01/12/2024: The cheese was good, that's about the only positive thing about our experience. The boss's attitude, on the other hand, was simply unacceptable. When he asked us to choose a wine, he presented the choice as being between a “poor” wine and a “rich” wine. After choosing the cheapest one, he dared to call it “tramp’s wine”. Furthermore, his misogynistic comments were embarrassing and inappropriate, making several people at the table uncomfortable. The atmosphere was very heavy in the restaurant. As for the charcuterie, it was OK, but certainly not up to the asking price.

24/11/2024: Terrible service, average food, be careful if you don't finish your plate you risk getting angry with the boss, they were out of potatoes so he gave us the potatoes of the people at the table 'next to who were leaving. And above all, do not share food with your companions; you risk getting angry with the restaurant owner. Me and my friends were very uncomfortable the manager's remarks were inappropriate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was oppressive, I have never eaten in a restaurant with this kind of welcome to avoid, it feels more like a social experience than a pleasant meal with friends.

19/09/2024: Endroit agréable et chaleureux. J'ai pris la formule petit déjeuner avec 2 viennoiseries. La vendeuse était agréable et souriante. Il y a avait une bonne ambiance dans l'équipe et cela c'est fait ressentir dans le service. A refaire avec plaisir m.

19/08/2024: Acheté ce jour un clafoutis griottes, il n’est pas d’aujourd’hui , la pâte est sèche vraiment pas bon et quand même 11,90€. Il y a peut de temps brioche pas fraîche, rassis. C’est une honte…… avant tout était toujours très bon et le patapain du centre ville est pareil. Je crois que vous avez perdu de bon clients 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

06/09/2024: The places are magnificent, the staff welcoming and the swimming pool so classy. Everything went wonderfully. The only downside is that the room is a little dated and could do with a little refreshing and the water pressure in the shower is more than limited. But these are just details. 😉

22/08/2024: We came at 1pm on a Thursday in August. Most tables were taken, so we were asked to return in 45 mins, which we did. A further 30 mins wait and we were finally seated. We then waited an age to have our order taken. They seemed very understaffed and the service lacked efficiency. We went for simplicity, ordering a plat du jour (a salad) and two other simple dishes from the menu. When the food came, the salad du jour only had one of the 3 ingredients on the board…How does the kitchen get a plat du jour so wrong? They re did it for me but barely an acknowledgment of a mistake. The food itself was pretty average. Toilet also needed a clean. In short…if you’re coming to enjoy the lake, definitely take a picnic and save yourself a headache. There are lots of picnic tables available and plenty of shade. They do takeaway ice-creams if you want an afternoon treat for the kids.

13/09/2024: Very pleasant setting, smiling, helpful employees with humor (which is sometimes lacking in the profession) The lunch was a very good quality, quantity and price ratio. A place made to have fun, without breaking the bank and having the bonus of being able to allow us to enjoy the pretty wooded countryside of the region just a few steps away. We hope that the establishment will continue and that it can become one of our small local canteens!

30/08/2024: I bought a baguette for €1.10 with a €5 note. The seller gave me change in 2 cent coins!!!! Is this normal??? I told him I didn't agree but his response was: that's all I have... I'm sorry but if the cash register no longer has enough to give change, you just have to ask the manager to be restocked!!!! I was a cashier for 17 years and I have never done that!!! This is not normal!!! You lost a customer!!!

26/08/2024: très agréable table sur la route des vacances. Jolie terrasse et très beau jardin. Carte simple mais de qualité. Service et accueil irréprochable ( malgré une certaine affluence et comme malheureusement souvent actuellement des difficultés de recrutement du personnel ). Excellente adresse pour un prochain voyage.

22/09/2024: Out of 7 people 4 ate cold and two steaks requested blue in the burger arrived cooked like the soles of shoes and mu beans also cooked and cold The waitress was pleasant..we received a voucher for an aperitif as compensation. I note the commercial gesture ok but we do not intend to return for the reasons mentioned.

14/08/2024: Disappointed because it was closed! Due to illness! But too bad we had made a detour on purpose and nothing was noted on the website! I think we'll try next time but we'll call first!

12/05/2024: changement de propriétaire néfaste à la réputation de l'établissement propriétaire gentil....c'est tout buffet d'entrées assez limité et un peu "fatiguées" plat: 2 au choix ,rognons de boeuf acceptables,boulettes boeuf et porc...baf ! buffet de dessert: 4 au choix (fraises très fatiguées) il nous présente la carte des vins en nous précisant qu'il n'a qu'une bouteille de rosé du ventoux au réfrégérateur..... à la sortie il nous remet "la nomenclature de nos repas " il est plus doué pour écrire que pour gérer son établissement

14/12/2024: Choice regarding all the dishes, that's very good, just downside the same entrance & exit when there are people like today not easy it's in the same place as to queue for coffee & hot dessert! Restricted space, that of Auchan was more spacious!

24/08/2024: Low price, buffet for varied starters, dish of the day, this time it was steak, excellent meat, cooked exactly as requested. Homemade dessert. For truckers there is even a shower and a very large parking lot. I highly recommend.

22/08/2024: I give one star not for the quality of the cuisine because we were not able to eat there. The owner simply refused us access to the restaurant parking lot under the pretext that our camper van could attract other camper vans. As soon as he saw us arriving he rushed outside to ask us to leave even though the parking lot was practically empty (an hour was missing before closing). There were 2 of us and he made it clear that we were just coming for dinner but he refused. When we asked him where we could park near the restaurant (our camper van is 7 meters) he told us to look anywhere but not at his place. So we gave our money to someone else who was a little more tolerant. Motorhome friends, you have been warned.

30/03/2024: Very disappointing!! having ordered a bleu burger, which was supposed to contain bacon and a brioche bun. I received an old, low-end bread that wasn't brioche at all, as well as some lardons instead of bacon. Not to mention a steak half the size of the bread. Plus, I wanted another drink, the fridge was empty, no dessert or snacks. If we cannot manage the menu card and put the ingredients indicated on the card, at least warn the customers… 0 value for money!!! It would be time to close this restaurant, in order to upgrade it. I am very disappointed, I will not set foot here again!!!!!!

19/09/2024: Huge disappointment on our part. Doesn't deserve the three stars. Old-fashioned room. Corridor that smells strongly of chlorine. Meal more like a canteen than a gourmet meal. When we dared to ask for an aperitif, we were made clear that it was disturbing. And didn't even have the choice of aperitif. If they don't want our money they had to say so. Poor breakfast, little choice. We were in accommodation and when we presented the loyalty checks, the boss was not happy because according to him it took too long for the accommodation to pay. We had nothing to do with it. In short, we thought we had a pleasant stay, this was not the case.

04/09/2024: Very friendly staff! Service a little long at the restaurant but good food at a very reasonable price. The rooms are good except for a small problem with the arrival time of hot water in the showers and sockets at the headboards for charging cell phones would be really appreciated. But overall a great experience! We had a good night's stopover!
