06/05/2026: Fantastic welcome! The manager, Dalila, takes excellent care of her customers and transforms a McDonald's into a family-friendly restaurant where you feel right at home. It's the first McDonald's I've ever seen. A little human warmth in a franchise is always welcome.

02/05/2026: McExtreme - 1 Hamburger (Juicy hamburger patty, smoked gouda, bacon slices, soft bun, and sauce) -> very good.
Fries -> very good.
I enjoyed my meal and the service was quick.
28/04/2026: I'm so fed up! It's always the same story: when you order through the drive-thru, you never know what you're going to get! Everything except the one you placed!
I advise you to always check your order, otherwise you'll be in for some surprises... Very disappointed.

16/04/2026: Incredibly incompetent!
I ordered two pizzas, only one arrived! I politely pointed it out, and they came back to me all smiles: "We'll make it again, we had a little problem, the delivery driver took it home!" Wow, how ridiculous!
They told me they'd make it again and I'd have it in 6 minutes. Well, 6 minutes, not including tax! They're just as incompetent as ever, whether it's reading an order or calculating preparation time!
I was unhappy, and they told me that as an "apology"—with a sort of air quote gesture—they were offering me... a can of soda! So the guy who placed a delivery order gets a €6 pizza as a gift, and I go all the way there, sweating (to put it politely) waiting, even though I have work to do afterward, for just a can of soda as compensation for their stupidity, even though I'm in no way responsible!
I've seen some stupid things, but this is beyond ridiculous in terms of customer service! I can understand a mistake, but to treat customers with such condescension and offer "so-called" compensation with a can of soda? That's a joke!
I was a customer for years, but that's over now! I absolutely do not recommend this place given the staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism!
16/04/2026: It's a disgrace! I ordered a ham and cheese pizza. When I arrived at reception to pick it up, they told me they'd called three times, which is false. I only received one call, with no message left at reception. All this just to tell me they couldn't make my ham pizza because they were out of ham. Honestly, it's shameful. I've never seen a pizzeria without ham.

14/12/2024: Choice regarding all the dishes, that's very good, just downside the same entrance & exit when there are people like today not easy it's in the same place as to queue for coffee & hot dessert! Restricted space, that of Auchan was more spacious!

And yes, I come quite regularly and each time it is never disappointing, quite the contrary!
We went there with two couples of friends and it was really good.
The restaurant side is great, the quality/price ratio is simply unbeatable.
Everyone was delighted, both in terms of the cuisine, the setting and the service.
I am so sorry that you are having so much difficulty recruiting staff and are forced to no longer be able to open as before...
Probably due to the fact that we no longer have people looking for work here. 🙄😇
In short, congratulations to you and thank you for always being there. 👍

13/06/2024: Pleasant welcome, but very poor food.
Brown tired lettuce, fries which included some still frozen ones and an Entrecôte steak that was inedible, tough, sinewy and didn’t look like an entrecôte steak to me.
Nobody asked me how my meal was and running out of time I decide to just pay.
Not only did the manager ignore me by asking two female customers if they had enjoyed their meal but then attempted to cash another customers bill before me because she was in a hurry despite her being well after me in the queue.
That’s two very disappointing visits to this chain of restaurants.
That’s enough now, I will not return and prefer a dried ham sandwich to this very disappointing chain of restaurants!

On es venu nous ouvrir pour nous dire qu il n était pas possible de ce restaurer dans cette etablissement ni meme boire un cafe. Bien dommage pour un etablissement qui ce doit d acceuillir des professionnels de la route. A déconseillé

15/08/2024: DA EVITARE! Servizio terribile, pizza disgustosa, patatine fritte di colore arancione da quanto è vecchio l'olio che usano; riescono a rovinare perfino un'insalata riempiendola di una salsa immangiabile. Mangiatevi un gelato che è meglio... non qui naturalmente!
