25/03/2026: Hello, I happened to stop by this McDonald's in Vitry-le-François today on a whim (I usually go to Saint-Dizier) to take advantage of the daily deals. I went inside to save time, and at the kiosk, I was told that the deals required using the internet, which I did. I completed the process using the app. After payment and order confirmation (received by SMS and email) and the debit from my bank account, I wanted to pick up my order. Despite this, I was told I couldn't retrieve it because nothing was displayed on their screen. I asked to see the manager, who came to me, but I'm still wondering why, since this gentleman wasn't able to find a solution in 40 minutes. Despite proving my good faith with all my order confirmations, I had to leave without my order and with my account debited at 5:30 PM (which is now 8:36 PM and I still haven't received a refund). I'm very disappointed by his incompetence and lack of professionalism. I've never seen anyone else (one wonders how he ever became a manager and led a team) try to help me, but without this man's approval, they couldn't do anything. The takeaway? Run away!

28/04/2026: I usually get a Marie Blachère sandwich from time to time. Well, that was my first and last time at this one! I got a tuna sandwich; see the picture of what I got. It's a good thing it came with bread, because in terms of ingredients, it was incredibly basic for a huge price. On the way out, you can see most of the employees on their cigarette break, just a few meters from the customer entrance. I looked closely, and they were definitely on their break; they weren't looking for the sandwich fillings. If possible, go to another chain. Your taste buds will thank you.

08/12/2025: Center in a catastrophic state – dangerous and completely abandoned I've been playing Five for over ten years, and my group and I have rented a time slot every week for years. Today, I can confirm that the center is in a deplorable state and completely neglected. The roof is a disgrace: pieces of insulation are torn off, there are water leaks, and large puddles appear on the pitches as soon as it rains. As a result, several players in our group have already injured themselves by slipping. And despite this, nothing has been done for months. For a center that claims to be an Adidas partner and charges over €100 an hour, it's shameful. Add to that: – the timer/scoreboard has been out of order for months, – there's no maintenance whatsoever, – no response from management, despite repeated complaints from regular customers. The center gives the impression of being completely abandoned by those who are supposed to run it. On the other hand, it must be said: the reception staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. It's fortunate they're there, as they're practically the only ones who maintain a minimum level of respect for the customers. The photos speak for themselves: it's dangerous, neglected, and completely unacceptable for the price charged. It's high time that headquarters or management took responsibility.

28/10/2025: Boll’z really small, we ordered Algerian sauce and in the end there wasn’t any, we ordered 4 boll’z for €47 there was no sauce, it was dry, very small the boll’z, we ordered a plate of fries only for them to forget to prepare it.
