11/09/2026: The relatively traditional menu and the crowds led us to the Flying Squadron... if it's busy, it must be good, I usually think... but surprise! The lemonade was flat and didn't arrive in a bottle... then the ribeye steak with polenta (the most expensive dish on the menu) arrived cold and raw. Moreover, the cut was of mediocre quality. Luckily, the andouillettes were good. Oh! We had to wait until dessert for the carafe of water to appear... well... passable... except for the view of the castle facade, of course!

03/10/2026: Of course, the service and the food were very good. However, we wanted to have a pleasant time, and the karaoke really ruined the experience. The music was far too loud, to the point where we couldn't hear ourselves speak at the table. I understand the concept of karaoke, but having to eat with people who sing terribly off-key is quite unpleasant. Especially since, judging by the reactions in the dining room, only two tables seemed to genuinely enjoy it, while the rest of the customers didn't really pay any attention.

29/07/2026: The best pizza I've ever eaten, at an unbeatable price. Those who claim to have the "best pizza in France" could learn a thing or two. Jérôme is an excellent pizza maker and a truly wonderful person. I live 40 kilometers away, but I would gladly make the trip again. He's been there for over 10 years, and I hope it lasts another 10. Hats off to the artist!

22/08/2026: Our favorite pizza of the year. Just passing through, and not fans of eating on the street after leaving a parking lot, we nevertheless had a great time and ate excellent pizzas.

However, I was a little disappointed: usually, a large pizza almost reaches the edge of the box, but this one was rather small for a "large." Perhaps I was served a medium?
