29/04/2026: We booked a meal for two using a Smartbox voucher. The service was appalling! They refused to accept the voucher and hung up on us, mocking us. Thank you for your lack of understanding! Avoid this restaurant at all costs for its complete disregard for customers and its haughty attitude. Sincerely!

26/04/2026: With the afternoon sun on the terrace, it was certainly pleasant to sit there; the chairs were very comfortable. Ordering and receiving a drink, however, was challenging, as there wasn't much interest in taking orders.

The croissants are still warm, they're perfectly crisp, and leave a little butter on your fingers, like proof that they're made with care. Inside, it's soft, simple, it evokes quiet mornings, without any rush. Nothing spectacular, just something real— and that's enough to make you want to come back. And without really realizing it, it becomes a landmark, a place you return to almost automatically.

01/05/2026: Well... It's hard to be objective, given my passion for all things German. As soon as there's a German place in France, I'm there in a flash. The staff (waiters and baristas) are incredibly attentive; it's lovely to receive such genuine hospitality. The drinks menu is extensive (classic cocktails, German-style cocktails, and plenty of German beers). The food menu is varied: German snacks (sausages, charcuterie boards) and the current trends: bagels and burgers. I was a little disappointed with the desserts; nothing particularly authentic except for the apple strudel. The music is soft electronic, at a decent volume. The decor is in the Berlin style, with items from there; spread over two floors, beautifully done, with framed pictures and pieces of German culture on the walls. And some clever creative touches (check out the pendant lights above the bar ;) Price: reasonable (expect to pay around €13 for a bagel and a drink). Clientele: mixed, mostly in their thirties

Just so you know, the number of chilies indicating the "hotness" of the dish isn't very accurate. My son ordered the spiciest dish, and it was quite spicy. But it was very good, so I highly recommend it.

21/04/2026: An excellent spot in the heart of the Paul Bocuse Market. You can eat at the counter or at tables. Very good food at unbeatable prices for the area (dish of the day: €14). Very welcoming and friendly staff.

25/03/2026: The only truly authentic little bar in Lyon's market halls. You're always warmly welcomed, whether you're just there for a drink, a snack, or a full meal. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the location, and the products served are sourced fresh from local artisans in the surrounding shops. Cheese, sausages, and more—everything you need for a great time, served with a friendly and professional approach! Definitely worth a try.

13/04/2026: We bought a praline brioche to share with friends. After paying, we noticed a fruit fly in it. When we pointed it out to the woman, she immediately snatched it from our hands, placed it behind her without apologizing, and gave us the one from the display case. The brioche must have been made several days prior, given its dryness and lack of flavor. For a €15 brioche, you might as well go to Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon) directly.

15/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. 1950s decor. Friendly welcome, innovative cuisine, generous portions, and above all, delicious. Excellent value for money. Go eat at this restaurant soon; it certainly won't stay at these prices for long!

03/07/2025: We were a group of nine people who came for lunch. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The meal was good, with a special mention for the dessert, the pistachio ice cream. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I recommend it.
