What a pleasure to meet such excellent merchants, who are sorely lacking in our country these days.
I highly recommend it and sincerely thank the managers for the wonderful time we had.

31/08/2024: Une expérience unique : un restaurant au fond d’une cave troglodyte, un vrai accueil, une cuisine simple (ce que nous recherchions) et faite sous nos yeux. Les fouées locales ! Le tout pour un prix très correct. Bref, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et le retour sur Saumur avec la route le long de la Loire avec la nuit naissante… 😎
26/08/2024: Cuisine simple mais bonne, cuite au feu de bois : fouées, rillettes, escargots, haricots... Très bon accueil et service parfait.
Une seule petite critique : service un peu trop rapide pour un soir et en pleine saison.
Cadre magnifique et surtout très surprenant, A voir !

07/09/2024: Nous sommes arrivés dans l’après midi pour boire un verre entre amis et le propriétaire nous a reçu avec nonchalance et mauvaise humeur.
Nous ne sommes pas restés. Incompréhension!!!!!
Lorsque l’on tient un commerce la moindre des choses est l’accueil !
Horrible nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

25/10/2024: I was recommended this restaurant some time ago... The restaurant is located in a street near the station, with a fairly discreet frontage. Once you arrive in the restaurant, you are immediately very well received and advised. The dishes are harmonious and the tastes frank and sought after. In short, a very nice discovery. I highly recommend!

11/08/2024: Absolutely excellent service, especially given the heat outside (34°) and the busy garage sales in the city! The servers were very friendly and smiled and joked with the customers. Super nice!
