Since Tuesday, I've tried contacting the restaurant about ten times, only to get the answering machine... which doesn't take messages. I sent a message via the website's contact form. No response. I'm very disappointed by this silence. What started as a desire to try this restaurant's cuisine has ultimately resulted in a boycott. Lyon has plenty of other restaurants, ready to welcome customers who want to discover them. It's great when the food is good, it's great when they respond...

30/03/2026: The cuisine is creative, with some lovely ideas and a few successful dishes, particularly the fish. But the overall experience was deeply disappointing, and above all, incompatible with the level of service expected in a Michelin-starred restaurant. During the meal, a piece of meat was served so tough that a large portion was inedible and had to be set aside. When this was pointed out politely, the remark was met with a very negative reaction. From that moment on, the service's attitude changed dramatically: no more smiles, a cold tone, hushed conversations while looking at our table, a poorly cleaned table, and constant pressure that clearly made us feel judged and rushed out. The atmosphere became so tense that we didn't even want to stay for coffee. The way the drinks were handled only exacerbated this discomfort. No wine list by the glass, wines from small producers offered without any real explanation or alternative, and a sommelier who shuts down as soon as we don't agree with his choices, even though we ordered another bottle afterward. Again, the problem isn't the wine itself, but the way the staff treats the customer and their condescending attitude. Finally, water, simply requested as "still or sparkling," was charged at €6, without prior notice, a menu, or any clear choice, contributing to a general impression of a lack of transparency. It was a carafe, not a bottle opened in front of us. Ultimately, the real problem here isn't an imperfect dish, but the way customers are treated as soon as they express any dissatisfaction, however mild. This kind of rigid and dismissive attitude is simply unacceptable for an establishment boasting a Michelin star. The customer is not king in this restaurant. It's a real shame because it completely ruined the meal, even though it could have been handled much better. For a restaurant at this price, the quality of service is simply unacceptable. We won't be back.

08/03/2026: A thought for customers on the terrace. They're not allowed to sit wherever they want. Asking for a glass of water with your coffee is clearly not welcome... Never got one! In short, tourists are treated like tourists!

20/02/2026: Excellent all-you-can-eat Lebanese buffet! The quality of the food is outstanding: fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. The decor is superb, with a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. You feel comfortable as soon as you walk in, whether you're dining as a couple or with friends. Special mention goes to the staff, who are incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly caring without being intrusive. The kind of service we wish we saw more often. I highly recommend this place.
