Actually nothing to say about the service, but then the kitchen... So I arrive at 8:30 p.m., order a drink and my meal (a dish of baked pasta) less than 5 minutes later I was served, they have a microphone -super fast wave.
Paying more than €15 for a dish reheated in the microwave is unacceptable, the gnocchi were sticky, the stuffing was not even cooked in the middle and the heart of the dish was cold.

The lunch was a very good quality, quantity and price ratio. A place made to have fun, without breaking the bank and having the bonus of being able to allow us to enjoy the pretty wooded countryside of the region just a few steps away.
We hope that the establishment will continue and that it can become one of our small local canteens!

19/09/2024: Endroit agréable et chaleureux. J'ai pris la formule petit déjeuner avec 2 viennoiseries. La vendeuse était agréable et souriante. Il y a avait une bonne ambiance dans l'équipe et cela c'est fait ressentir dans le service. A refaire avec plaisir m.
19/08/2024: Acheté ce jour un clafoutis griottes, il n’est pas d’aujourd’hui , la pâte est sèche vraiment pas bon et quand même 11,90€. Il y a peut de temps brioche pas fraîche, rassis. C’est une honte…… avant tout était toujours très bon et le patapain du centre ville est pareil. Je crois que vous avez perdu de bon clients 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The waitress was pleasant..we received a voucher for an aperitif as compensation. I note the commercial gesture ok but we do not intend to return for the reasons mentioned.

01/12/2024: The cheese was good, that's about the only positive thing about our experience. The boss's attitude, on the other hand, was simply unacceptable. When he asked us to choose a wine, he presented the choice as being between a “poor” wine and a “rich” wine. After choosing the cheapest one, he dared to call it “tramp’s wine”. Furthermore, his misogynistic comments were embarrassing and inappropriate, making several people at the table uncomfortable. The atmosphere was very heavy in the restaurant. As for the charcuterie, it was OK, but certainly not up to the asking price.
24/11/2024: Terrible service, average food, be careful if you don't finish your plate you risk getting angry with the boss, they were out of potatoes so he gave us the potatoes of the people at the table 'next to who were leaving. And above all, do not share food with your companions; you risk getting angry with the restaurant owner. Me and my friends were very uncomfortable the manager's remarks were inappropriate. The atmosphere of the restaurant was oppressive, I have never eaten in a restaurant with this kind of welcome to avoid, it feels more like a social experience than a pleasant meal with friends.

30/08/2024: Brewery discovered by chance during our visit to Châteauroux. Lunch on the terrace by the fountain, very pleasant in this heat. We ate very well. The salads are plentiful, the one I had was just a starter (possibility of having it as a main course). Very warm welcome. Pleasant and friendly staff. Good value for money.
