06/09/2026: Lost in Cherbourg after 11 pm, we didn't think we'd find anywhere to eat... In addition to the incredibly warm welcome, we had a very good meal: a mixed platter and fish and chips.

07/10/2026: We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant! The food was excellent, featuring high-quality, local ingredients. The salt marsh lamb and charcuterie were superb. The atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly, with a lovely decor. The staff was attentive and very friendly. We also received excellent wine recommendations, and the service was very efficient. The prices are in line with the quality, and the menu isn't overly extensive, which is often a sign of quality! Well done and thank you! 😊👏

05/10/2026: Don't miss it! We were among the first customers and were served quickly. Everything was excellent, from the welcome to the dessert! The galettes and crêpes are delicious; we'll definitely be back.

30/08/2026: I'd like to make a comment about the pizzas, which I unfortunately found quite average (the pizza dough was hard and far too overcooked). The toppings could have been better presented and arranged. I hope the chef will revise his dough recipe because, apart from that, everything else was excellent (service, welcome, and you get free breadsticks as an appetizer).

19/09/2026: Absolutely perfect. Excellent food and a superb dining room. The owners are fantastic, always present and attentive to their customers. A real treat. A last-minute reservation that I don't regret at all... Truly homemade cuisine from start to finish.

23/08/2026: Avoid at all costs. We knew the previous owners. Their menu was excellent. We discovered the new crêperie. Immediately, the manager criticized the previous owners, praising the quality of his own products. The implication was that everyone else's were bad. The profiteroles were served without chocolate sauce, even though it's a key ingredient in the recipe. To get it, you had to pay extra—outrageous! The crêpes had very little filling and tasted like cardboard.

22/08/2026: Great little crêperie! A warm welcome, friendly staff, a small fireplace for grilling meat, and excellent galettes and crêpes. I highly recommend this crêperie; remember to book in advance.

06/10/2026: Our first visit today. Table for three. Each had something different…charcuterie and crudities for starters, bread (was super fresh), escalope de Normande, steak and a huge piece of turkey leg for main courses. All were amazing! The turkey was melt in the mouth, the steak was beautifully cooked and the escalope was perfect. All washed down with cider and red wine. Cheese and Desserts of chocolate mousse and tart tatin and coffee. Service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return again and again! Forget to take pictures, too busy enjoying the food and experience 🥰

This restaurant was a new discovery for me, and I especially want to thank Jennyfer for her big smile and her very pleasant service.

18/08/2026: I am a regular customer of this establishment where the owners and staff are exceptionally kind. Recently this cafe has changed owners, who are just as friendly as the previous ones; we haven't lost out. I am still a customer of Damien and Elise, who are exceptionally kind, as is the waitress.

07/09/2026: We spent three nights in this lovely hotel and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The hotel has an attractive setting, directly across the road from the beach, with a wonderful view of the sea and towards Jersey. While the rooms are on the small side, they are tastefully decorated and offer every amenity. Breakfast is excellent, with top quality local products. We had dinner twice in the hotel and the restaurant fully deserves its Michelin Bib Gourmand. It offers superb food at reasonable prices in a relaxed setting. The absolute highlight of the hotel is however the friendly and helpful nature of the staff - we were so well looked after. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay - we will be back

12/10/2026: We stopped by chance for a bite to eat, and we certainly weren't disappointed! The food is excellent and homemade! The staff is competent, welcoming, and very pleasant. The place is incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean! A special mention for the French toast… Absolutely divine! 🤫🤤 A wonderful discovery that I highly recommend!

20/05/2026: We had a delightful time enjoying culinary masterpieces with perfectly balanced flavor combinations and impeccable service. This restaurant truly deserves its Michelin star. Many thanks to the Chef and his dynamic team.

18/05/2026: A 5-day/4-night stay at this incredible establishment. We had room 33 in the farmhouse and felt so comfortable there. The view is breathtaking. The room's layout invites calm and relaxation, but the region is full of places to visit. The restaurant offers a single, blind tasting menu. It's unusual, but we enjoyed the experience. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked: fruit, yogurt, pastries, bread, brioche and homemade cake, jams, cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs... Enough to satisfy any appetite! We will gladly return.

03/09/2026: A very nice restaurant; we appreciated the spaciousness and therefore the privacy of dining at each table. The meat was cooked over the fireplace.

01/09/2026: A small but excellent restaurant that also caters to celiacs. We made a reservation about a week in advance, mentioning that one of us has celiac disease and therefore needs to eat gluten-free. They assured us that this wouldn't be a problem and that we should simply mention it again when we arrived. They have a small but regularly changing menu, offering a choice of 4-5 dishes each for the appetizer, main course, and dessert for a three-course meal. Our celiac partner still had a choice of 2 out of 4 appetizers, all 5 main courses, and 3 out of 4 desserts. If there's any doubt, a course can be adapted (e.g., by omitting the topping of various seeds if there's any uncertainty). The meat/fish for the main courses is always freshly prepared over the fire in the wood-burning stove. We always enjoy the food immensely, and it has been an absolute must for us on every vacation for years. This year (2026) is the first time we've had celiac disease on board, and it's been an absolutely positive experience in terms of "eating out" for our celiac daughter.

21/08/2026: While on holiday in Cherbourg, we were won over by the Gascon and mountain galettes – absolutely delicious! But a word of advice: reserve them in advance, otherwise… you're unlikely to get to enjoy them.
