05/10/2025: Passing through Stevenson with our donkey on our trip, we received a very warm, friendly, and efficient welcome. We spent the night in a comfortable caravan and had a fantastic dinner and breakfast! In short, perfect!

11/03/2026: After being disappointed by this bowling alley under the previous management, I returned today with my son for a few games. What a wonderful surprise! The decor is beautiful, the lanes are clean and in perfect working order. The atmosphere is truly pleasant, and the new managers are very friendly and welcoming. It's great to see this place come back to life. We will definitely be back!

07/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the new managers, who were very pleasant and professional in giving us instructions. The birthday package was perfect, with two 20-minute laser tag sessions in between, interspersed with snacks and drinks. There were 12 children, and they all played together and had a fantastic time! Thank you for everything.

15/03/2026: An excellent stay! I had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Hôtel des Voyageurs in Saint-Paulien and I highly recommend this establishment. Everything is there for a pleasant stay: a particularly warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, and very comfortable rooms with high-quality bedding that allows for a truly restful sleep. The food also deserves special mention: the dishes are absolutely delicious, prepared with care, and offered at more than reasonable prices considering the quality of the food served. It's a real pleasure to find such flavorful and generous cuisine. The hotel also has a parking lot, which greatly facilitates access and makes the stay even more convenient. Its location is ideal: the surroundings are calm, pleasant, and conducive to a real escape. It's the perfect place to recharge and fully enjoy the region. Accustomed to the prices and services of the Paris region, I was very pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value for money of this establishment. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I'll definitely be back! Thank you to the whole team for your warm welcome ❤️

24/08/2025: You want ice cream for nothing, go for it!!! It's unacceptable not to be able to make more than one scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of a heatwave and in August! This isn't my first time going to this place; I went there three times in August 2024, and already they didn't have all the flavors listed on the menu. This year I'm going back with my sons and the same thing. The manager told me, "If it doesn't suit you, come back tomorrow!" It's inedible that they can't give zero stars for the atmosphere, the friendliness, and the services offered!!! Here's my response to yours. I see you can't stand criticism, especially when it's negative. If you had something to criticize about my sons, you should have done it right away and not waited for a negative review about your business. And it wasn't one flavor that was missing, but three: vanilla, verbena, and passion fruit.

29/12/2025: The bread, pizza 🍕, and brioche are very good, and the bread keeps very well. The staff is always courteous. Today, I'm removing stars because I was served by Claire, the saleswoman, who was very unpleasant. I placed an order; admittedly, mistakes happen, but the saleswoman didn't even apologize, bordering on anger 😠, and was impertinent and rude, as if if you didn't like it, you'd leave!!

07/03/2026: Dry lamb tajine, dry semolina galette, not enough quantity, the vegetables are not expensive, not spicy enough, too expensive for what is offered, my husband and I are used to going to bistronomic restaurants, or with a Bib Gourmand.

17/10/2025: Lunch. Yesterday, October 16th. Pure bliss. Finely prepared dishes with great flavor. Small menu, everything is fresh, and the setting is more than pleasant. Highly recommended.

05/10/2025: We ate there a few years ago, but despite our reservation, there wasn't a table in our name. The restaurant was packed, so they gave us a makeshift table in front of the bar. The owners weren't there. It was due to a complete mess in the kitchen and the service, even leading to water fights! The meal wasn't up to scratch, not to mention the green salad with little oddities, which we sent back! The exorbitant price of the desserts made us give up. We left, paying a price that would mean we'll never return, given the disappointment of the service.

18/09/2025: A lovely hotel and restaurant in the beautiful village of Blesle. The owner, Dominic, is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and quiet. The food is carefully prepared and exceptionally delicious. It's no wonder the villagers love to dine here. There's a cozy terrace where you can enjoy a good glass of wine until the early hours. Highly recommended!

02/12/2025: I'm writing the same review again because they deleted it despite having a phone conversation! FOOD POISONING THANKS A LOT, RIGHT?! We almost made it. We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, November 29th. And the result? When we got home, we were vomiting badly, had diarrhea, and felt completely unwell. We went to the doctor, and he confirmed we had food poisoning. My husband and I weren't the only ones that day. I'll never set foot in there again. After calling the restaurant, they didn't even ask how the customer was feeling or offer a refund, just a "goodwill gesture" to get me to delete the review. They blamed their suppliers and basically said it wasn't their fault! It's a disgrace. I feel like these people always win... it's shameful.

31/10/2025: The hotel was decent, with a warm welcome. The owner was very pleasant and attentive, and she renovates one room a year, even though the rooms are adequate. Ours was very good. It's well located in the center of La Chaise-Dieu.
