06/05/2026: A lovely little restaurant. A complete set menu for €18.50, and very good from start to finish. My partner had a generously topped and delicious morbiflette pizza. I think it's best to book ahead as the restaurant was full.

26/02/2026: It's impossible to have lunch without a reservation. Keep that in mind; you'll be less disappointed than we were.

06/01/2026: We went there twice to eat during our stay at Château de Germigney. I enjoyed the food very much. The service was excellent, and the staff gave us wine recommendations that paired very well with the food. I loved the food, and when I ate it, I could tell that the chefs were meticulous with the preparation, giving the food a special touch. We will definitely go back if we're in the area.

26/04/2026: I'll only review the restaurant since I didn't stay overnight...we opted for the signature menu with Jura wine pairings, a gem from start to finish, both the food and the wines. Bravo to the Meilleur Ouvrier de France sommelier and the entire team! A truly delightful experience. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say there's limited parking on the premises and the garden could be a bit more inviting towards the river. Otherwise, it's a delight for the taste buds. Bravo again!

19/04/2026: A very warm welcome, aperitifs served on the lovely terrace, exceptional menus paired with perfectly matched wines, impeccable service, and very friendly and attentive waitresses and waiters. The cheese trolley was a real treat. We highly recommend this restaurant.

21/04/2026: I order takeout from them very often and I'm never disappointed. The service is always top-notch: fast, efficient, and very professional. The food is excellent, flavorful, and consistently high quality with every order. A big thank you also to the staff, who are always very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. It's a real pleasure to order from them; I highly recommend them!

31/01/2026: Stopped here overnight on our way from Switzerland in November, an amazing spot with some outstanding food, the service was impeccable and we enjoyed the chance to try different wines from the area. A treat the following morning to be shown the wine cellar by Romuald and talk about his long career at the top of the culinary food scene

21/12/2025: This is an exceptional place. The restaurant and service is outstanding and yet manages to be unpretentious. As someone who is gluten intolerant it is one of the few establishments I have come across in France who take pride in not just accommodating the dietary preference but ensuring they had prepared special amuse bouche without gluten. It is a reflection of the care and attention to detail they take. Worth making a detour to visit (even if you are not gluten intolerant!).

16/05/2026: We were just passing through during a long journey, and we ate very quickly in a great atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and the menu was very original. Don't hesitate to stop by!

23/05/2026: We came to 1055 Perrigny and the service was disastrous. Upon arrival, we stood in front of the reception desk for over five minutes without anyone speaking to us. Seeing no signs, we decided to go upstairs. After another ten-minute wait, a server finally came to explain that this area was reserved for staff breaks. There was no clear indication of this, even though menus were posted there. So we went back downstairs to the brasserie, where we were finally told that it was the restaurant and that we had to go further down the hall. We decided to sit at the back, near a pool table and the bowling lanes, where we waited for another ten minutes without a single server coming to see us. We finally had to order our drinks from a self-service kiosk for our beers to arrive… another ten minutes later. Honestly, do you want to welcome clients and do business, or is this an unofficial VIP area reserved for a select few? Very disappointing, especially with such a disorganized and unprofessional welcome.

23/05/2026: We were there for a birthday party, the children had a great time all afternoon, and so did the adults.

It's not just an establishment; it's the beating heart of Salins-les-Bains. What makes this place so charming: Pure authenticity: A classic bistro setting with a truly authentic feel. Here, there are no pretenses, just genuine warmth, conviviality, and sharing. For lovers of local products: The wine selection is carefully curated, naturally showcasing the gems of the Jura region (Arbois, Pupillin, etc.). Pair it with a platter of local products (Comté cheese, charcuterie), and you'll be in paradise. The staff's welcome: Relaxed, straightforward service with always helpful advice. You immediately feel at ease, whether you're a local or just passing through after a visit to the Grandes Salines. In short: It's the perfect spot for a leisurely aperitif or a simple, delicious moment. It's generous, it's friendly, and it's incredibly refreshing. The added bonus: The atmosphere on the terrace or at the bar is one of the best in town. A must-visit for any lover of good wine and good company.

02/05/2026: What an impressive reopening! The food is delicious and the setting is simply superb. The decor has been completely redone, adding a touch of modernity while preserving the rustic and unique charm of the place. This Jura restaurant is a real gem, ideal for both tourists and locals! Fleur, with her sparkling personality, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
