I went to buy a Savoyard pizza.
Honestly, I don't understand how anyone can give these pizzas good reviews.
There was only dough, almost no topping, a bit of ham here and there, and as for cheese, forget about it.
It had absolutely nothing to do with the name "Savoyard" at €13 a pizza.
They're even better at Leclerc.
This is the last time I'll go there; it was awful.

01/11/2024: We had a lovely family costume party yesterday for Halloween. The Château Saint Marcel was decorated for the occasion as well as the staff. The atmosphere was dimmed with candles. Dinner was surprising. And we had a superb participatory magic show with Thierry Geoffre, magician and mentalist. Bravo for the initiative of the evening, it’s an activity to be done again!!!

12/10/2024: Cassoulet de canard soi disant fait maison à 28euros. Haricots à la tomate en boîte , magret de canard immangeable, saucisse infecte, confit de canard suspect . C’est une honte de servir ce genre de plat degueulasse. La serveuse qui est la patronne devrait revoir sa façon d’accueillir la clientèle . Bref a fuir .
29/08/2024: Nice setting, but a lot of waiting, even though there were very few people, I don't recommend the gazpacio, the dishes (for us duck breast and flank steak) are good nothing more but small portions compared to other Agenais restaurants.

19/04/2025: It was by chance that we had lunch in this restaurant. A very pleasant surprise, for a menu at €16.50 (main course meat, pasta or fries, small salad, varied dessert + coffee) we had quality, quantity and great service in a pleasant setting. I recommend a thousand times.
11/03/2025: Very pleasant room, well ventilated, wide choice on the menu. Pizzas, meats, pastas... very affordable daily menu, and the choice is there too. And finally, quality and attentive service despite the “rush”. I highly recommend.

18/09/2024: Very happy to have made a detour to discover the town of Villeréal and its place at the market halls with this brewery “le Moderne” which, it seems, has its own farm which produces its own beef. The welcome is warm, the dishes are tasty and very well presented. The staff is very efficient. Very good table.
