15/06/2026: The fries were cold, the hygiene was poor, there was no toilet paper, and no soap.

15/06/2026: A very disappointing experience on Thursday, June 4th, between 1 pm and 2 pm, and every other day in Vitry-le-François. The manager repeatedly made remarks to a colleague in front of everyone, which was particularly awkward to witness. The overall atmosphere was cold, the staff seemed unhappy, and the welcome was anything but warm. I didn't feel comfortable at all. A lot of work needs to be done, ESPECIALLY regarding respect for employees (they are human beings, not animals) and customer relations. It's a shame we can't give zero stars. 😡

13/06/2026: I was refused entry on Saturday, June 13, 2026, around 10 p.m., to watch the World Cup. The person at the entrance spoke to me very rudely. I still don't understand the reason for this refusal.

04/06/2026: Everything's fine as long as you're holding a drink, otherwise you get kicked out even if you're part of a group. Shameful.

03/06/2026: Shameful, cold service, nobody in the restaurant. Cold fries, no sauces (which cost extra), no toy in the Happy Meal, drinks ordered with ice arrived without ice and at room temperature 🤮, overflowing bins, impossible to sort, forced to leave trays on top. Cheddar bacon fries, ordered without forks for two adults and two children, it's a disgrace. Imagine how many times they had to get up for the missing items, not to mention everything else, a real farce with barely 10 people in the McDonald's.

02/06/2026: Waiting an hour in the drive-thru line for cold sandwiches. I told the person they were cold, and she said, "Well, we just took them out, they're still hot, sir." I said, "No, don't touch them." She replied, "Well, no, they're lukewarm. Anyway, we can't make them for you." What a great attitude.

30/05/2026: I ordered a kids' meal of nuggets, and they were really bad, inedible. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude. I'll never order from there again.

05/05/2026: It arrived practically cold but was excellent! It's been a while since I've had such a good pizza.

09/03/2026: I called because of a problem with my order. The person who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me. Apparently, I was bothering them.

04/03/2026: Lenny and Adem gave me a fantastic welcome and helpful advice on choosing pizzas. Fast service 👍

29/04/2026: I've always bought homemade pasta; it's always excellent. I recommend it.

13/05/2026: Every time I go to the Drive, there's always something missing from the order. It's becoming really worrying and annoying.

28/04/2026: A 20-minute wait at the drive-thru at 11:30 AM, only to find they were out of ice cream at the end. I had to honk for a good two minutes before someone came back and made it for me right away. This would be just an isolated incident if it were the first time... (I've already waited 10 minutes at the counter for the ice cream to be placed near the window from the start, and several times sandwiches were missing or I hadn't ordered, etc.) It's a shame; before (at least a year ago), it wasn't like this. The service was fast and seamless.

21/11/2025: The pizzas are very good but expensive for the small amount of toppings

15/11/2025: Order placed at 7:30 PM for 8:30 PM 3 giant pizzas with a soft crust. 9 PM, still nothing! I called, and they said my pizzas had just gone in the oven. 9:20 PM, 50 minutes late, and the pizzas are of deplorable quality!! The crust is incredibly thin, even though I asked for a soft crust, and there's no topping at all! Too bad I can't attach a photo!

12/12/2025: Just passing through... Very warm welcome, quick order... nice little dining room, quite crowded inside due to the cold. A bit noisy... quick service, I had a Savoyard burger with samurai sauce... well-presented and very good

11/05/2026: I celebrated my daughter's 8th birthday this weekend at the party venue Five offers. It was fantastic! A huge thank you to the host, Arthur, who was incredibly helpful, efficient, and attentive. The children loved the coloring activity, the light show, and the spacious room. However, be aware that when booking, there are many different people to talk to, which can lead to some confusion. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a birthday party venue.

28/04/2026: I usually get a Marie Blachère sandwich from time to time. Well, that was my first and last time at this one! I got a tuna sandwich; see the picture of what I got. It's a good thing it came with bread, because in terms of ingredients, it was incredibly basic for a huge price. On the way out, you can see most of the employees on their cigarette break, just a few meters from the customer entrance. I looked closely, and they were definitely on their break; they weren't looking for the sandwich fillings. If possible, go to another chain. Your taste buds will thank you.
