…

29/05/2026: I completely understand that your business is a restaurant and that you make your living from food. What isn't 'normal' is the lack of empathy and humanity. We explained that we were with an elderly person with a disability, that the establishment next door had sent us there, and that we were going to have drinks at your place. We weren't asking for charity; we were asking for a minimum of flexibility and understanding regarding a situation of reduced mobility. The rules of a business are respectable, but courtesy and empathy take precedence.

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

18/05/2026: A small bakery that packs a punch. Friendly staff, good products. A quick mention, though, of the slightly older gentleman in the kitchen who was preparing salmon salads and stirring avocados with lemon in a container with his bare hands, without gloves – no way. We don't approve; it would be good to consider the spread of bacteria.

03/03/2026: Restaurant with fresh, locally prepared food; I 100% recommend it, it's very good. P.S. The chicken is super tender.

13/02/2026: On the evening of February 12th, I ordered two chicken meals at this restaurant, but the impatient attitude and lack of understanding of the old man at the register greatly disappointed me. Upon returning home, I noticed that they were actually two kebab meals and that I had been overcharged by 15 euros. Thanks a lot.

17/05/2026: An extremely disappointing stay at the Hôtel Le Trèfle in Toulouse. From the moment we arrived, the establishment gave a general impression of neglect and aging. The room was unwelcoming, with a very small window overlooking a rooftop, offering no real light or pleasant view. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Cleanliness was clearly lacking: the bathroom was dirty, with signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the shower completely flooded the room every time it was used. Furthermore, there was no toilet paper, and the room still hadn't been cleaned by 3 pm, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Several elements appeared damaged or poorly maintained, giving an overall impression of a run-down establishment. The television worked intermittently. The hotel is also located in a commercial area with no particular charm. The only positive points were the staff, who were friendly despite the situation, and the comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the shortcomings encountered during our stay. I definitely do not recommend it.

17/05/2026: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! The meat was cold and tasteless, and you wonder what the extras were—hair or butt hair inside! The kennel manager (because it's a kennel, not a snack bar) was filthy, absolutely disgusting. He was incredibly dirty. I strongly advise against going there and should report it to the health department.

31/10/2025: Attention, this is an exceptional restaurant! A three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) for €18, all homemade and of high quality. Some of the varied dishes are original, reflecting the chef's diverse and talented experience around the world. Keep it up!

26/09/2025: I will only be able to appreciate this place once I have tried it..... Please update your opening days and hours, at least on the internet because Thursday evening we found the doors closed, which is a shame.
