18/04/2026: I received a very warm welcome; all the staff were smiling and professional. The meal was very generous and delicious. I couldn't finish my chicken in cream sauce, topped with Comté cheese – it was a real treat! The kind waitress put it in a box for me to take home. Daniel thoroughly enjoyed the frogs' legs. We've been several times already and we'll be back. Lunch on Saturday, April 18, 2026

08/05/2026: I don't usually leave reviews... But when something's good, you have to say so! 👍 We were passing through Dole and discovered the restaurant Au Bouchon le Grevy for lunch. The sweetbreads were delicious and full of flavor 👍 as was the halibut on a bed of asparagus, and to finish, the dessert 🍰 👍 Well done! 😀 Absolutely perfect.

06/05/2026: A lovely little restaurant. A complete set menu for €18.50, and very good from start to finish. My partner had a generously topped and delicious morbiflette pizza. I think it's best to book ahead as the restaurant was full.

23/05/2026: Very disappointing. We relied on the reviews before choosing this restaurant. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations; the Jura fondue was really not very good. The charcuterie that came with it didn't really have any flavor either (I don't think it was actually local charcuterie). As for the service, we really felt like we were intruding as soon as we walked in.

25/05/2026: We came to have a drink with friends and enjoy the sun on the terrace. We were very poorly received and felt like we were intruding. All the other tables were served at their tables, but unfortunately, we weren't afforded that luxury. I don't recommend it; I left feeling angry and disappointed. The staff wasn't very friendly…

07/06/2026: We went for a walk around Lake Chalain, and in the end, the place is truly magnificent. We initially planned to walk about 5 km, trying to follow the trail colors indicated on the map—yellow, orange, red, and blue. But the trail markings seemed very unclear, even downright poor. We ended up on paths marked with yellow, orange, blue, and even red blazes... but they clearly corresponded to something else, perhaps a different walk altogether. As a result, because of this botched trail marking, our 5 km walk turned into a 9 km outing 😂😂😂 Fortunately, with the help of Strava, we were able to plan our route and fully enjoy the area. Despite this problem, the walk turned out to be superb: incredible views, beautiful trails, and a truly breathtaking setting. Also, be careful at the end of the trail: the route we were following finished with a fairly steep descent, with a path and metal stairs. With our puppy, this seemed a bit risky, so we decided to add about 1.9 km to avoid this section. Absolutely worth doing for the beauty of the place, but it's best to have a GPS app or a reliable GPS track available 😂

05/07/2026: We spent one night at this hotel. The room was very spacious and very clean, and the meals were generous and of good quality. In addition, Laurent offers a very nice wine list at reasonable prices. The service and welcome were superb 👏 Very rare these days. Catherine and Laurent are very professional and would go out of their way to satisfy their guests. Highly recommended.

10/05/2026: We stumbled upon this establishment while traveling. We were delighted to stop here. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. 24/05/2026: Dinner tonight was simply excellent from start to finish, without a single flaw, which is rare. The food, wine, and soft drink pairings were perfect, and the staff was very professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; in my opinion, it was excellent value for money.

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Galoupet restaurant. Charlotte was exceptionally welcoming and gave us excellent advice. The meal was excellent, unpretentious, and very affordable. Charlotte, keep up your sense of humor! It's a shame we're not from the area because I think this restaurant would become our go-to spot!
