Everything was delicious and the portions were just right. The dishes were beautifully presented.
The atmosphere was calm and pleasant.
Lovely, classic setting.
Well located opposite the Rideau Rouge theater, and the service was excellent despite the late hour when we left the show. Courteous and prompt service.
Thank you for the meal.
I recommend it.
26/04/2026: Quick break just before a show. Great waiter who insisted on giving us a cardboard cup so we could finish our herbal tea. Really very kind!

The cuisine is very classic in its approach, but executed with remarkable skill and precision. Great care has been taken with the sauces, the cooking techniques, and the quality of the ingredients. Everything is thoughtfully considered, balanced, and perfectly executed.
The service was elegant and natural, and the wine list was excellent, featuring a superb Chambolle-Musigny from Roumier to complement the meal.
This restaurant clearly deserves its Michelin star.
