18/08/2024: There were 8 of us including 3 children. When placing the order, the waitress told us that it was not possible to share a pizza or take a single plate of fries for a child who was not very hungry. We each had to take a dish, including the child. We decided to leave, which the waitress encouraged us to do. We remained very polite but this is the first time that we have been so poorly received in a restaurant.

The waiter put us 2 chocolate donuts (probably from the day before given the taste/texture) in the same bags with the hot sanwiches so everything had melted

22.90 euros starter, main course and dessert.
Wide choice of rather good maki.
On the other hand, the rest, the hot dishes very little choice and no flavors.
Not a great dessert, it’s frozen.

07/09/2024: Nous avons été servis rapidement, les chawarmas et les burgers étaient bon et copieux. Accueilli avec le sourire et dans la bonne humeur nous avons passer un bref mais très agréable moment.
En somme, exactement ce que l'on est en droit d'attendre d'une vrai restauration rapide.

24/12/2023: Ils sont 4 personnes à nous regarder nous servir en frites... peut-être pour surveiller ? Mais très gênant.
La sauce au poivre ? Aucun goût de poivre...
Le burger on avais demander bien cuit, il était totalement saignant...
Ne parlons même pas de l'état du Burger... Nous en avons eu pour 32 euros pour au final manger au macdo pour 28 euros ?

15/09/2024: Puy du Fou partner hotel not listed in the Puy du Fou satisfaction survey for feedback. Friendly and responsive staff. Room could do with a good refresh as it is dated. The exteriors should be better maintained, automatic watering with the pipes which overflow into the alley which leads to the rooms: you can get your feet caught in them, they should be reorganized. Very decent continental breakfast, a little expensive compared to accommodation in France, €3 more for fewer products. We were just there to sleep so ok.
04/09/2024: Very satisfied with this hotel, don't listen to the slanderers who are choosy, for 3 times as much they will have a Louis XIV style room full of gilding at Puy du Fou. Friendly welcome, quiet room, very varied breakfast, thank you.

20/09/2024: The pizzas we ordered were good, the thin crust is appreciated and does not make the meal too heavy.
The desserts offered a varied choice and the quality was there.
The service was quick, ideal for lunch.
A little smile would be missing in the service but the meal is not spoiled for so little 🤗
Restaurant that met our desire to eat pizza!

12/09/2024: I strongly advise against this kebab. After eating there, I got severe food poisoning which landed me in the hospital. I literally almost lost my life there. Hygiene seems totally neglected, and the conditions of food preparation are very questionable. If you value your health, avoid this place at all costs. Avoided

03/09/2024: I ordered cheddar fries and as I received my order there were none, I was with the lady who prepared it for me and dismantled it in my face (I'm not even had 1 gram of cheddar). I strongly advise against the employees are nasty and not commercial at all..

Lots of people on the eve of the start of the school year, and a manager who was more than unpleasant and derogatory in her thoughts!
A little respect would have been welcome 😉

13/09/2024: Superb welcome from the coffee master this evening. One of the crates doesn't work, she doesn't want to open the other two on the pretext that they are already done. So she refuses to serve us.

16/08/2024: J ai organise un déjeuner avec une délégation étrangère. Le cadre a beaucoup plus ainsi que l accueil convivial et souriant. La carte a permis de satisfaire tout le monde qui a apprécié une cuisine simple élaborée sur place avec des produits locaux et de qualité . Je recommande!
15/08/2024: Bel endroit. Pizzas excellentes. Les nouveaux patrons et le personnel sont très sympas. La vue sur la Loire est magnifique. A faire et à refaire.
