18/07/2026: The welcome is truly warm and the place is magnificent. There is a terrace on the banks of the Indre River in the shade of a huge sequoia planted in 1890, and if you want to enjoy it you will need to book as it is very popular.

08/06/2026: We love this little country restaurant. The welcome is warm, the food excellent, everything is done to pamper the customers, and despite the slightly dated decor, the atmosphere is relaxing. You can take the time to chat with the ladies who run the place. The appetizer buffet is truly all-you-can-eat; when you've finished your plate, you're invited to help yourself again, and you don't need to be asked twice because it's simple and delicious. The daily special is generous and flavorful, and the dessert is a delight. The pace of service might be a little slow, but sometimes it's nice to take your time and not feel rushed.

23/04/2026: How lovely! Something you don't experience in the Netherlands anymore. A set menu, with a buffet for the starter, main course, and dessert, plus very friendly, family-style service. Luckily, we had walked a hiking route that passed by here. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Celebrated my birthday today and as usual the staff were so friendly, our favourite food .goyoza starter, lames de tigre (weeping tiger) a thai steak( rare ) with a proper chilli dipping sauce (we like spicy a lot ) just absolutely perfect and cafe gourmand to finish with a birthday candle and song . All of their varied menu is good and a lovely atmosphere to add to your enjoyment . Thank you all of the Face team for making my 71st birthday a memorable one .

28/06/2026: worst mcdonalds experience ive ever had!! we originally ordered on one of the screens and as we went to pay, an error occurred so we went to order at the till. service from the boy at the till was great. however, after we had paid for our food, we waited 15 minutes. no food or drink came to us. my dad went up and asked. then they bought us our drinks. another 15 minutes passed without receiving out food so he went back up. we finally received our food but it was all different temps. fries were cold, wedges were dangerously hot, nuggets were luke warm. not to add WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE!! many of the staff were sat chatting and not working. overall terrible service
