The aperitif service was unfriendly, and to our surprise, the portions were particularly small: the lamb shanks were cut in half, and the fish course consisted of only a single spoonful of fish. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the waiters became unpleasant, even telling us that "they're not the ones who prepare the meals."

16/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Galoupet restaurant. Charlotte was exceptionally welcoming and gave us excellent advice. The meal was excellent, unpretentious, and very affordable. Charlotte, keep up your sense of humor! It's a shame we're not from the area because I think this restaurant would become our go-to spot!

13/09/2026: My partner and I visited your brasserie today. Here are our suggestions for improvement: - The mojito was too sweet with powdered sugar, not balanced. - The bruschetta was impeccable. - The morel mushroom tart had an original presentation on the plate. The quality of the morels was questionable, and the cream sauce was too bland. Serving it with a salad was inappropriate. It was difficult to cut the undercooked bread with the starter knife. The choice of knife was unsuitable. - The cutlery should not be changed between courses 😢 - The ribeye steak was well-prepared and cooked perfectly. The wild garlic sauce had an unpleasant emulsified texture. The flavor was good. It's a shame the fries were frozen (although they were cooked well). Thank you for not including a salad when I only ordered fries (the first time in my life!). The surf and turf salad was very generous, but unfortunately, extremely unbalanced. Lots of lettuce and salmon. Very little asparagus or avocado, and almost no duck breast. The gourmet coffee was very good. The miniature pastries were beautiful and delicious. The value for money is very good. The service was excellent: not intrusive, allowing ample time, and not pushy between courses. The waiters were polite and friendly. Part of the terrace is right next to the road; it's best to sit inside. The section near the entrance maintains this aspect, but the tables are very close together. We felt it was a good idea to refrain from smoking. This establishment is very honest overall for a place to stop over, and the prices aren't extortionate. Wishing you continued success.

16/09/2026: A good, typical, and well-known restaurant in Arbois. Delicious and generous fondue. Wine list with good value for money. Serious and efficient service. Last-minute reservations were easy, even though the restaurant was packed. Very friendly welcome. Easy parking. No regrets.

Homemade, just the way we like it 😍. It's quite popular, so it's best to book in advance (which we did ✔️). The setting is lovely, ideal before visiting the cave. I recommend this restaurant 100% and don't pay attention to the few negative reviews, which are absurd and surprising! The shaded terrace is very pleasant in the summer. Thank you to the chef for this delightful meal; we will definitely be back!

15/09/2026: A perfectly run and, above all, well-maintained establishment. I've rarely seen such clean showers, and after six years of renovations, everything looks brand new. Dinner is served on Mondays with a clever, set menu, even when everything else is closed nearby, without neglecting the presentation. The decor is simple, unpretentious, but pleasant. The staff is efficient and professional. A truly wonderful place in the middle of nowhere, but still on the Jura Escape route! 😀
