19/01/2025: A great discovery! A warm welcome in a pleasant place facing the port. The service, accompanied by smiles, is fast. Seafood and seasonal products are delicious and tastefully presented on our plates! We will definitely come back!

12/01/2025: Restaurant found by chance Chance does things well!! We feasted our eyes and taste buds! The staff is very pleasant, the products are fresh and seasonal. The value for money is completely justified. The owner spoke at length with us at the end of the meal, it was very pleasant. We felt the passion for the profession.

10/11/2024: I put one star because you can't put less. We come from Spain and we are excited to visit the museums in the area. We looked for a restaurant in the area and we found this one, we looked at the photos of the restaurant, its dishes, its meats and because it looked good we decided to go. We arrive, they welcome us as if surprised, we go in to eat, the waiter explains to us that it is a buffet, we wait at our table until they take us to the buffet area. At this moment the scam arrives, because it has no other name. 5 varieties of dishes, noodles, tomatoes with a sauce, meat with rice, broccoli and boiled eggs with cream sauce. Everything else was cereal, yogurt, croissants and so on. The 5 dishes were cold, the only thing was a meat dish that had just been brought out, everything else looked like leftovers that people had left, with things pushed aside, bad appearance. The waiter tells us that they will bring out more things, our surprise is when they only bring out more boiled eggs. We go outside while we wait for them to bring out something else, but they don't bring out more. The famous menu, better called scam, an amount of €36 per person, with a drink on the side. 4 people €166. It calls itself a restaurant, better we call it a scam and abusing people's ignorance. Our anger and discontent can be seen on our faces, so the waiter doesn't even stop by the dining room again or ask questions, since he was aware of the abuse we were talking about. It is worth mentioning that we had already paid, and all the staff disappeared. While we were drinking coffee and picking up our things to leave, no one from the restaurant approached, not even in the dining room, they were aware of the scam or scam. Not recommended. After this experience you feel cheated, you feel like you are being taken advantage of. We never leave bad reviews, and we have been to many places, but this was inevitable, that no one else falls into their trap, it's not that we don't like the food or any small detail, it's that we don't understand the concept of selling this as a restaurant. It puts up a restaurant, on the road signs with very large arrows indicating a restaurant, but you get there and where is the restaurant? In short, don't go if you don't want to feel scammed, don't let people be abused.

22/07/2023: Small restaurant outside the city center. Friendly staff. Attractive menu with a decent cold buffet then several choices of well-served dishes and then cheese and several choices of desserts at a very attractive price. I recommend this restaurant

08/09/2024: After two years we wanted to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary here. We made a reservation and received a friendly written confirmation. The day after the confirmation we were at the restaurant on time and it was closed. We were pissed. A corresponding complaint remained unanswered. Now we have found an absolutely brilliant alternative in Les Pieux! Without a sea view, but better. For us, the 2022 review below is gone with the wind! This restaurant offers everything we are looking for on vacation in France: friendly and helpful service that accepts that we now speak a few words of French. A manageable but very original menu. A kitchen where everything is freshly prepared: skillfully cooked and carefully presented. And a value for money that makes it possible to come more often. Added to this is the magnificent location with a sea view. And now the insider tip: “Baba au Rhum” for dessert.
