22/02/2026: Beware, there's been a change of ownership. The cuisine is similar, but lacks the finesse and delicacy of the previous dishes. The menu is strangely reminiscent of the old offerings, but doesn't match the quality and flavor of the food. A shame. Hopefully, things will improve over time. The price-quality ratio is unsuitable.

26/02/2026: I love this place. The setting, the location, the decor, the service, the menu—everything is there for a pleasant time, with the ambiance of a Parisian brasserie and the warmth of Béarn! A special mention to our waiter, Jean-Daniel, a ray of sunshine (and incidentally, a very good waiter 😉). I highly recommend this brasserie!

25/02/2026: Excellent welcome, attentive and efficient servers. There were five of us, which allowed us to sample a variety of dishes, each one as well served as the next. Excellent salads, very generous and fresh, meats equally generous and tender, and a little bonus: homemade fries👍. Desserts are the same, also homemade. In short, a very good brasserie on the Pau square, "shade and sun." I recommend it.👍😀

27/02/2026: I apologize for being so blunt, but as a Lebanese person, I absolutely cannot endorse what is presented here as a "Lebanese restaurant." It's Lebanese in name only. Nothing, absolutely nothing, evokes the authenticity of our cuisine. The decor in no way reflects the identity or soul of Lebanon. It's a far cry from the warm and welcoming atmosphere that is an integral part of our culture. The tabbouleh is unrecognizable: dry, unbalanced, and lacking freshness. A true Lebanese tabbouleh relies on fresh parsley, finely chopped ingredients, a perfect balance of lemon and olive oil, and an airy texture. Here, we have a dry and tasteless dish. The falafels are simply a failure: the texture is wrong, the taste is bland, and there's no depth of spice. They're supposed to be crispy on the outside, soft and fragrant on the inside, not dense and tasteless. But the worst part is the knefeh. How can you serve something called knefeh without cheese? It's the very essence of this dessert. The contrast between the melted cheese and the crispy pastry is fundamental. Here, we're faced with an imitation that has nothing to do with tradition. It's extremely disappointing. Fortunately, there was a little arak to salvage the experience, which says a lot about how problematic everything else was. Presenting this type of cuisine as "Lebanese" gives a false and impoverished image of one of the richest and most refined cuisines in the Middle East. When you choose to represent a culinary culture, you have a responsibility. If not authenticity, then at the very least, respect for the basics. It would be far better to get serious training in Lebanese cuisine or to thoroughly revise the menu, rather than selling a distorted version to customers who lack the necessary background to judge. I will NEVER return.

10/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

16/01/2026: New owners have taken over this establishment. A pleasant surprise with carefully prepared French-style dishes with an Asian touch, and welcoming service.

15/01/2026: We ate very well, the portions were reasonable, however, the new menu was not displayed or updated online at the time of our visit. After our first visit in 2022, when traditional dishes from the Pau region, such as chicken in a pot and garbure, were offered, the menu has since been reduced due to a change in the kitchen, which no longer serves these dishes but rather Asian-inspired cuisine, which detracts from the restaurant's character.
