29/09/2024: For the third time, a little trip to this creperie to meet this old couple of managers, 85 years for the gentleman (he was the one who told me) he told me 82 last year 😊 and madame platinum blonde and very tired who had changed her gothic outfit into more conventional clothes. Not many people in fact, a young couple was finishing and waiting to be able to pay the bill despite the impossibility of paying by card (for us rebelotte), the paper roll was defective..., we were therefore the only customers of the evening in a special atmosphere, out of time but impeccable service, the delicious crepes, the cider also and the correct prices, we will therefore forget the few cobwebs lying around here and there, the lampshades that we hit while standing. lifting the bench and the garbage bag stored by the gentleman in the central aisle which will cause madame's bad mood but the verbal exchanges with this couple were crisp, the gentleman is from Toulouse but also a little from Marseille... 😀 and to tell the truth we had a good evening...

23/09/2024: While passing through for a wedding, we had lunch in this creperie quite by chance... but it would have been a shame not to know the owners, an elderly couple who treated us to delicious crepes, a dessert with real homemade whipped cream. We spoke with the owner, an adorable lady who did everything to make us feel good, real professionals, they have had several restaurants in their lives and at 78 and over 80 years old for Monsieur hats off! He brings the dishes to the table himself, they both benefit from being known! Real cuisine made by courageous experienced people, well done! Véronique and Jean-Paul (from Cannes)

25/01/2026: Last night we went to La Flambée for a special occasion: a birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed this convivial moment. The galettes were delicious. And the staff were fantastic. Thank you again.

20/08/2024: Très belle découverte !! Tout était bon. Pris un plateau pour 2 avec œufs, bœufs, saumons.. Très bons. Nos filles ont aimé le menu enfant. La purée excellente, carottes et la mayo maison aussi !!! Service impeccable. Serveuse souriante et charmante. Cadre et vue au top. Pour les 10 ans de ma fille.

02/09/2024: Super restaurant! Accueil au top! Produis frais et de saison, on a testé et adoré la cave à vins et la cave à fromages. Une superbe découverte dans le centre d’Angers! Je recommande à 200%’

04/08/2024: Cadre atypique, personnel accueillant, forte adaptabilité aux végétariens(voir photo). Nous avons pu passé un très bon moment en famille dans ce restaurant convivial et familial. Le détail des assiettes est très plaisant car recherché et travaillé sans que l'on s'y attende.

28/05/2024: Super adresse cosy et sympathique. En effet le personnel est sympathique, et la décoration dans l'air du temps est cosy et moderne. Propreté au rendez-vous. Concernant le vif du sujet les boissons/cocktails et pâtisseries, nous avions apprécié le fait qu'il ait un effort pour le fait maison. Le cocktail à base sirop de sureau, fraise, jus de citron etc. était très bon sans parler du financier aux fruits rouges copieux et délicieux! Je recommande cet endroit pour se réunir autour d'un verre ou plus. NB: les produits locaux sont privilégiés.

24/08/2024: Attente trop long 30 mn d'attente entre les plats et les commandes ! Nous n'avons pas eu de carafe d'eau malgré nos demande et relance, et pas eu non plus de pain. Rapport qualité prix trop élevé.

27/07/2024: Pain presque dur ,steak sans goût , burger qui s'écroule a chaque petite découpe le seul truc potable était les frites avec les sauces burger.

10/09/2024: You invite opinions, certainly some are harsh and lack kindness, we must not stop there... you do a wonderful, hard job which is being lost to the detriment of the Supermarkets... to say that your bread is similar to U is an abuse but it is true that it is not wonderful either. On the other hand, your pastels are incredible and the little cinnamon offered is magnificent... you are a good pastry chef with a wide choice... Your pastries and the traditional baguette... are open to criticism because the French are demanding on their croissants 🥐 the puff pastry is not crazy and surely due to the quality of your products... that is understandable... but that does not prevent you from having loyal customers who much prefers your homemade bread to supermarkets! Thanks for being there!

06/08/2024: Nous nous sommes installées à six en terrasse à l'occasion de l'anniversaire d'une amie, serveur sympathique - vins proposés au verre sans grand intérêt, servis trop chauds - c'est en allant payer à l'intérieur cette première tournée que les choses se sont gâtées, cartons à travers la salle, qui ressemble à un débarras, verres sales pleins le comptoir, bar collant de sueur, pire que tout, la charcuterie servant à faire les planches pas remise au frais, rillettes et pâtés abandonnés en pleine chaleur du mois d'août sur le plan de travail. Nous avons fui dîner ailleurs!
