09/12/2023: Très bonnes cuisses de grenouilles mais desserts chers, insipides et très décevants. Un moelleux au chocolat sans chocolat et sec, une crème caramel sans sucre et sans goût, et tout ça pour 7€ chacun😵‍💫 Très déçu par la fin du repas!!

27/03/2024: This used to be a very delicious restaurant a few years ago. Now the name has changed and so did the food. I ate a duck breast cooked rose and it was very dry and tasteless. My friends ordered a steak which was rare but also tasteless and chewy, everything served with french fries. This was the first time I ate bad food in France. The only good thing was the fondue and the wine.

11/10/2024: 2nd time that I go there and 2nd time that I can only notice the same thing: disorganized service and overwhelmed by the people in the room. In 1h30 we only had time to eat one dish, if we can call it a dish.... dare to serve a hot goat's cheese salad for €15 with this visual and the charred goat's cheese sandwiches rather than making them again before to send the plate... little bonus with the salad drowned in the sauce. I'll let you form your opinion, I'll post a photo with my comment. So the only positive point on my plate was clearly the quantity. We are always looking for kindness and a smile. In short, I do not recommend this place. Response to the owner: the toasts were remade for my colleague who had to ask for them rather than being made spontaneously by your server upon seeing the head of our plates and not for me who asked for nothing. It is therefore rather proof of bad faith on your side. I am speaking from my experience and not that of my colleague. And as mentioned above, I had already come a year and a half ago, the room was much less full and I left with the same feeling as the most recent experience.

24/09/2024: Great first refuge experience! Very warm and welcoming welcome. The meal is very generous and very good! We were lucky enough to have a single room for 2. Duvets and pillows are provided, but down is essential for the humidity and cold. The view is splendid! I recommend!

29/08/2024: We took half board with picnic. Myself and my 2 daughters (8-6 years old) were happy, the refuge is full of charm, the view incredible, the meal very good and plentiful. The perfect picnic. We bivouacked. Very pleasant welcome and very good atmosphere. We'll come back. THANKS.

28/04/2024: Just delicious restaurant! Typical mountain setting, wide choice of pizza, raclette, fondue, hot box, ravioli... and so on! After having tried absolutely the entire menu, I fell in love with the Morbier ravioli au gratin. When I bring my friends or family there, this is what I recommend to everyone! Very affordable prices for the quality of the dishes and the service. The desserts are also very delicious.

31/10/2025: Check-in from 5 pm, outdated room, bathroom straight out of the '60s, filthy carpet, dangerously steep stairs, unreliable Wi-Fi. The set menu was more than mediocre. Exorbitant price.

05/06/2024: Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 nuits avec 2 couples d'amis. Nous avons pris le dîner les deux soirs. Le menu du moment le premier soir et la fondue savoyarde le deuxième soir. Les plats faits maison étaient excellents, nous nous sommes régalés. Le petit déjeuner est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Boisson chaude au choix. Jus de fruits. Céréales. Croissants. Fromage blanc. Fraises. Fruits secs. Pain, beurre et confitures maison. Nous recommandons cet établissement. Les chambres sont accueillantes avec vue sur le Grand Veymont pour certaines.

19/05/2024: Geweldig menu gegeten in dit restaurant op aanraden van hotel le chalet( omdat zij gesloten zijn op woensdag en donderdag) vriendelijke bediening ( maken wij in het zuiden nog wel anders mee!!!! ) in een sfeer vol schoon restaurant, Voor een prijs 80 euro voor 2 inclusief fles rose , opgelet je kan er alleen eten van 19.00 t/m 20.30 uur Maar echt een aanrader.

09/09/2024: INCONTOURNABLE nous y sommes en ce moment pour accompagner un cousin (cure) tout y est parfait le restaurant vraiment parfait un accueil chaleureux et souriant l’hôtel parfait très propre !!! Au petit soin et très professionnel !! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !! Nous devons l’habitude et voyageons beaucoup il fait parti des meilleurs merci 🙏

16/03/2024: J’ai été choquer de ce restaurant, degueulasse! J’ai pris des spaghettis elle avais un vieux goût pourrie, j’en ai même vomis lors de mon retour chez moi. Seule point positif , merci à Valentin le serveure le reste du personnel beaucoup trop aigri!!!! Nous avons été très mal accueilli. Je recommande pas dutout a fuire même

15/03/2024: Franchement n’allez jamais dans ce restaurant, j’ai eu une grosse intoxication alimentaire en mangeant des spaghettis bolognaise, j’ai même retrouver des poils dans mon assiette !! À leur place j’aurais honte d’être des patrons aigris comme sa et mal élever je déconseille à tout le monde, sans compter les toilettes dans un état à vomir mais je pense qu’il étais plus propre que la cuisine vue l’état des lieux.

02/07/2024: Accueil sympathique ce soir de fête de la musique alors que toutes les terrasses des restaurants sont remplies et le service souvent débordé On nous redresse tranquillement une table , service cool et prévenant et dans l’assiette des choses bien faîtes , simples mais goûteuses , bon tartare de thon , croquettes de chorizo bien croustillantes Le hasard fait bien les choses

09/11/2024: Très bonne adresse, accueil avec le sourire, menu excellent, restaurant très propre, rien à redire car j'y retournerait volontiers lors de mon prochain passage. Félicitation à la jeune fille qui s'occupe du service.

08/11/2024: We stopped here by chance for lunch and were highly impressed. My wife and I shared two entrées and our friends had two main courses. The food was freshly prepared, the quality was excellent and the ambiance was smart and welcoming. If we travel this way again we would definitely plan to have lunch here!
