17/05/2026: We stopped by this restaurant for lunch and received a very warm welcome from the attentive, friendly, and professional staff and owner. The meal was simple but good. We recommend it.

01/01/2026: Excellent inn. For my father's birthday, we went for lunch on Monday, December 29th. A very warm welcome, a delicious meal, and a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly. My little one, who had his second crème brûlée, was thrilled because it was truly excellent (and thank you to the chef for offering it on the house). Thank you for the wonderful meal.

19/04/2026: The hotel is advertised as 3 stars and the restaurant as 2 stars, but this should be reversed. The menus, while a bit pricey, were worthy of a top-tier restaurant, with impeccable service. However, the twin room we had in the annex, while very clean with comfortable beds, was too basic for a 3-star hotel. There was no welcome tray, not even a small bottle of water and glasses. We had to use the cardboard cups from the bathroom. The bedside lamp didn't work, there was a tiny TV, and only one chair. Otherwise, the welcome was very warm, and the hotel is situated in a beautiful park.

11/04/2026: I went to the Hermitage for dinner. Great location, pleasant setting, efficient staff. The dishes are generous, the only slight complaint is that they are a little too salty, but that's a personal opinion.

28/05/2026: Passing through the neighborhood, I decided to try this little bistro. Very reasonable prices for generous portions, and pleasant service from the owners. It's a shame the peace and quiet is broken by some of the noisy and vulgar regulars who don't realize the disturbance they cause. Aloha! A place worth remembering nonetheless for its value for money!

20/04/2026: A very nice, quiet little hotel and restaurant with well-appointed rooms. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is adequate, but don't hesitate to add some local charcuterie from the Berry region, even for an extra charge!

09/08/2026: We arrived without a reservation for lunch and received a very warm welcome. Seated on the shaded terrace, we enjoyed our meal. The food was delicious, served in a lovely atmosphere, and the prices were reasonable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. A big thank you to everyone!

20/02/2026: Passing through on our way back from winter sports, we stopped for lunch. Very good meal. Pleasant and friendly waiter. Excellent and very tender meat. I highly recommend it.

27/07/2026: 45 minutes to serve 2 menus, that's great, fast food, the concept of fast no longer exists.

25/07/2026: Not great... Dirty floor and tables even though there were very few customers (maximum 8). Loud music in the kitchen. Very unpleasant staff, especially when we got our order because we hadn't understood the order number since this gentleman spoke French like a Spanish cow. He just threw the tray at us while yelling at us in his language, which we didn't understand, and then they were laughing in the back kitchen, looking at us with the cook who, if I had seen him before, would have made me run away... I'll never go back.

05/08/2026: I stumbled upon this brasserie a few days ago with my little boy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food! A real gem. We were delighted by both the savory and sweet dishes. We were served quite quickly. And the price was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. The owner was very friendly to boot. Thank you for this delicious meal! Bravo to the chef(s)!

04/09/2026: One of the regulars told us to take a seat. Sat for a bit. Nothing seemed to be happening so we searched for another restaurant and left. 🤷‍♀️

08/04/2026: Stopped here for lunch....good value for money. 4 courses 16 Euros. Friendly owner and wasn't expected but spoke English too. Will definitely visit again.

15/08/2026: A small, family-run village retro film, just the way we like them: simple and good.

09/08/2026: Village bar/restaurant. Passing through in the morning to grab a coffee on the road. All the tables on the terrace were dirty from the day before, with lots of papers and other rubbish on the floor.

25/08/2026: There are always a few drunks around or occasional fights and disagreements. Please note, it is a very public busy area and thus, extremely noisy! Service and bartenders... Honestly - there are some I avoid if I see them working. You've got 2 out of 7 for example, who give you top notch service... But then you got the other 4 who either don't care, who don't pay attention, who give you poor service and that's really sad as it ruins your day sitting under a parasol, enjoying the weather and it goes for the bartenders. Usually 2 at a time. Some are rude and unhelpful and then you got the rare one who is friendly and courteous it's like playing poker - you don't know who works that they unless you make the rounds and see who's on the schedule
