06/01/2026: We went there twice to eat during our stay at Château de Germigney. I enjoyed the food very much. The service was excellent, and the staff gave us wine recommendations that paired very well with the food. I loved the food, and when I ate it, I could tell that the chefs were meticulous with the preparation, giving the food a special touch. We will definitely go back if we're in the area.

07/03/2026: Delicious! I called Thursday at lunchtime to place a large order of 13 pizzas for Friday evening, some of which had specific requests beyond what was on the menu. I was served the next day with a smile and right on time. Plus, everyone loved them! 😁

02/01/2026: While on holiday in the region, our party of seven stopped at this restaurant before visiting Dôle. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely excellent, the decor was superb, and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Hurry and discover this place! We're returning to our native Champagne region with wonderful culinary memories. We can't wait to come back and see you if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

27/03/2026: Passing through this place by chance, we discovered a true gem of French gastronomy (and I mean it). Everything was perfect, from the quality of the food to the professionalism of the staff. They are passionate about their craft, their region, their dishes and wines, and they know how to draw you in and share their passions. I have rarely seen such enthusiasm for a profession and such a desire to share their passions and love for excellent products. Definitely worth a visit; don't hesitate to make a detour to Arbois and Les Caudalies.

31/01/2026: Stopped here overnight on our way from Switzerland in November, an amazing spot with some outstanding food, the service was impeccable and we enjoyed the chance to try different wines from the area. A treat the following morning to be shown the wine cellar by Romuald and talk about his long career at the top of the culinary food scene

21/12/2025: This is an exceptional place. The restaurant and service is outstanding and yet manages to be unpretentious. As someone who is gluten intolerant it is one of the few establishments I have come across in France who take pride in not just accommodating the dietary preference but ensuring they had prepared special amuse bouche without gluten. It is a reflection of the care and attention to detail they take. Worth making a detour to visit (even if you are not gluten intolerant!).

09/07/2025: For the first time, I ordered takeaway for a family meal and I was extremely satisfied. The dishes (pikeperch terrine and veal with morels) were very tasty (the terrine sauce was truly exceptional!) and the portions very generous for a very reasonable price. Everyone enjoyed it, I will definitely order other meals in the future

17/03/2026: An interesting discovery, chance works in mysterious ways, we stumbled upon it and have no regrets, everything is perfect, highly recommended, especially the frogs.

11/03/2026: We came to eat as a group of six. The restaurant was good, but overpriced for what was offered. The dining room was small, making it very noisy. There was no children's menu, which was a drawback. The risotto was tasteless and rather bland. It was clear that the food wasn't homemade. It was 20 degrees Celsius outside, and there was no outdoor seating, while the restaurant next door had one. The door was open, so it wasn't warm inside. When we arrived, a couple had three dogs in the restaurant that were constantly barking. €270 for six people, including one child. For five appetizers, five main courses, one scoop of ice cream, and three coffees, I find that extremely expensive.

10/03/2026: Restaurant La Romanée offers simple yet refined cuisine in the old town of Dole. You can see and taste the freshness of the ingredients. We loved the food, the service, and the decor. Don't hesitate to ask for advice or questions. Absolutely no complaints; the owners are lovely, don't change a thing. I highly recommend it for families, friends, or even on your own. Above all, remember to make a reservation; it's a restaurant.

10/03/2026: On March 8th, for my birthday, we reserved a table for 8 people. While I appreciated my first reservation (see my review), the service on March 8th was deplorable, very slow, with new faces apparently being replacements. CONCLUSION = very, very disappointed for my family and myself. I will have lunch elsewhere; there are good restaurants nearby! A great discovery. We were greeted with a big smile in a pleasant setting... a very good first impression. 2) Service?: A well-organized team that creates a lovely, professional, and harmonious atmosphere. 3) Quality of the dishes? = up to the level of detail on the menu. Salad: a very nice balance of flavors, crunch, and freshness; soft goat cheese without bitterness. Pike quenelles with crayfish = very tasty (be careful with the salt; the reductions are the cause). The food is still delicious, especially the morel mushroom tart, which I highly recommend, not to mention the delectable desserts. The staff is incredibly attentive.
