25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome!!! A woman doesn't even take the time to give us the timetable even though we tell her that we don't know the ice rink and that we have driven 2 hours with 3 children. We take the ticket at 11:21 a.m. and the ice rink closes at 12 p.m. and she doesn't tell us!!!! What use is she in a RECEPTION if she can't even give reception information!!! And what's more, I ask her for skates, she tells me that they don't exist and at the skates the ladies tell me that of course they do exist! Incompetent, mean, unwelcoming, unpleasant and so on. Has nothing to do in a public reception where people come to have fun! Fortunately we found a very understandable employee who listened to us. (Hence the 2 stars otherwise 0) In short, pay attention to the reception, ask for all the information because apart from "collecting" it is useless (that's what she told me when I went to ask her for accounts)

30/04/2024: Very nice to spend time with family. I recommend the ice hockey matches. Small downside for the speakers (too bad for the atmosphere during matches)

22/12/2023: Le vigile ne nous laisse pas rentrer alors qu’on avait payé les pré-ventes et en plus prix du vestiaire ! Soirée à plus de 30€ sans avoir pu y rentrer ! À éviter vraiment tracez votre route ! Il y a des boites bien mieux ! Habitant à Lyon depuis 5 ans je suis bien déçue.

31/08/2024: La cuisine est très bonne. Amatrices de cuisine Libanaise le goût et la qualité sont au rendez-vous. Petite incompréhension sur le service mais les choses ont été rattrapées haut la main par l amabilité et le professionnalisme du patron et des serveurs. Un lieu agréable à vivre absolument. À bientôt. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

05/09/2024: The bouncer didn't let us in because I had a glass of water in my hand. I could have left it aside unfortunately it cheated us for no reason. I took this as a sign of denial even though I was trying to arrive as clean as possible at his establishment. After several attempts at explanations he simply told me that it was cultural and automatic on his part and that we would not fit in all cases?? . He closed the door in our faces several times, of course he was doing his job but when it came to providing an explanation simplicity was required, even when we expressed our wish to just discuss to understand his reaction without having the He hoped to return, he didn't answer us. Our evening in the city including the trip was ruined by this member of security, I really do not recommend this club, moreover having been there several times before, the drinks are as expensive as in a nightclub for a totally derisory service. A woman working in this club tried to make him listen to reason by telling him to let me in because I had done nothing wrong, but she was pushed by this gentleman 3 times with the response "but what is what you do, let me do my job"... I felt obligated to leave a comment given the situation.

18/08/2024: He closes when the bar is so shameful!!! Misogynistic near the boss himself! I have never seen such a scandalous bar, especially when the owner in no way respects the standards of politeness and respect in 2024! I advise against it! No atmosphere, sporty playlist, no DJ, misogynistic on the part of the boss who only thinks about banging women without listening to his customers! But get out of there and close as quickly as possible!

01/09/2024: we came for brunch on a Sunday. Of course it's not cheap (45th per adult) but what a treat we had!

23/09/2024: Vimos este lugar en TripAdvisor y no nos decepcionó. Tapas francesas, pequeños platos de sabor (y calorías🤣) acompañados de grandes vinos por copa.

08/08/2024: Regulars at this French and bistronomic tapas bar, we have been coming several times a year for 8 years and are always delighted. The menu is renewed regularly and the atmosphere is warm. Great choice of wine by the glass!

15/09/2024: Wow wow wow. There are no words to describe the experience. We had a perfect time!!! We celebrated a wedding anniversary and simply chose the right place to celebrate. The dishes were meticulous, super tasty, and satisfying. The service was so kind and nice. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We recommend everyone to come to this restaurant in Lyon.

12/09/2024: Fantastic 1* restaurant in the heart of old Lyon. Servers for customers. A very sophisticated menu that takes us on a journey. We didn't leave hungry. Thanks to the chef

29/02/2024: I put one star because you can't give less... but it's honestly a steal! Super expensive for a service that did not at all live up to our expectations. We were ashamed in front of our guests!! We came out of there hungry! Truly pitiful!

29/02/2024: Disappointing aperitif dinner not at all up to par the number of puff pastries was not there at all it's shameful for the price really very expensive both for alcoholic drinks and soft drinks and you had to hold your glass so it wouldn't disappear like lightning

12/08/2024: Découvert par hasard, ce restaurant mérite que l’on s’y arrête: cadre super agréable, service impeccable, plats délicieux! Que dire de plus tout était parfait! Bravo!!

10/08/2024: Certainement un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix de la rue Mercière. Nous étions déjà venu en hiver mais la nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et la bonne cuisine. La burratz était délicieuse.

08/08/2024: The fries and chicken had a strong bitterness.. this is obviously due to the frying oil which must have been old.. I will not go back there

05/08/2024: We ate yesterday as a family Walah, 2 of us got sick, because of the wings or cheddar sauce we don't know what exactly but big stomach cramps.

28/09/2023: Extrêmement mal reçu par agents de sécurité à l’entrée. Notamment le petit court sur patte qui me menace de me sortir parce que j’ai mis un casquette dans l’enceinte de l’établissement. Un service client minable et un lieu à éviter à tout prix.
