25/09/2024: Worst McDonald's in Grenoble, the children's area which smells like the table legs have to be cleaned even to be able to eat. They bring me my tray, a mchiken made in a hurry (I understand in the middle of a rush but there it's empty) a cheeseburger well made but frozen. I bring it back to the checkout to be able to change it with respect, they tell me ok to bring me back 5 minutes later the same one that we just put in the toaster just to heat it up a little😂 ok no big deal but here you are clearly taking the customers for idiots are screwed at this level

19/05/2024: Unfriendly staff who do not respond politely, who refuse deliveries without pretext, on top of that in Limours with a very long waiting time. In addition, the quality of the products leaves something to be desired. You should know how to speak to your customers politely in the future so as not to risk losing your customers.
16/05/2024: Order 15 minutes in advance but 15 minutes late, the bread is cooked directly and opens in two lengthwise when eating it, the meat was that of the day before that they annealed me on the plancha as much to say that it had no taste to it you add the smell of orange blossom which has nothing to do with it. In short, ordered in briis-sous-forges from benisaf sa has nothing to do with it

16/03/2024: Only fast food in the station, at least in the main hall. Good choice of drinks, pastries and cakes.
Our drinks taken in the next room were OK, but it was not possible to have a small tea because it was served in large glasses.
Only one server even when there are people (a Sunday morning in February at 10 a.m., during school holidays). A lot of employee turnover elsewhere.
I bought a rather well-filled ham-Emmental sandwich. On the other hand, uncooked bread, very white, very soft.
All this paid a lot for what it is (€6 for a sandwich taken alone).
I recommend a bakery outside if you have time.
13/03/2024: I just had a coffee, but I wanted to let people know that it was undrinkable. It was like hot water with an aftertaste of coffee.

15/09/2024: 45 min to survive while the room is empty. Only 1 terminal (out of 6) that works for ordering. Soft order pickers as possible. Unacceptable nonchalance and a completely overwhelmed manager!

15/09/2024: Very disappointed you place an order at the terminals which do not validate anything at the end. You try to order at the counter they send you chi... telling you to go through the drive but on foot. We therefore advise you to pass among the cars as a pedestrian with a young child. I preferred to go to the BK de chasse sur Rhône where I could be served at the table

Pleasant setting. Fast and friendly service even for a simple latte (Monday afternoon, few people, order at the terminal).

When I made a complaint the waiter told me it wasn't his fault and insulted me. This is the last time I went to this restaurant although I have been going there for years. It got a lot worse

No server comes to take the order. Forced to go to the bar while other customers are served at the table. Once at the bar, refuses to serve a half, forced to have a pint.
0.40 cents to go to the toilet.
Ask a waiter for a waffle. He says he's coming back to take the order. Server missing.

25/06/2024: I liked it a lot, I came here for 3 New Year's Eve. And they have a closed raclette menu that is absolutely crazy, you get enough food for 3 days. And the quality is 10, especially the meat that you can make yourself, on the hot stone.

21/09/2024: Rotten rotten how to say, there are always a few things missing from the order. They are not smiling (not the first time) and don't order bacon cheddar fries because you won't get the bacon lol.
Also served cold.
McDonald's isn't what it used to be!!
20/09/2024: We hadn't been there for months because we were regularly unhappy with the slow speed of the service, repeated errors in orders, etc. And after a few months, nothing had changed! Having done a lot of it I think it's one if not the worst MC Do around
