21/09/2024: Room in a deplorable state, employees so "busy" that they forget to clean the tables and clear the trays. Waiting time for an order (a wrap and a drink): 1h20. No apology from the manager who only ignored the customers' requests and did not answer me when I asked her if the wait was still going to be long, she looked at me and then huffed. He started pretending not to see me anymore. Additionally, the order arrived cold.
I do not recommend this place at all given the execrable attitude of the manager who does not know how to manage a team or customers.
20/09/2024: 1 hour of crazy waiting at the drive-thru and just before the terminals inside did not take my order it was a hassle and then I was told that it was because of the vibration, no it was just because of 'poor management of the restaurant which did not anticipate the event even if I believe it is a false excuse

16/12/2024: Visit 3 to 5 times a year and it's always slow to be served 4 cars in front of me it takes more than 20 minutes...and there are never any sauces...for 23 euros for 2 sandwiches
15/12/2024: A disaster!!!!! Avoided! The teams have changed a lot again! More than 1 hour to be served! For two smart menus and a happy meal! A shame! I myself worked at McDonald’s a few years ago! It was much better! No customer had to wait this long for their order! The employees talk among themselves, laugh in the kitchen... meanwhile the customers wait to eat! In short, I don't recommend it at all!

13/06/2024: Pleasant welcome, but very poor food.
Brown tired lettuce, fries which included some still frozen ones and an Entrecôte steak that was inedible, tough, sinewy and didn’t look like an entrecôte steak to me.
Nobody asked me how my meal was and running out of time I decide to just pay.
Not only did the manager ignore me by asking two female customers if they had enjoyed their meal but then attempted to cash another customers bill before me because she was in a hurry despite her being well after me in the queue.
That’s two very disappointing visits to this chain of restaurants.
That’s enough now, I will not return and prefer a dried ham sandwich to this very disappointing chain of restaurants!

15/08/2024: DA EVITARE! Servizio terribile, pizza disgustosa, patatine fritte di colore arancione da quanto è vecchio l'olio che usano; riescono a rovinare perfino un'insalata riempiendola di una salsa immangiabile. Mangiatevi un gelato che è meglio... non qui naturalmente!

The rooms are ok. The downside, the breakfast: Simple, but sufficient, however big problem with the cleanliness of the dishes, difficult to find a well-washed tray, plate and cup, too bad!

Room 9 is OK but will require additional cleaning time (big spider web at the top left🫣😬)
Concerning the meal which for me is far from gourmet cuisine (roughly cut salmon carpaccio with a slice of sandwich bread between it and the avocado.
Elastic chicken supreme (I don't know how it was cooked) and vegetables that were extremely salty and almost edible. For dessert, 4 small scoops of ice cream on a plate with a small cake on top, and the guy talks to me about gourmet dessert 🤔🤭 and a very brief breakfast with pastries from the day before)
For my part, I will not return there.

17/08/2024: Une pizza La conca d'Oro excellente, copieuse j'avais pris le grand modèle et à un tarif tout à fait raisonnable, une religieuse ENORME , voilà de quoi me faire oublier que j'étais sur la route de retour des vacances.....
J'y retournerai quand mes pas me ramèneront vers Issoudun.

Excellent pizza not overcooked as requested, very pleasant staff with little moments of laughter. Value for money not excessive at 4, I recommend 100%

25/09/2024: After spending a month in France, this was by far the worst meal we had. The œuf mollet was tasteless and the weirdly bitter wine reduction didn't fit. The main was almost inedible. Incredibly sweet red cabbage was drenched in pure soy sauce making it far too salty. Rather than being melty and unctuous, the pork belly was overcooked and dry with rubbery skin. A real shame.
31/08/2024: cadre très agréable pour ce restaurant. bon accueil et cuisine raffinée. Les assiettes ne sont pas très copieuses mais l'on mange bien, les choix sont originaux ce qui est bien le principal
