05/09/2024: l'endroit à éviter cuisine faite avec du congelé, mmême la mayonnaise n'est pas maison.Dommage d'avoir quitter l'autoroute pour ce genre d'endroit.

05/09/2024: Ma copine a commandé des pâte carbo le serveur sert L’assiette avec mon mouche mort moi j’ai pris un Burger poulet j’étais entrain de manger et j’ai une araignée qui me tombe dessus.

27/08/2024: A quite rare experience. We found L’Augergeade because unusually it is open on Mondays. However we were thrilled at the culinary art of the chef, when the amuse bouche of mushroom filled ravioli in an Asian fusion sauce, was followed by equally exciting starters. My fois gras ravioli with a truffle sauce was perfectly balanced and finished. The dorade with courgette flakes and a very light, subtle sauce, was cooked to a creamy , slightly undercooked perfection. And my wife’s leg of rabbit was equally carefully roasted, with a nicely balanced cream truffle sauce. To our surprise, we were finally served with a meltingly soft, strawberry tart. The wine list is a marvel, extensive and French focussed, particularly on the central Loire region; all at honest, great value prices. Madam is expert on her wines.

12/06/2024: Cet endroit où c'est aussi des gens qui ont le coeur sur la main pour faire un maximum pour être aux couleurs de vos désirs. Les goûts sont également à la hauteur. Je vous conseille fortement. Bravo !

12/08/2024: Lunch on a Sunday on the terrace with a view of the castle, already a joy. The dishes were all delicious, from the zander to the crispy guinea fowl and the haddock, there were 10 of us and everyone enjoyed it. The best of the best was the sugar-free dessert concocted especially for us, for the birthday of a diabetic, we couldn't dream of better. Don't hesitate to ask for a song from the waiter Robin who has a divine voice. Recommended for all occasions with your eyes closed. Many thanks🌹🌿

30/08/2024: I bought a baguette for €1.10 with a €5 note. The seller gave me change in 2 cent coins!!!! Is this normal??? I told him I didn't agree but his response was: that's all I have... I'm sorry but if the cash register no longer has enough to give change, you just have to ask the manager to be restocked!!!! I was a cashier for 17 years and I have never done that!!! This is not normal!!! You lost a customer!!!

14/08/2024: Ce lieu est, sur le plan strictement gastronomique, tout simplement extraordinaire! Tout ici, des mises en bouche jusqu’au dessert, est fait pour enchanter vos papilles. C’est injuste envers les autres plats (tous excellents) mais je ne peux résister au plaisir de décerner une mention spéciale à la spécialité emblématique de la maison: les ris de… non! Je ne vous en dis pas plus: demandez au chef (ou à son fils, en salle), ils se feront un plaisir de vous raconter l’histoire de ce plat introuvable ailleurs et tellement savoureux!

26/07/2024: Quelle merveille, l’environnement est joli, le service est efficace et sympathique, la carte est très lisible. Les mets sont délicats pleins de saveurs, esthétiques et de proportions très correctes.
