24/05/2026: Excessive wait despite a reservation: 45 minutes! The poke bowl salad was awful: two cucumbers and rice… tasteless. The waiter was overwhelmed… too many people! Is this the price of profitability? Avoid it in the summer! A touristy restaurant that capitalizes on its reputation and, above all, its exceptional location! A real shame!

06/03/2026: Decent restaurant. It's definitely not the best ramen in Nancy. The ramen is of decent quality, but the portions are quite large. The dining area, however, is a bit gloomy, all black and red and without windows. The atmosphere is a little too dim, especially since there's often a strong smell of sewage in the entrance area. The main advantage is the reasonable price. Go there for decent, inexpensive ramen.

01/03/2026: For the past five years, I've been traveling all over France, desperately trying to find a ramen restaurant this delicious. I've failed miserably... The portions are generous, with lots of different toppings, the dishes can be customized (vegetarian option available), and the prices are more than reasonable. The only downside (which isn't really a downside): I can never finish my meals, but they do offer takeout. If you're ever in Nancy, it's a must-try. I know I'll definitely be back.

25/06/2026: We choose from the 3 course set menu which had two options for each course. Between us we tried them all and they were delicious. The service was really friendly. It was our last night and we wish we had found the restaurant earlier so we could go back to try the A la Carte menu.

The restaurant is welcoming, we all ate very well, the menu was appetizing, and the food was delicious! We'll definitely keep this address in mind for our next visits to Nancy! Thanks again!

19/05/2026: If there's one person who deserves a 5-star review, it's Mr. Manh. It's my favorite restaurant, hands down! My partner and I have been going there very often for several years now, both for the menu and the service. We never tire of the food and the delicious dishes they prepare. Whether it's the appetizers, main courses, or desserts, everything is truly excellent. Moreover, the manager is incredibly kind. He's approachable and attentive to his customers. He enjoys interacting with people and chatting. Normally, that might bother some people, but here it's so natural and pleasant to talk to. We've introduced several of our friends and family to this restaurant, and they loved it. I highly recommend it!

25/05/2026: A perfect stay from start to finish! As a tour bus driver, I stayed at this hotel with a group of seniors, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, including the restaurant, the welcome, and the overall organization, there was nothing to complain about. A big thank you to the manager, Dominique, who is excellent, as well as to Hicham, the group manager, who was simply exceptional in his management and follow-up. Special mention also goes to our guide, Pietro, who greatly contributed to the success of this trip. The rooms are spotless, and the food delighted all my travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return! Christophe
