10/11/2025: We went in and out of the café, and the kitchen and service were appreciative. It was very dirty. There were toys for children, but no rugs or proper seating. Disappointed.

11/10/2025: We came here eight years ago with the previous owners and came back without realizing that things had changed. We weren't disappointed. Everything was very good, well presented, and the service was impeccable. And for wine lovers, there's a wine list worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Just so you know, the number of chilies indicating the "hotness" of the dish isn't very accurate. My son ordered the spiciest dish, and it was quite spicy. But it was very good, so I highly recommend it.

17/01/2026: We arrived as a couple, and the waiter just looked at us without saying a word. Neither did we 😂 After ten seconds, I finally blurted out, "Can we eat?" He pointed to a table. We sat down, but the table was sticky. I gestured to him to ask if we could move, but no luck. So we took another table next door… also sticky. Anyway, I ordered. I chose a pig's stomach soup. Five minutes later, he brought me a large bowl of tripe soup, explaining that they were out of stomach. The soup was very good, piping hot, and very spicy—perfect for a 2°C (36°F) day. In short: terrible service, good food but ridiculously expensive, with a simple bowl of rice costing €4.

The Peking duck and stir-fried noodles are definitely worth trying 😋. Fast service, discreet and efficient staff 👍. 20/02/2026: Excellent Creole cuisine, a very warm welcome, and we truly felt at home! A cozy atmosphere! Everything is delicious! But the blood sausage appetizer and the smoked rougail as a main course are simply incredible! 😇😇😇

16/02/2026: If you're looking for Réunion Island cuisine, this is unfortunately not the best place. We left completely disappointed. The food, like the service, was subpar. The owner wasn't very welcoming, and the island warmth was nowhere to be found.

16/02/2026: Looking for an all-you-can-eat Indian restaurant for an evening with friends, we discovered "Bombay Palace" in Old Lyon. The place perfectly captures the theme, the staff are very helpful, and the food is absolutely delicious. An experience we'll definitely be repeating very soon!

27/01/2026: With great location just next to the river Saône in Lyon. As an asian who uses to have the taste of Ramen, I would say that all food are fresh and well prepared. However, if you use to have Ramen in Asia, with standard of gourmet demander, I strongly suggest not trying it as it is totally different from those great Japanese Ramen chains and you will be really disappointed. On the other hand, their Gyoza with Saint-Jacques et encornets are delicious especially compared to Gyoza with Pork. If you were there, really have to give it a try. In terms of service, all staffs are super friendly. Very Japanese style service. However, those who took orders are not as professional as in a restaurant as they don't take the order by persons who entered the store first and they missed served our order until we reminded them. Overall, it is a nice experience but I don't think that I will re-visit it again as the Ramen doesn't reach my expectation. However, it is still good for those who like to try fresh-made Japanese ramen in Lyon.

20/02/2026: Had a lovely experience here yesterday on way back from La Sucrerie. Really good service, nice wine, nice people, huge portions which no way was I going to finish. Just a nice place for lunch. They were closing soon but didn't rush us or hurry us out. We'd go back if we are ever in the area again.

15/12/2025: Comptoir Cité enjoys an ideal location just steps from the Cité Internationale, making it convenient for lunch during a conference. The portions are decent, but the pulled pork in the Texas burger was a bit dry and harder to chew than one would expect from pulled pork. A practical choice, but with room for improvement in this regard.

24/10/2025: Very nice address, the staff is very welcoming and the dishes generous. Try the Braille table in the evening.

14/02/2026: I ordered in the evening. It was delicious, very fresh, and the onigiri were unique and well-made. I recommend it! The sushi was much better than Sushi Hand.
